After what seemed liked an eternity (it was actually a week), I'm finally starting my log of BioCor's Agmatine, Creatine, DivaMax and Citrulline Malate. A big thanks goes out to BioCor for allowing me the opportunity to log this awesome stack! This is my first time using BioCor supplements and I'm looking forward to trying them out.
As for me, I won't bore everyone with a long history as most are not really interested in that. However, I will say that I'm 38, I have been lifting since I was about 15-16 years old and I tend to use workout routines that most others are not doing. I guess you could say that I don't like following the crowd. Right now, I am in the beginning stages of changing the way I've almost always worked out. I have abandoned the common routine of working one or two muscles groups per workout/per week in favor of a traditional powerlifting routine, using compound exercises with the main goal of getting stronger. I have never followed a PL routine before and most would say that it is a bit late in the game to start, but that just motivates me to do it that much more. For the next 12 weeks or so, I will be following the routine made famous by Bill Starr, and later Glenn Pendlay, the 5 x 5 routine. In the next couple of posts, I will describe the 5 x 5 routine and philosophy as well as my personal goals. For now, I just wanted to get this log up and running and of course express my gratitude to BioCor for this opportunity
