Thanks, Swanks, for letting me give this a shot. It's been a while since I've taken a cissus product so I'm looking forward to it. My shoulders and knees will definetly benefit from it.
26 years old, 208lbs, competitive powerlifter, training 4x a week. Off days will consist of using the prowler, doing core work, or mobility WOD's.
Yesterday's session consisted of conventional deadlifts- 5 sets of 405 followed by block pulls and deficit pulls. Assistance work was unilateral leg work, glute ham raise, and some back stuff.
Today I hit up the prowler: 180lbs x 20 yards x 10 sprints
Followed by a mobility WOD
If you guys want, I can copy and paste the actual workout sessions from my training log or just an update like that. Lemme know!
I'll give an honest review of the product. I'll update everytime I workout, and anytime something pertinent comes up.
Tomorrow I'll take some pictures of how it mixes and the container. I'm unimpressed with the visual aspect of the tub it comes in, but I don't really care. It's a fine powder, which mixes easily, even with a spoon. Smells and tastes just how it should. Slightly tart with only 6oz of water but it still tasted just fine. Now...saying that something tastes good with Cissus in it, doesn't make sense, because Cissus tastes like complete ******* in raw form, so good job Formutech on the taste.
