Well guys here I am again, should be a good mix. Looking forward to swing a little lean muscle and shed a little fat. Started last night taking AlphaMax... Had a good nights rest. No gym this morning had to go to an early install, fruit punch FitMax to get me going(wasn't to strong however very fruity). Dosed at 2 caps per serving. Gonna be a good run im sure.

I will....haven't even been to the gym because of work and well had to get house cleaned up so wife and I could go to Halloween Horror nights, wasn't impressed.

I am taking AlphaMax 2x daily at 2 caps per serving and FitMax 1x daily either morning or midday, probably will do 2x daily once I adjust diet to this log. I plan on focusing on more cardio and just doing 3 exercises per muscle group with abs after cardio. Right now I am running/walking 1.5 miles for each gym session, it will probably move up and better time. My work schedule should be a little better next few weeks, doing so extra training so night jobs maybe few and far between.

Another good nights rest and another day away from gym. I think I'll get 4 days this week... It's been like that lately. Hopefully this coming weekend ill get a day in. Our kids cheerleading has ended so that gives an extra day.

FitMax mañana working pretty good. Not an overbearing flavor(cause most fruit punches make me gag), energy isn't big on the zoom however I haven't tried I the gym yet so I'd take it as more of an endurance with recovery benefits.

Yea fitmax should provide really clean, smooth energy but nothing like in your face. Pumps and endurance are fantastic though!

How has the sleep been with Alphamax, we have a couple other loggers commenting about super deep sleep and very vivid dreams.

Well dreams are a bit too real... Almost in tears tryin to explain it this morning. I was trying to get an old friend of mine who died into drug rehab to save his life. He died a couple years back from heroine and he tried to contact me and I told him not to call me til he cleaned up cause I couldn't associate with him because I had a family to protect. His birthday and mine were 4 days apart and we grew up as neighbors/brothers. He always looked up to me cause I was a couple years older.

Anyways I went to the gym and trained which was much needed. I have been getting a spot for my 225 bench and thought the guy was helpin to much, come to find out he wasn't I was actually able to do the reps.... Didn't have him today and tested it out!

Dreams are definitely a sign that Alphamax is kicking in, just sorry it had to be a bad dream! Nice workout regardless man, noticing any leaning effects from Alphamax yet? Seeing some veins in the pics!

The leaning effects are slowly coming in. I feel lighter even though my weight is the same. I say lighter but its probably less bloat.

How does your stomach do with Forsk95? I want to add another 50mg, to hit the 100mg that people run. However, I would not be able to stomach it.

Had to miss gym just wasn't feeling it. Had plenty of walking last night with the kids. That plus the leg and back session really made the snooze button work this morning.

Getting ready for gym then I get called outfor work. Sucks it started so early.... In on call til next Friday. I also have been training for a new position at work, that has been affecting my gym training as well. At least I have a good job, so now I can add refrigeration tech to my résumé. Before long I'm going to have to go to more school. So lets see.... Swimming pool certified, HVAC certified, 2/3 for master certified on hot side restaurant equipment, grew up painting with father, remodeling for a few years, and was a property operations supervisor at a golf course 5.5yrs. Not bad I'd say, I just need that hourly rate to catch up to my skills.

Yes sir I'd say A+ so far. In the gym when pushing I feel more aggressive towards the weights. I feel like I am doing the weights with out help.... Like when you use PH's you gain strength fast but if not properly PCT you can lose it. I used a PH over 2 months ago, and used a different product for pct. I was able to keep my strength, so far I feel like I am making more progress day by day. Using my own testosterone that is being "awakened" by AlphaMax.... Is that a good way to describe it? And as far as the leaning, I am not sure. I haven't changed my diet enough to make that lean look... Now I'd say that it is too early to tell but in a few weeks we should see something. Even if I am going up in weight.

Had an early job had to miss gym. Arms are a little sore, figured since I hadn't trained biceps in a while. Lowering my carb intake so I can fit into the pants. Ever since I started adding weight it hasn't stopped.

I think adding on some mass with AlphaMax is a great plan, most likely will avoid adding on too much fat while adding some serious MUSCLES, win win for everybody. Besides hasn't bulking season already begun? Lets get that weight up son! haha

Well my diet hasn't been the best and I have been trying to cut some of the higher carb foods. Unfortunately I feel that I am on the seefood diet which is cause the weight to attach to my midsection. I do good for two weeks then right back to daily cheat meals. As long as I am getting stronger then I am happy. That cut look I see others have is what I want however my food discipline is mediocre.

As far as AlphaMax I am pleased so far with the results. Much better sleep, aggression in the gym, quick to get agitated(that don't mess with me feeling), and the last week some acne on back has started to show.... Not to worried about it just makes me feel the product is working.

Good deal man, glad you're pleased! Definitely good that you're strength is increasing but if you want that cut look, gotta get that diet in check! It's definitely the hardest thing for me as well, I find once I've made it to two weeks eating right I'm usually good to go for a while. I do allow myself some cheat room on the weekends so I don't go crazy!

So in 12 days I used all my data on my phone, so my updates will be later in day. So after watching Food Inc on Netflix the wife wants to go all organic.... This will be expensive I know but ill figure something out. First she wants to detox for one week.... Juicing I think. This will be tough and I have to load up on protein before she drains account. I know my body will like me I just hope we can afford/stick with it. First thing I am buying a grass fed cow and a freezer, has anyone gotten a cow butchered before?


Today's workout short and sweet. I am slowly working my front squats up in weight. Today was the most I've done... Not very impressive but should continue to go up, about 10-20 every other week

My dosing of AlphaMax is morning with breakfast and dinner. Is it advisable to take 4-6 after first dose o just keep with what I got?
