Updating my MAN CARD with MAN Sports PF3

    Ok when I was talking to the big MAN about PF3 he said your recovery would be super fast! Obviously you thought you would be sore but it looks like PF3 said screw that awesome!!

    Awesome workouts yesterday, man! Hopefully that soreness never hits My shoulders are almost never sore, maybe I'm not working them hard enough

    You could consider a scoop during as well. I'm a fan of pre, intra, and post, sort of what I got hooked on doing back when I got to try a raw batch of Pf3

  14. By the time I finally got home tonight the gym was closed so I decided instead of wasting back day on db work, I would do some bicep drop set training. I changed my dosing protocol to 1 scoop pre, 1 scoop intra, and 1 scoop post. I think I will like this way much better. I am really enjoying the taste of the Candy Grape quite a bit more than I initially thought I would. Stirred it tonight again instead of shaking and this is definitely the way to mix it up.

    Standing DB Curls
    25x12x2 warm up
    30x10 drop 25x10
    40x10 drop 30x10
    50x10 drop 35x10

    Seated DB Curls
    (40x10 drop 30x10)x3

    Preacher Curls
    45x12x3

    Hammer Curls
    30x12 drop 15x12
    (35x10 drop 25x10)x3

    Felt really good tonight had plenty of energy and drive to hammer it out. Pretty sore right now, so hoping that the recovery effect works again tonight.

    Blue Bomb-Sicle is what I bought on my own and it's pretty darn tasty. The tub I logged was Fruit Punch. Fruit Punch was no bueno for me :P LoL. But ok, I'll be honest, I just generally don't like fruit punch flavours :P

    PF3 IS a recovery machine Aside from a little joint pain I felt great! No doms at all.

  21. Updating my MAN CARD with MAN Sports PF3


    Day 3
    So far so good fellas!! Like I said above I woke up this morning and felt great so this is definitely good for recovery. Went out of town to see some of my family and mourn the loss of my aunt today. She had 9 children and they all have different ideas on what to do, so it was quite chaotic most of the day. Was talking to my brother who is new to training and supplementation and looking for a top notch protein. Of course I told him about PF3 Got home changed, took my pre dose of PF3, the perfect way to mix it (for those of you that may of missed my response before) is to put it in a little at a time, while stirring the entire time. Mixes up perfect this way, no clumps whatsoever. I then made up two different doses in a couple of different shaker cups. Went to the gym and trained back all the while sipping on the second dose. Once again I felt strong and dare I say alpha tonight!! My strength is getting back to where it was on rack pulls and I think next time I train back I may shoot for a PR!!

    I'm loving that benefit of PF3, was a little worried since I haven't gone real heavy on back and figured I'd have a hell of a time getting out of bed this morning, but had no issues at all. I do need to pick up something for my joints as they are starting to hurt again, but there is no muscle soreness that I have noticed.

  26. I never asked you, but are you using whey protein in the mix as well or are you just using PF3 and food? I heard the recovery would be awesome before everyone started logging but now since almost all of you guys have hardly to no muscle soreness, this is quite amazing! My tub is on the way so I can't wait to start running this with you guys.

    No whey! Lol just PF3, and lots of chicken and fish. The PF3 actually came at a perfect time as I ran out of my whey just a few days prior and now see no need to purchase anymore whey, for the time being.

    just for info I did have a lot for about a day after back workout but I thrashed it hard. wonder if it matters how much volume there is .
