    Weighed myself tonight and was 173. Diet was good until I went over to a friends for dinner and his wife made this chicken pot pie casserole. Pretty sure it was a boxed dish so calories were probably pretty bad.

  18. I've been having some pain in my right wrist the last couple of days so I decided to stay light and continue this 30 sec on 15 sec off routine rather than counting reps. Really beats the crap out of your muscles. Worked bis and tris tonight.

    Standing Db Curls
    4 sets

    Incline Curls
    3 sets

    Guillotine Curls
    4 sets

    Tricep Pushdowns
    5 sets

    Incline Skull Crushers
    4 sets

  19. I've been wrapping my wrists when I feel the pain like you are. It helps take some pressure off the wrist. Still think flat bench skull crushers are better than incline. Smhs. Nice work as always beast!

  26. Wrist isn't too bad tonight. Wasn't able to make it to the gym for legs so decided to do what I could here and work in chest as well. Interesting thing happened during one of my incline sets...out of nowhere the lightbulb shattered. Unfortunately it's right above my bench. Didn't get cut but had to take about a 10 minute break in the middle to clean up all the glass. Reminded me of that movie The Natural when Redford hits the lights it was the same popping sound.

  35. I call those "dumbbell destruction" sets! The pump is amazing.

  36. I tried Guillotine curls last week and loved them. Got a great pump and had bicep DOMs, which I don't always get after arm day.

  38. Haven't eaten much today. For one I've been busy and haven't really been that hungry. My daughter got sent home from school today due to a fever so really hoping she gets over it quick and my wife and I don't come down with it.

    Trained back today .

    Put my pull-up bar the best I could. It's one that mounts to the frame but living in a trailer the frames are too close to the ceiling so I just looped it over the door. Held up today so may keep doing it that way.
