    I would like to thank EBF for this chance at logging what i hope is a great product. Little history about myself. 40 yrs old ,5'9" on a good day at about 180 ish +/- I have been doing some sort of lifting weights since i was about 10. (Thanks to dad). I powerlifted in highschool and a little in college. I have tried many dif styles of lifting,but as time has gone on i have been doing gvt. One of the discs in my low back is 80% gone and that makes heavy back squats and deads impossible some days. I miss stacking the plates and moving heavy weight, but i can only do what my body will allow. I now approach lifting from a bodybuilding perspective. That is why gvt works for me because i can use 50-60% of my 1rm and not injure my back more.
    I just came off of a bulk cycle and was going to wait a little longer before starting aav2, but i couldnt take the wait so i started wed. (8/7). Yesterday was an off day so no lifting. I took 2 caps upon waking on empty stomach,2 more 1hr before lunch and 2 before bed. I didnt feel wound up just a little more energized and a general "feel good". My diet is pretty boring and predictable. It consists of oatmeal, eggs, turkey bacon, chicken,chicken,chicken, beef, ground turkey, sweet potato,and mixed veggies. I also take the usual supps- b vit, fish oil, hawthorne berry, cla, and a protein shake or 2. My calories end up around 2800. I dont want to lose much weight, i just want to expose the muscle i've been bustin my butt to enhance. So this is basicly a recomp.

    The only prob i am having so far is heartburn about 20-30 min after dosing. I downed a glass of milk and that cured it.

    Try easing into it with one pill then wait 30-40 min and take another. See if that helps. Apparently the course I use for capsaicinoids is much more potent mg for mg then other companies capsaicinoids.

    Be easy with it. I worked up to 3-4 pre workout no problem

    THURS 8/8 LEGS:

    100 yrds walking lunges-bw

    Back squats-10x10-185

    Frt squats-10x10-185

    Rev lunges(dumbbells)-5x10-80

    Calf raises-100 reps @160lbs(3-4 sets)

    Rest time is 45-60 sec. This helps with my cardio,because i hate cardio.

    8/9 CHEST,TRICEPS
    Weight this morn 180 lbs

    Today was going to be an arm day,but changed my mind. I just felt like murdering chest. Barbell bench is a problem for me because of sharp shoulder pain on the right so i use dumbbells and weighted dips(my favorite). I dosed my AAv2 the same today(2 early morn,2 before lunch and i will take 2 at bed).
    CHEST:
    Dips-bw-40
    Dips-35lbs-10
    Dips-70lbs-10
    Dips-90lbs-10
    Dips-110lbs-10
    Dips-130lbs-10
    Dips-140lbs-8 PR*

    Incline bench-60lb dumbbells -10
    Incline bench-75lb dumbbells-10 x2

    TRICEPS:
    Close grip bench-135x10x3
    Skull crushers-65x10
    Skull crushers-75x10
    Skull crushers-85x8x2 tris felt like they were going to explode!

    Overhead tri ext-75x10
    Overhead tri ext-85x8x2

    Close grip palms in push-ups-failure x2(35-40)

    Ran out of pwo, so i downed some coffee, cranked AC/DC and got after it!

    Its puccah approved! Ya made it in slow cooker. Chicken,carrots,sweet potatos, mushrooms, cilantro and cinn. Pull it and serve with rice. Damn good!

    I took my second dose about 1hr ago. I chased them down with a pwo shake. No probs worked great. I guess i need to take mine with a little food. Taking them like this is better than not taking them at all. I'm happy this worked. Im anxious for results.

    I dont know where i got this workout, but it looked interesting and i never do things like this. I decided to go at it with the AAv2 only, no pwo drink. One of the best cardio sets i've had. It def got me sweating. I think the AAv2 is working!

    Repeated 4 times. It took me about 4 min to complete one round. I rested 2.5-3 min between rounds.

    I will take my last dose of annihilation before bed with a shake. G2G.

    Bodyweight finishers are VERY underrated.

    Your body is a crazy gym itself. 100 push ups for time as en example is going to be taxing in itself testing all facets of your strength, endurance and aerobic/anaerobic capacity. Keep it up bud

    I agree. I love to do bodyweight exercises. Im still trying to master the pistol squat. Sounds easy in theory, untill you try it. (With good form)
    So i mixed up a 6oz protein shake and took my first dose of AAv2 for the day. No probs taking it like this. Im ready to get my not so relaxed Sunday going.
    No lifting today but i may do the cardio circuit i did yesterday.
    I am weighing in at 178 this morn,so couple lbs down. Im not trying to lose too much weight,more of a recomp.

    Pistol squats are hard. I do them in a bench BC I don't have the flexibility to hold my foot tht high. And it's harder on my right leg then left and I'm a righty. So ****ing weird

    Took my first dose at about 4:30 am. I am having a better sense of well being and just feel "good". After figuring out when and what dose works for me i am starting to like this product.

    I feel you on that last line! I can go all week being strict & come Sunday I cheat a little & feel like I just wasted the starvation! lol Gotta be strong willed.

    Thanx. Thats good motivation. I cant go heavy on the big 3 anymore, so i do alot of volume. The lifts i can go heavy on i damn sure try to push it.
