Howdy guys, im new to the forums and wanted to share my next cut cycle with you guys.

It was just 3 months ago where i couldnt even see my feet because my belly was so big. I still remember driving to mcdonalds to grab a meal than making my way to wendy's to order more food.

I was at the lowest point in my life and felt unchallenged, unhappy, and depressed.

One day, i got tired of being fat and decided its time for a change. I managed to drop 40 lbs in 3 months but i journey is far from over.

My long term goal is getting under 10% bodyfat for the first time ever!

Weapons of choice:
I had huge success with Melting Point by DS last time so i wanted to run TTA again. I've also been following Mr Coop's threads about forskolin which intrigued me so I wanted to try it myself.

Forskolin 95 by Synthetic Supplements

Forskolin_95_large.jpeg

Forskolin is most well-known for its strong ability to raise cAMP, a key signaling molecule in hormone pathways. Forskolin is a known vasodilator, a thyrogenic, a testosterone and lean body mass promoting agent, as well as a weight loss supplement.

Dosage: 100mg

DCP by Genomyx

dcp_large.jpeg

The center ingredient in which our product is based off of is of TetradecylThioacetic Acid (TTA). TTA is a 3-thia fatty acid which increases mitochondrial activity, which in itself provides numerous benefits. Insulin resistance is strongly linked to the reduction of glucose oxidation in mitochondria and a subsequent build up of glycolysis byproducts. Adipocytes also contribute hormones when fat is stored in them, so, the more fat you are carrying, the more inhibition of mitochondrial function you have (1). Mitochondria proteins function mainly to produce ATP, enhancing their function will, in short, burn more fuel. TTA enhances mitochondrial oxidative capacity and reduces free fatty acid and triglyceride levels as described below.

Dosage:
Week 1
4 Caps Daily
Week 2 - 4
6 Caps Daily
Week 5-6
9 Caps Daily

Stimulant of Choice
ECA Stack

Additional Supplements:
Whey/Casein Mix - MRP
Sesamin
Fish Oils
Multi

Would love to also run alpha t-2 on this cycle but my funds are running low. The one in the photo is an empty bottle!!!!

PES - Send me a bottle!!! Pretty Please!

Stack Goals:
I would be happy if i could drop 8-10 lbs in the next 4 weeks.

Before Stats
Date: June 1 2013
Starting Weight: 245
Bodyfat Percentage: 38%-40%?

Photos:
beforejune.jpg

Current Stats:
Starting Weight:205
Starting BF (omron body tester) 21.6%

Photos:

These photos are quite embarrassing since my bodyfat percentage is still quite high but i wanted to show effectiveness of this stack for us guys who have a higher body fat percentage.

Diet - Ketogenic
My diet is quite simple. I usually take 2 or 3 (whey / casein / fiber) shakes a day and eat 2 meals. Each meal consist of a protein source, veggies, and fat.

I like to eat more prepped meals but the simplicity of the shakes allows me to have more flexibility with my day to day activities.

2000 Calories

Weekly Carb Refeed
2600-2800 Calories

Workout
Full Body - High Reps 20-25 - Every Other Day Opposite of HIIT

Cardio:
HIIT: 3x a week
Low Intensity Treadmill: 30-45 minutes x 2 Daily

Day 1:

I felt very lethargic today. It could be from having a few days off from gym or or my body disliking the ketogenic diet transition again.

Cardio:
HIT Eliptical 25min + 15 low impact

During today cardio session, i was definitely breathing heavier compared to my previous HIT sessions. I havent started the ECA stack yet so i know that stimulants had nothing to do with it.

I take my second dosage of the day preworkout mainly for convenience not sure if that has any effect on my workout.

Day 2:

My appetite has been out of control lately. I've been having major cravings all day and even after each meals i still feel hungry. I lowered my calories a few weeks back and its probably finally catching up.

The first few days of transitioning back to keto are rough.

Went to the gym to hit weights but it was way too busy and my body just felt tired. Decided to jump on the treadmill and do cardio instead.

Cardio:
1 hour

During my cardio session I noticed some increased sweating. Usually takes me a good 15 to 20 minutes to get a good sweat in but within 5 minutes i was already starting to sweat.

My favorite thing of the day is smelling the raspberry ketones when i take the DCP dosage. To help battle with my appetite issues im going to start sipping on some BCAA's. Unfortunately i only have a few servings of XTEND left and not looking for the additional cost of adding BCAA's which gets quite costly.

Day 4:

Dodgeball didnt go too well. We got our ass whooped lol and i manage to strain my back a bit. Unfortunately that means i might have to skip the next leg/lower back of my workout putting me behind my workout schedule.

Ill be finally able to get a full workout in tonight with cardio session.

I've been quite lethargic lately and im not sure if its due to the new supplement stack or me just being lazy. I havent been on top of my meal prepping and im sure that has been a factor. I been relying on shakes to get me out of jams and have been way too dependent on them.

Its only Day 4 but im not giving justice to this stack if im not on top of it 100%. I need to step up my game in this department and get in tune again.

My EBF goodies come tomorrow and im excited to see what Zach hooked me up with.

I know this sounds stupid but for us fat asses who have been obese before, have a hard time eating carbs without feeling guilty.

Im excited to add recompadrol to my stack . This should also allow me to increase my carb intake and calories for more energy.

Stay positive my friend.. I lost 170lbs.. and it is rough, and it is an ongoing battle. I know where you are coming from and what you are going through. Carbs still to this day scare me. And I can vouch for the fact that recompadrol helps a lot. Kind of excited to try metabolic powder.

What a rough week. Sprained my MCL and didnt realize it till monday after it started swelling up.

Day 8: Had a really good workout on sunday too with 2 sessions of cardio which probably didnt help with the healing. Had no idea.

Day 9: My knee was tight all day and was clicking while i walked around. Was very discouraged but spent the whole day resting.

Day 10: Woke up this morning and my knee felt way better. Range of motion is loss and the knee is weak but im able to do light walking. Unfortunately this will set me back a bit since i will have to do some rehab to make sure it heals. Upper body is fine but lower body will need some time.

I managed to get 2 45 minute cardio sessions in today and plan on hitting weights tomorrow. Im glad things are back to normal tomorrow and i can finally get back into my groove.

Im so happy that my knee injury was not as severe as i thought it was going to be. I did some research and depending on the grade of the strain it can take 4 to 6 weeks to heal which would of killed me.

Day 11: Knee tightened up again so i decided to take the day off.

I went to the chiropractor to get an adjustment and that felt great. Oh Boy did i need that.

My training has been spotty for the last week but looking in the mirror i notice i've been leaning out quite a bit. My love handles have decreased and face looks leaner. My physical activity has been limited so its surprising to get any results. Something in the stack is working really well.

Some updates.

-I increased my DCP dosage to 6 a day and have not had any issues with cramping
-I started the ECA Stack for my morning stimulant
-Ive added carbs back into my diet and i really feel recompadrol has help make that transition a smooth one.

Day 12: Today.. 9 / 20 . 2013

Day 12: Cramps settled in quite a bit last night. Need to up my water intake.

Had a great chest workout and did 25 minutes of cardio.

Not sure which compound it is but im guessing forskolin but i noticed decrease in libido but increase erection quality. Thought it was all in my head but i got to put in practice this morning and boy I was quite surprised how much more i was able to control my climax.

---

Ive decided to make some dramatic changes to my diet. The ketogenic diet doesnt work great for long term sanity. My calories are way too low and my energy levels are like ****.

Will be following suit with Zach and logging my calories on myfitnesspal.
Im also going to start logging my lifts as well which ive never done before.

More detailed journaling and data logging.

Im aiming for 2500 calories

30% fat
30% carbs
40% protein

That would be the general macros breakdown but im going to cycle carbs based on activity levels. Ill have to see how my body responds and adjust from there. Being an endormorph bodytype, the thought of adding over 100 carbs to the diet terrifies the **** out of me.

I think the biggest thing for me to try to overcome is im that im very hard on myself so when i diet i think i need to punish myself with some bland food boring foods over and over. Im starting to realize this is a lifestyle change and Eating clean for a cut doesnt need to be eating ****ty bland food.

1lb a week is a good rate, any faster than that and you run the risk of burning more muscle tissue.

Day 13: Workout today included Bi's and Tri's Today plus 2 35 minute cardio session.

The Knee felt weak and but not as sore as it was on monday.

For the last 3 months i've eaten mainly chicken breast, green beans, and PB 5 times a day. I will go back those meals when i hit a sticking point but for now im giving this macros diet a try.

Unless your training for a competition i dont see the benefit for eating boring / blands foods everyday. Today's the first day my new IIFYM diet.

Todays the first day i started logging my meals. I didnt realize how much i was under eating before and this app makes it so much easier to aim for right amount of macros needed.
