My weight is hanging around the same since day 1. I was hoping to slowly climb about a lb or 2 a week. Strength is the same.
I am enjoying the flavor of both and d pol. Looking forward to two weeks from now. I am hoping strength and weight increase. My vascularity is looking really good intra workout. Post workout is insaine. I am not siting near contest shape and still have veins through my obliques. Crushing legs tonight. I have a client that wants to compete late 2014 that am training with. Gotta leave em hurting.
