  1. DAY 18- Cardio 50 min

    Took 6 caps on waking. This is what I call a rest day. I must admit that I go crazy not touching weights on cardio day.


  2. DAY 19 -DELTS

    FRONT RAISES DB seated hold on static- 20,25,30 -3 SETS 10-12 reps
    Plates Raises- 45 then 35 -3 set 8-10 reps
    lying front Raises- 50,60,60(preloaded gold bar) - 3 sets 10 reps

    Rope Delt pulls- 60,70,80,90 - 4 sets 10-20 reps
    Rear cable flys- 40,45,50 - 3 sets 10-20 reps
    Rear Delt machine- 70,80,90,100 -4 sets 10-20 reps

    Side Delt machine - 90,100,110 -3 sets 10 reps
    Cable side raises-35,40,45 - 3 set 8-10 reps
    DB cable raises- to failure with any weight possible - 3 sets reps range 20-30

    Traps
    Sitted trap machine reverse sitted 3x45 each side - 3 sets
    Standing trap machine - reverse grip-3x45 each side- 3 sets
    standing trap plate raises to failure 20-30 reps range

    Took 6 caps on waking. Shoulder workout awesome. Arms and chest more stronger. I have not however put a higher load on shoulders. I just have been burning them out with slow controlled movement. They seem to respond better to reps and burn then weight. Reps ranges have increased by 3-5 and sometime even more.

  3. DAY 20- LEGS

    LEGS

    QUAD
    DB squat 120s 3 sets -10 reps
    Leg Press 45x8,9,10 plates each side -2 set per plate- 6 set total -10-12 reps
    Vertical leg press 5 plates -3 sets 10-12 reps
    Charles Glass Single legged Leg press(this is one legged side tilt leg press-targets outer sweep)- 2x45 each side-3 sets 10 reps
    Leg extension- to failure

    HAMS

    standing leg curls- 35,40,45,50- 3 sets 10-20 reps
    Laying leg curls - 80,70,60,50,40,30 - 10-12 reps 6 sets
    high leg press 4x45 each side 3 sets 10 reps
    clean deadlift 1x45 -10-20 reps -3 sets

    Took 6 caps on waking. Leg workout seemed harder today. I was little off today. Also alot more sweat then before. But it was still a solid workout. Leg mass and cut still full and also some leaning out. Max-bulk still given me that huge look. Even on rest I feel bigger.

  4. DAY 21 - Abs and calves.

    Took 6 caps on wake. Abs are the place that I have lost BF mostly. I keep eating alot , but weight is still the same. Max-bulk just sucks in the carbs and doesn't store them at all. I am definitely liking the recomp affects.

  5. GOOD NEWS- I do have a bonus 42 cap in the bottle sent to me. This will allow for 7 more days!!!

  6. DAY 22- ARMS

    EZ curls 1x45 each side- 10 to 12 reps- 4 sets total
    Alternating curls 40,45,50- set done then superset with 20s. 10 to 12 reps- 3 sets total
    Concentration curls- 40lb set done then superset with 20s. 10 to 12 reps-3 sets total
    preacher Curls- 90,80,703-10 to 12 reps- 3 sets total
    rope curls- 140,130,120 -10 to 12 reps-3 sets total

    Triceps

    Rope pull down 70,80,90,100 10 to 20 reps-3 sets total
    dips machine 180-10 to 20 reps-3 sets total
    kickbacks- 15lbs- 10 to 20 reps-3 sets total
    close grip bench 1x45 each side- 10 to 12 reps- 4 sets total
    Tricep ladder to failure

    Took 6 caps on wake. I used a pre-workout and also No product that I had samples of. So pump was huge- a ballon like affect- made me even bulker looking that just the max-bulk. Weight no really up- but recomp good with bf loss.

  7. DAY 23- CHEST

    DB flat bench - 60 lbs one arm then both arms -10 reps total 30 reps -3 sets
    Hammer strength flat bench press 1x45 one arm then both arms each side-10 reps total 30 reps- 3 sets
    DB incline bench 75 lbs --10 reps- 3set
    Hammer strength incline bench press 2x45 each side-10 reps- 3 sets
    cable cross over- 80,70,60,50 15 to 20 reps- 3 sets
    pec deck 70,80,90 15 to 20 reps- 3 sets.

    Took 6 caps on wake. I didnt focus on weight today. I just repped out as much as possible. Pump awesome and volume to chest has increased. I still feel very aplha male...but as I come close to the end...I do feel a very-very mild lethargic feeling- maybe just related to training.

  8. DAY 24- rest day

    total no gym time

    6 caps taken on wake. nothing much to note.

  11. DAY 25- BACK

    Lat pull over with bar- 30,40,50 - 3 set- 10-20 reps
    DB rows 100,110,120 - 3 set- 10 reps
    lat wide bar pull down- 140,150,160 - 3 set- 10 reps
    T bar row 3x4x4 - 45s- - 3 set- 10 reps
    Lat down down hammer strength- 3x45 - 3 set- 10 reps
    Cable back row- on arm 70,80,90 - 3 set- 10 reps

    Took 6 caps on wake. Still feeling strong. I have had a very mild lethargic feeling as I enter the final days of max-bulk. Otherwise no sides to speak of. I have not increase weight on max-bulk. But recomp still going great. My look in mirror is more freaky then I started with.

  12. DAY 26- DELTS

    front raises with 60lb-preload-golds BB- 4 sets - 10 reps
    Front Plate raises- first 45 then 25- 3 sets - 10 reps
    lying front raise with 40lb-preload-golds BB- 3 sets - 10 reps

    Sides raises 30lb then 20 lbs- 3 sets - 10 reps
    Cable side raises 20,30,40- 3 sets -10 to 15 reps
    Lying Side raises- 15,20,25 3 sets - 10 reps

    Rear delt machine 90,100, 110-3 sets - 10 reps
    Rope rear delt pulls- 20,30,40,50 4 sets - 10 reps
    Rear delt cross over fly- 20,30,40- 3 sets - 10 reps

    Traps
    BB 2x45 - 3 sets - 10 reps
    BB 1x45 behind-3 sets - 10 reps
    up rows- with 60lb-preload-golds BB- 3 sets - 10 reps

    Took 6 caps on wake. Delts burned out good. I am stronger than start and I have gotten into a nice groove. I hope to keep the recomp gains and to not lose them in PCT. To be honest ,I dont really lose much in PCT...At least with the other PH/DS.

    finished leg day and then next day was abs and calves. all out now

  16. FINAL REVIEW:

    Again a big thanks to all at AF for the ability to run this PH.

    To be honest when I got the product I was not expecting huge results. To me DHEA stuff looked very natty. I was thinking to myself , How can this compare to epistane or halo or tren or SD.

    But I wanted to give it a shot and run it. My end result was amazing. I had great recomp , I had more leanness in the abs area. I looked a lot more bulky -even without much weight gain. But the best part was that I could lift heavier. A lot of the hammer strength exercise I increase by using one more 45 plate. DB use also on bench went up by 10-15lbs . All this was done with zero sides. So how does this compare to the other DS that I have run in the past. I would compare it to cutting power of epistane mixed with halo for mass.

    But there is slight bad side to this. Max-Bulk has a big price tag. This compounds are amazing …..but at 180 dollars(cheapest I seen)…that not really possible for me to run it again. If price can come down then that would be great. This is a excellent compound for people who want to get into PH/DS. This allows a great entire point and amazing results will follow. Due to this log, I was able to try max-bulk at 6 cap per day. I thank AF for the luxury I was given and love the amazing results I got off it.

  17. Wow! Really nice for 30 days bro. Your traps & pec are for sure bigger and look better & ur abs definitely more detailed. Thanks for having me with ur log this whole time. Great job & u got me considering the product u just ran.
    I just ran my first PH , halo x ( on my 2nd day of pct ). Good results but kinda under dosed. Would like to do ur run with Epi or halo again.

    Had fun with the log and max-bulk lived up to claims and hype. For 30 day I think I had good gains. PCT now started with clomid. Thanks for following along!!!
