    First a bit about me. I have been crushing the gym seriously for about a year and a half. I have run the gaunlet of PWO products, and was recently given the opportunity to review and log Performax PowerMax, thanks to Performax and NickSox15.

  2. I am currently doing Legs Push Pull. Below are my results

    Took PowerMax 20 minutes before workout. (1 Scoop / 8 onces of water)

    My first work out with PowerMax was an interesting one. I didn't have a huge rush of energy like I do with other PWO's. However the energy gradually kicked in and I could definitly feel the power kicking in. After 24 sets of Quad and Calf Exercises I was still ready for more. I didn't feel like I had more of a pump than I normally do, I may try to run a double scoop to see of this changes.

    The taste of the product with 8oz of water was a bit lighter than I expected. I will try with 6 or 7 ounces of water tomorrow. However the taste is good (Fruit Punch)
    I did not have any kind of crash with this product and I was able to sleep like a baby.

  3. In! Great start man. Most feel two scoops Is the sweet spot so don't be afraid to give that a shot!

  4. Day 2 (Push)

    Did a double scoop with 14oz of water

    Taste was better this time around.
    Pump was much much better.

    Energy level through the roof.

    Did another double scoop today.

    Energy level was good, not quite as high as the first double scoop day.
    Pump was good, not quite as high as the first double scoop day.

  10. Day 4 (Legs 2)
    Today I did another double scoop, but instead of waiting 30-45 minutes to lift afterward, I lifted within 10 minutes of taking it, whoa buddy, did I start feeling the pump right away. My quads and hams were super pumped and I was barely able to make 90 degrees on my squats.

    Was feeling pretty lethargic today due to a missed breakfast and ****ty lunch.

    PowerMax did a good job of keeping my energy level in check.

    Double Scoop, engery hit me good since I had a good breakfast. Stamina was great could have spent another hour in the gym.

    After the first week of use, I think to get the most out of this product is to have good hearty meals prior to taking this pwo, then lift hard.

    Focus, Energy, Stamina were all high. Pump was minimal unfortunatly. Could be because I didn't really do any isometic quad exercises....

    One this I can say that love so far about this product is that I don't get any jitters. Its a good, clean, lasting energy without the crash. My favorite thing about it that I have no problem getting to sleep.

    Welcome aboard, I've been under the weather for a few days. Didn't get a chance to stay with your log updates. Looking great so far and really setting off this PowerMax log with solid lifts/numbers. As it seems from your past updates, the tunnel vision and high level of focus is finding you well. I don't feel like a anxious spazz as I did on some PWO in the past. It's this insane level of focus I get from PowerMax, sometimes even without music, I simply can't be phased...haha

    Pump was crazy, I had to wait 15 minutes so that I could get my arms loose enough to take my shirt off to tan.

  23. That's awesome about the pump! I had hypertrophy today for upper body and had a very similar experience with a shirt! My problem was getting my tie over my head!

    Didn't get to the gym until late. Was way out of my rhythm.

    Took a double scoop but I think by that time my body had assumed I wasn't going to make it to the gym.

    I had a decent pump going and some decent energy going in, but it tapered off and just needed to stretch out.

  25. It's always tough getting to the gym late. I get into such a routine that if something throws it off I can definitely tell. You'll be all good!

  26. I know exactly how you guys feel. Sometimes ill be ready to go but for whatever reason, busy day, extra stress, i just cant get my mind and body into it and at the point no amount of Powermax will help hahaha

    So Today, I had a Mudathlon Obstacle Course Race.
    Took a double scoop and completed the race, but the end I felt like I was just getting warmed up.

    Went to lunch and drove 2 hours home, then decided it was gym time. Took another double scoop and hit the gym.

    Had amazing energy and stamina. Could have stayed at the gym the rest of the night.
