Welcome to zayfitness!! Saturday morning chest and triceps!!!
Started out with 1scoop of this amazing pre workout and tastes almost like kool-aid lol
Dumbbell incline press : warmed up with 40x15
Bench press: 110x12
185x10-225x8 265 for 2 maxed out for the first time not 300yet like you guys but getting there.
Last 2sets 110x10 wide grip
Tricep push downs 120x10
Cable kickbacks : 25x10-20x10-15x10
Pushdown machine 130x10-140x10-150x10
Machine fly's -100x10-120x10-130x10
Front press machine -2cookies each side for10 reps then 1 cookie for 10
That's that post shake 1scoop bsn syntha6 and post meal 4eggs and 2handfulls of baby spinach and coffee.
Main meal 1cup rice tilapia and green beans and spinach

Monday was back and biceps.
3sets of pull ups close grip 2 sets of ten and one set of wide grip for 10.
Dead lifts 110x10 reps 130x10 reps 150x10 225x8
Dumbbell curls : 35x10 -40x10-50 for hammer curls 10 reps ez- bar curl 70x10-80x8-90x6-100x6 110x2 was burnt out on arms .
Hammer strength machine curls 90x2sets of 10
Single arm hammer strength curls 70x6 60x6
Hammer strength seated row - 45 each side x12 reps- 90x12 100x8
Close grip rows same weight all sets the same .
T-bar row 45x12 90x10 100x10
That was that post shake . dinner was tilapia rice and green beans and spinach.
Tues morning legs
Calve raises sitting machine. 90x12 100x2sets of 10
More calves hammer strength. 225x10 2sets
Standing calve machine 140x2sets of 10
Leg extensions 3sets -70x10for 2sets 60x10-single legged 60x10 2sets
Leg press 225x12-3cookies for 10-4cookies for 10 5cookies for 8
Hack squats machine-225x2sets of 10
Leg curls 70x10-80x10-60x10
Post meal 4eggs with spinach and cereal . dinner will be tilapia rice and greenbeans.
I'm enjoying fitmax it gives good clean energy and focus.

BACK DAY !!!! YEAAAA BUDDY
So made my way to the gym after dropping my 2 oldest girls off at school, then with my baby girl headed to golds .
Did 3sets of pull ups -set 1 did 8 -set 2 did 6 then repeated that for the last .
Hammer strength seated row - 90x15
185x12-225x10 then did inside grip same all sets with same weight.
Hammer strength lat pull downs samevweight as the previous and did reverse
Bicep - curls 30x12-35x12-40x10
Then one set hammer curls 50 lbs 10 reps
Eze bar curl 50x12
Cable machine close grip row 100x 12-120x12-130x10
Close grip lat pull down 130x12-140x12
Then had to end my workout due to NY 1year old daughter fussy in child care . she told the child care lady "I WANNA GO"! POINYING TO THE DOOR . lol and she is 1 .
Post shake pbj and yogurt lunch skipped thy hen dinner had chicken fingers and ground beef and green beans and chipped baked potatoes . that's that.
Hope the gym will be open tomorrow after all the snow

Yesterday was a crazy day early evening g workout at LA fitness where my bro in law is asst manager so I get in for free.
Kind of did what I felt did arms back and triceps
Started with cable tricep push downs : 60x12-70x12-repeat for last set
Decline close grip bench with combined straight bar curls .
130x12-curls 3sets of 70
Db curls 30x12-35x10 40x10
Lat pulldowns. 130x12-140x12-170x10
Hammer strength seated row 90x15-185x10-225x10
Shoulder press machine 70x12-80x12-100x10
Db laterals 20x12-25x12 repeat for last set
Front raises 25x12-30x12-35x10
That was that post shake dinner chopped baked potatoes and ground beef and green beans . that was that tomorrow is leg day OH YAR!

Leg day was epic!!!
Had an early morning workout 5:45 started my QUEST lol.
Started out with Single leg extensions : 50x12-60x12-70x12-switched to Both legs at 140x12 and repeated .
SQUATS!!! 135x10-155x10-185x10-225x8 ...BOY DID I FEEL THIS!!!
Hack SQUATS-135x12-225x10-265x10 ...I was feeling SUPERCHARGED from the help of THE FITMAX .
Calve machine 225x3 sets till failure
sitting calve machine -2 cookies for 3 sets of 12
LEG PRESSSSSS!!!! 225x12-315x12-405x10
Finished that off with 225 for calves on leg press 3 sets till failure, have to get those calves up.
Finally was able to get cardio in 20 min on stair master.
All through the workout felt pumped and energized and confident def felt the boost of energy when i started to get burnt out thanks to this amazing product.
Post shake -Coffee and 4 eggs and 1 slice of homemade sourdough bread
lunch had 2 scoops of Casein since i didnt get a meal in then dinner was Thin crust Pizza lol with spinach pepperoni jalapenos and canadian bacon ...there you have it .

Chest day was great with some triceps.
2 scoops of fitmax ... Started with bench press 135x12-155x12-185x10-200x2
2sets wide grip of 135 x10
Db press 55x12-60x12-65x10-70x10
Db butterfly's 40x12-45x12 repeat
Db kick backs 20x2sets of 12-25x12
Rope push downs 60x12-70x12-80x12
Single handed rope pushdowns 30x12 -40x12 repeat for last set
Hammer strength close grip incline anew way to hit the triceps 90x12-130x12-
Hammer chest press 185x12-225x10-185x10
Cable fly's 20x12-25x12-
Close grip decline bench 130x12 with in between 70lbs db curl
135x12 repeat curl.
Arms felt pumped all through the workout and felt unstoppable lol
Machine fly's 70x12-90x12-120x10
15min on treadmill
Then postvshake and went to work on church project installed doors had pbj and dinner was chicken Alfredo .
This was a great work out I felt the energy from fitmax and it kept me pumped and in the zone .

Started out with db side laterals 20x15-in between front raises- 3

Set 3 side L's 25x12-
Db shoulder press 40x12-45x12-50x12-55x12 shoulders were full of blood pump felt great.
Db rows 55x12-60x12-65x10-70x10
Standing military shoulder press 40x12-50x12- repeat
Lat pull downs 130x12-140x12-150x10
Reverse grip for same weight and reps
Eze bar front raises 40x12-50x2sets of 12 reps
Machine rows 90x12-100x12-130x12
Machine shoulder press 90x12-100x12-120x10
Post shake and pjb
Lunch was cereal dinner rice beans beef sausage and thin steak.
I had good focus and was in the zone for this workout love shoulders and back workouts .. That's all for today

Chest and triceps for this Monday!
Started with db incline press-55x12-60x12-65x12-felt like doing ONE MORE like big j lol 70x10
Jumped to db butterfly's - 45x12-50x12-55x12-
Cable machine rope push downs -50x12- concentrating on feeling the contractions - set 2 60x12 triceps were full of blood and felt pumped and the pre kicked in ...YEA BUDDY. SET 3 70X12
REVERSE PULL DOWNS - 70x12-80x12- 100x12 and man was I feeling that.
Bench press - 135x12-185x6-155x10-130x10
Incline bench press 135x3sets of 10
Hammer strength front press 135x12-185x12-225x10
Sitting cable machine front press combines with fly's -50x12-60x12-70x10
Machine fly's 70x12-80x12-110x10
2setsvof dips 5reps arms were exhausted
Abbs 2sets weighted drcline weight ball for 2sets of 25 then hit up abb machine 2sets 90lbs x20 reps.
Roman stand leg raises for 2sets 12-
Post shake and banana and cereal. Lunch was mixed bean soup . Dinner tylapia cup and half rice with lettuce.
Fitmax kept me focuses through out the workout and pump was great.

Reverse for the same amount of weight and reps

Db curls sitting at a decline 30x12-35x12-40x8
Hammer curls -35x12-45x12-50x12
Side lat raises 20x15-front raises in between 25x12-sd's 25x10-fr's35x12
Sl's repeat last set . fr's repeat last set
Hammer strength lat pull down - 70x15-90x12 110x12 single armed
Reverse hammer strength lat pull same weight sand reps
Sitting hammer row-70x12-90x12-115x12
That was it, I felt good blood flow in my last and back while the pull downs felt goooood. Oh barbell rows 135x3sets of 10

My thoughts are great , I like how during the workout its like FM helps restore or revive when you get burned out on a rep it kicks right back in and doesn't give you the bloated feeling like some pre . and the fact that its clean energy and doesn't have 3pages of ingredients lol like other supps . my bro in law just ordered some for he and his wife . my sis in law took it and I could see it was a solid product she was going beast mode so if for a female its great imagine what damage an ALPHAMALE can do lol...I gave my wife one scoop and she is sensitive to stims and she loved it. She said she was able to push her self during cardio and my wife doesn't like to work out as I do...
