I like my logs to be credible. I could toss around a bunch of bull**** numbers (which I see a lot) to try and impress, but WTF is the point?
It is a disservice to AM, sponsors (if they're involved in a product log), and to readers.

So far; increased heat in the gym. Feels like I get up to sweaty temp quick, and when I was done today sweat was dripping off the bill of my hat. Saturated.
Appetite-I'm about 6 hours post workout, and I usually a dozen eggs (4 whole, 8 whites) right now EASY. I got through them, but man it was tough. I feel "satiated" all day.
Got the ol SLAP lesion with some associated bicep tendinitis.
What does that mean? Nothing, just gonna train around it. *shrug*

Bar, 135, 185, 225
No pain at all. I'm pretty weak from not doing these forever; I used to incline more than I flat benched by about 45#. Back in the day.
INCLINE DB TWIST PRESS
Sick pump but these hurt. Started with 80's. no bueno.
These didn't hurt as much as I just felt unstable.
Bunch of curls & tricep stuff, BB style. Also did a couple sets of Meadows rows just to try em. Those ****ers are AWESOME.
Overall it was a good session all things considered. Shoulder is sore, but not unbearably so.
30' LISS treadmill.
Started the week @ 298, 289 dry this morning.
I refeed on Sundays, so I'm dropping water off-I was 286 last week pre Skipload, so I hope to be 284-285 by Sunday AM.
