I was scheduled for 3000
45 carb intra workout session
29 carb intra workout session 2
Post workout was 138 protein, 64 fat (bout hour after finishing second intra workout shake)
Then the rest was dinner
2 large sweet potatoes 1.5 lb turkey breast , 1 scoop true protein custom blend, 1 scoop whey swole, 6 tablespoons (by weight) better then peanut butter, 4 tablespoons jam
I plan it out in which I will go back to normal caloric intake, but some days are an all day fast till post workout
The 1 meal a day increases energy requirements by about 20% in a rat model. So carry over isnt the same but I can imagine.
Weight stays now around 175. But I'm a tad more methodical now. More then before adding in guar gum to meal or 2 to help fill me up so I physically can't eat
Today was one meal.
Tomorrow water should be less but still there.
By Friday or Sunday I'll be at 3100 calories.
Maybe, I haven't recorded weight in a few days. I will definitely hit it tomorrow
So, today's diet:
1 scoop carbion
1 scoop dark matter
4.04 lbs 94/7 beef
1 bag lettuce
3 small home made protein pb balls
Unaccounted for in diet
300 carbs at night cases increase in 4lbs the next day
So I know my body at this point.
Unsure about dinner tonight but I will be fasting until dinner as I'm going out to eat.
Only thing I'll be eating is 240 calories from dark matter post workout

2 potassium nitrate
1 scoop conquer
1 scoop no pure
2 pot nitrat
