Im a national level competitor, fully sponsored (not sponsored like just a few free supps sponsored like they fly me around the country to compete and do demos) fitness model (been in magazines, advertisements, countless online editorials and even a few book covers). ALso own personal training and contest prep company
Training style
Non Linear Periodization
3 on 1 off usually
legs, push, pull off sometimes I split my legs into two workouts quad focus one day hammie another and sometimes I add in a shoulder specific workout
Diet.... its offseason so I try to hit 300 grams protein a day then 500 carbs minimum and keep fats faily low
