Alrighty, I am going to be logging ANS Ritual over the next few weeks. Thank you to ANS for giving me this great opportunity. I have tried a few Ritual samples and I loved them. Right now I am weighing in at 184lb. I am in the middle of a clean bulk and hope to get to 190 by the end of January. I am going to be doing a split routine consisting of:
Workout #1: Back and biceps
Workout #2: chest and triceps
Workout#3: Legs and Shoulders
Then I will be repeating the workouts. I am working out 4-5x a week. I am going to start out by taking 1 scoop of Ritual and then try out 2 scoops. Today I had my first workout on Ritual and it went very well. I had excellent pumps throughout the workout and my muscles felt really dense. I have tried a lot of pre-workouts and I haven't had that dense of a feeling in my back and arms in a long time. I did back and biceps today. The taste of Ritual is amazing! The samples I tried were green apple, which was ok, but I have Icy Blue freeze which is very refreshing. I took one scoop of ritual about 15 minutes before my workout. Here is the breakdown:

Deadlifts: 3 sets of 12(235lbs), 10(285lbs), 8(325lbs) I felt really good on my deadlifts. I am going to going really heavy next workout.
Bent over barbell rows: 3 sets of 12(145lbs), 10(155lbs), 8(165lbs)
Straight arm pulldowns (cable): 3 sets of 12(27.5lbs), 10(30.0lbs), 8(32.5lbs)
Preacher curls: 3 sets of 12(80lbs),10(90lbs), 8(100lbs)
Hammer Curls with Iforce grips: 3 sets of 12(35lbs), 10(40lbs), 8(45lbs)
Reverse curls: 3 sets of 12(65lbs), 10(70lbs), 8(75lbs)
Pullups to failure to finish off: 13

Here for the Ritual party! Take note of the endurance aspect of Ritual. I think in addition to the other attributes of the product, you'll be most impressed with how long you can go in the gym.

Just got back from the gym and my 2nd session with Ritual. The endurance is amazing. I have been doing the same workout I was the past 2 weeks and I feel like I am going through it so much easier. I feel like I want to do more when I am done. I have a great mood boost on this stuff. So after the first day of taking Ritual I wanted to see how I slept, since some pre-workouts in the past have caused me some problems. I slept like a baby; no problems what so far on Ritual. I did chest and triceps today, and the chest and arm pump I got was very nice. I have noticed that the pumps last for a couple hours even after the workout. Here is today's workout:
Flat Bench Press: 3 sets of 12(180lb), 10(185lb), 8(215lb) 6 (225)
Incline Hammer Strength Press: 3 sets of 12(180), 10(190), 8(200)
Cable Flies: 3 sets of 12(55), 10(60), 8(65)
Weighted dips: 3 sets of 12(70), 10(75), 8(80)
Incline Skull Crushers: 3 sets of 12(65), 10(70), 8(75)
Rope push downs: 3 sets of 12(50), 10(55), 8(60)

Nice work. Glad you're enjoying RITUAL and have seen the difference and benefits it provides within just 2 workouts. The ergogenic benefits are solid...by the end of your run I think you'll see a good improvement in your strength, power and stamina.

Had a good nights sleep again last night. Sleep is something that I have struggled with, especially with other pre workouts. So far so good!

Same here. Some preworkouts keep me up all night. Ritual has a nice slow fade, that allows me to fall asleep on time.

I get this as well, no crash, which is shocking because the energy is amazing. Bonus for sure!

Alright, I did legs and shoulders today and it was an awesome workout. I have to admit legs aren't my favorite but this workout made me want to do legs all day. The vascularity and pump I had in my legs was ridiculous. The pumps were so strong that I was walking funny after the workout. I did shoulders first and felt strong there as well. I am loving the pumps and vascularity on Ritual. A lot of other products I have used that promise pumps never gave me this much. Probably the best workout I have had in a while. Here is the breakdown:

Shoulder Dumbbell Press: 3 sets of 12(70lbs), 10(75lbs), 8(80lbs)
Hammer Strength Shoulder Press: 3 sets of 12(120), 10(125), 8(130)
Lateral Cable raises: 3 sets of 12(50), 10(55), 8(60)
Dumbbell Front Raises: 3 sets of 12(35),10(45), 8(45)
Shrugs: 3 sets of 12 (270), 10(290), 8(310)
Squats: 3 sets of 12(245), 10(295), 8(325)
Leg Curls: 3 sets of 12(140), 10(145), 8(150)
Leg Extension: 3 sets of 12(160), 10(170), 8(180)
Sitting Calf Raise: 3 sets of 12(135), 10(145), 8(155)

Another full rested night of sleep. I am off to the gym right now, but just wanted to highlight one thing I have noticed with Ritual. The pumps and vascularity in the gym are amazing, but I have noticed when I wake up the next day my muscles look and feel more full/dense. I love that feeling! Off to do some back and biceps!

I notice after about two solid weeks of usage, my strength goes way up. I attribute it to the endurance aspect of Ritual. I push myself to the limits while I'm on it.

Last night I did back and Biceps, and had another solid workout. The back pumps were great. One thing I love about the pumps, especially with back, is they are not too strong where I can't get the mind muscle connection and am not able to move around. The pump is just right. I went up a little on some of the lifts this workout. Here is the workout:

Deadlifts: 3 sets of 12(245lbs), 10(295lbs), 8(335lbs) Went up 10 lbs each set. The last set I had to stop for a second or two to rest but I got the 8 reps in.
Bent over barbell rows: 3 sets of 12(145lbs), 10(155lbs), 8(165lbs) Same weight as last workout
Straight arm pulldowns (cable): 3 sets of 12(30 lbs), 10(32.5 lbs), 8(35lbs) Up 2.5lbs on each set from last workout
Preacher curls: 3 sets of 12(80lbs),10(90lbs), 8(100lbs) Same as last workout
Hammer Curls with Iforce grips: 3 sets of 12(35lbs), 10(40lbs), 8(45lbs) Same as last workout
Reverse curls: 3 sets of 12(65lbs), 10(70lbs), 8(75lbs) Same as last workout
Pullups to failure to finish off: 15 (up 2 from last workout)

I will be working out later today after work so I will be posting that later tonight.

Ok, so yesterday I did chest and triceps. I had another solid workout. The pumps were great as well as the endurance. I did notice some slight increases in weight from last week so pretty happy about that. My max on bench press is 300lb. I set this PR about 3 months ago. I haven't really tested my 1 rep max since, so since I as feeling so good after taking my Ritual, i decided to try out my max. Well, I hit 300 again, but couldn't get above it. This is still a win for me, as I haven't really trained that aspect in 3 months. I will work on it throughout the rest of this run and know I can get up to about 310. Here is the workout from yesterday, I didn't lift today:
Flat Bench Press: 1 set of 10(135lb), 1 set of 8(155) 1 set of 1(300lbs) I learned this method from another member, where you just jump right into the max lift after a small warmup. I felt great, next time I will beat it! I then did my normal bench press workout:
3 sets of 12(185lb), 10(190lb), 7(225lb) 4 (245) I went up 5lbs on my first 3 sets, and on my final set I didn't get the 6 reps in but did lift 245 four times, all after trying to max.
Incline Hammer Strength Press: 3 sets of 12(180), 10(190), 8(200) Same weight as last week
Cable Flies: 3 sets of 12(60), 10(65), 8(70) Up 5lbs from last week
Weighted dips: 3 sets of 12(70), 10(75), 8(80) same as last week
Incline Skull Crushers: 3 sets of 12(65), 10(70), 8(75) same as last week
Rope push downs: 3 sets of 12(55), 10(60), 8(65) Up 5 from last week

Last workout I did legs and shoulders at the gym. The endurance and energy that Ritual gives me has been amazing. Most pre-workouts I get a jolt of energy that lasts 20-30 minutes then I later crash. With ritual it is a very clean rise and I don't crash. The pumps are great, so I did shoulders before legs or else I wouldn't be able to get around the gym with the massive pump.
Shoulder Dumbbell Press: 3 sets of 12(70lbs), 10(75lbs), 8(80lbs) Same weight as last weeek
Hammer Strength Shoulder Press: 3 sets of 12(125), 10(130), 8(135) up 5 on each set from last week
Lateral Cable raises: 3 sets of 12(50), 10(55), 8(60) Same as last week
Dumbbell Front Raises: 3 sets of 12(35),10(45), 8(45) Same as last week
Shrugs: 3 sets of 12 (280), 10(300), 8(320) up 10lbs each set
Squats: 3 sets of 12(255), 10(295), 8(325) Up 10 lbs on first set but couldnt get higher on the next 2 sets
Leg Curls: 3 sets of 12(145), 10(150), 8(155) up 5lbs each set
Leg Extension: 3 sets of 12(160), 10(170), 8(180) Same as last week
Sitting Calf Raise: 3 sets of 12(145), 10(155), 8(165) up 10 lbs each set

So the last two days I decided to try out two scoops of Ritual each workout It has been great! My focus and endurance in the gym have been through the roof. I have not noticed any jitters or nervousness with 2 servings. My vascularity and pumps during my workouts and for a few hours after have been excellent. I have been receiving some compliments from those around me. Here is the breakdown from yesterday:
Deadlifts: 3 sets of 12(245lbs), 10(295lbs), 8(335lbs) Same weight and reps as earlier this week.
Bent over barbell rows: 3 sets of 12(155lbs), 10(165lbs), 8(175lbs) went up 10 lbs each set
Straight arm pulldowns (cable): 3 sets of 12(30 lbs), 10(32.5 lbs), 8(35lbs) Same as earlier this week
Preacher curls: 3 sets of 12(80lbs),10(90lbs), 8(100lbs)
Hammer Curls with Iforce grips: 3 sets of 12(35lbs), 10(40lbs), 8(45lbs)
Reverse curls: 3 sets of 12(70lbs), 10(75lbs), 8(75lbs) Up 5 lbs in the first 2 sets from earlier this week
Pullups to failure to finish off: 15 (same as last workout)

I find one of the things with Ritual that sticks out is the amazing muscle endurance you get through a workout and still feel like you can do more once it's over.

Hit the gym new years eve and I had amazing focus and endurance today. Legs and shoulders are my hardest parts to train. One because they are not my strong points, and two because they aren't as fun to me haha. I did my entire workout and still felt fresh afterwards. Ritual has definitely increased my focus, energy and endurance in the gym. I can see it in the numbers as well as the way I feel throughout the workout and afterwards.
Shoulder Dumbbell Press: 3 sets of 12(70lbs), 10(75lbs), 8(80lbs) same as last time
Hammer Strength Shoulder Press: 3 sets of 12(130), 10(140), 8(145) up 5 lbs each set from last week
Lateral Cable raises: 3 sets of 12(50), 10(55), 8(60) same
Dumbbell Front Raises: 3 sets of 12(35),10(45), 8(45) same
Shrugs: 3 sets of 12 (280), 10(300), 8(320) same
Squats: 3 sets of 12(255), 10(295), 8(325) same as last week but I actually got through the entire set without having to stop
Leg Curls: 3 sets of 12(150), 10(155), 8(160) up 5 each set
Leg Extension: 3 sets of 12(160), 10(170), 8(180) up 5 each set
Sitting Calf Raise: 3 sets of 12(145), 10(155), 8(165) same

One thing I wanted to add was that this past week and this week I have experimented with two doses of Ritual in my workouts. I have noticed that the two doses does increase my energy and focus a little bit more without causing any side effects such as jitters, nervousness, or head aches. However, I still feel like one dose is all one would need to get the amazing effects of Ritual. The focus, energy, endurance, and pumps are excellent with one serving. The difference between two servings and one is negligible to be honest. A lot of other products I have tried, I have been forced to take two servings just to get the desired effects., not with Ritual. I feel the one dose is more than enough for all your pre-workout needs.

That's great news. I'm always harping on the endurance attribute of Ritual. It's the one attribute that stands out in the preworkout category. I work out fasted and the endurance alone impressive.

Great feedback! A workout is a win with 1 or 2 scoops of Ritual, seems like most peoples sweet spots are 1.5 scoops.

I did back and biceps last night and felt very strong. The gym was crazy busy but I was able to get everything in. I tried just the one serving of Ritual last night and felt the same compared to the two servings, which is nice because I don’t have to double up everytime and waste my Ritual!
Deadlifts: 3 sets of 12(255lbs), 10(295lbs), 8(335lbs) up 10 lbs on first set same on last two sets
Bent over barbell rows: 3 sets of 12(155lbs), 10(165lbs), 8(175lbs) same
Straight arm pulldowns (cable): 3 sets of 12(32.5 lbs), 10(35 lbs), 8(37.5 lbs) up 2.5lbs each set
Preacher curls: 3 sets of 12(90lbs),10(100lbs), 8(110lbs) up 10 each set

It's dosed so well that those that are looking for less stims, yet want to retain the powerful endurance aspects of Ritual, can go with one scoop and still crush it.

Just had my last workout with Ritual last night. It would have lasted me longer but I experimented with 2 scoops for a week, and 1.5 scoops for a week. I will be posting my final review shortly.
Flat Bench Press: 3 sets of 12(1200lb), 10(205lb), 8(235lb) I went up 10lbs each set and on my last set I was able to get the full 8 reps in rather than cutting it short like last time.
Incline Hammer Strength Press: 3 sets of 12(185), 10(195), 8(205) Up 5lbs each set
Cable Flies: 3 sets of 12(65), 10(70), 8(75) same as last time
Weighted dips: 3 sets of 12(75), 10(80), 8(85) up 5 lbs each set
Incline Skull Crushers: 3 sets of 12(65), 10(70), 8(75) same as last time
Rope push downs: 3 sets of 12(60), 10(65), 8(70) up 5 lbs
Dips to failure: 16
