    Thanks Man! On both complements! I try to keep a decent mix of different music to keep me going! And I used to work out at a guy where Brandon Curry lifted and He was in there twice a week hitting legs. He told me that a tree can only grow as big as the roots that support it. I took it to heart.

    All right so I know for certain that this stack is doing working because I have had a little bit of acne pop up my forehead. I dont ever get that unless my test levels are up.
    So a recap of my last two work outs for abs I did allot of hanging leg raises and reverser crunches and worked on some traditional bboy freezes I was done in 40 min.
    Notes on last night . Even though I took a serving of Prodigy and Thermadex at 4pm I was asleep by 11:30 without a problem

    I hit shoulders this Moring and can certainly say that my strength is going up. The highlights included
    50lb dumbbell clean and press keeping the weight center mass one arm at a time 20 X3 (that was my warm up)
    150lb upright cable rows for 12reps and three sets
    40lb dumbbell rear delt raises for five reps

    I'm not trying to get too much bigger I’m focusing on toning up, bringing out muscle separation and striations. Thats one reason I have been doing the high volume work. About the only area I want to put on mass is my calves and my upper chest. And ya I was doing slow freezes my buddy taught me how to get into some of the positions and holding put insane stress on your core. Its a hell of a work out.

    I forgot to mention that this morning I accidently mixed my blueberry Prodigy with warm water and it tasted AMAZING, and it mixed almost instantly. Im not sure why warm water brought out an even better flavor profile but it did. Maybe I just have strange taste buds

    Chest today! I was feeling good thing morning. I had a big ol’ mix grill for dinner last nigh steak, chicken, shrimp, veggies mini red potatoes all flame cooked on the BBQ, I went to bed full of great food and felt repaired when I woke up this morning.

    Morning Motivation Start Wearing Purple by Gogol Bordello
    Warm Up
    Flat 40lb dumbbell press 50X1 Slow motions
    Incline 40lb Dumbbell press 50X1 slow motions
    Flat bench 225X20 245X14 275X4 315X3 225X12
    Incline Bench 135X20 185X15 225X8 245X3 185X12
    Ultra Set of 1 arm cable flys 45lbs 20Incline each arm X20 parallel each arm X20 decline each arm end set
    I then dropped the weight to 30 and did the reverse decline parallel incline
    Lower chest cable raises 50lbs X15X3
    95Lb barbell Skull crushers 8reps three sets
    75lb flat triceps extensions 10X3

    Final Push: Set It Off by Primer 55

    Today when I was trying to figure out what I wanted to do as far as targeting my tris I thought back to that article that was on AM a couple of weeks ago about the alternate exercise to do after skull crushers and can say for certain that my arms were bent after those six sets I tried to get past 8 on my crushers and my arms told me no then I tried to get past ten on the flat extensions and again my arms started arguing with me. I think they need an attitude adjustment.

    I have noticed my self leaning out even more this last week I am between 2-4% away from being able to be Chris Evens Captain America Body double lol

    Today is going to be my last work out update for this log. I am going dark for a week and taking a much needed vacation in which I am going to be disconnected from all things electronic and spending a week on a house boat up in Nor-Cal. So with out further ado here is my last work out

    Morning Motivation: Friday (Remix) Ice Cube

    Warm Up 1 arm barbell row 35lb plate 15 reps each arm then switch to a rear delt row 15 reps for 2 sets
    1 arm barbell row 35 and a 25 for 15 reps sets
    2 arm v grip barbell row 35+three 25's 15 reps X3 set
    bent over barbell row 135X12X2 over hand grip
    Bent over barbell row 135X12X2 reverse grip
    Dumbbell Rows 75LbsX12X3
    Lat pull down 205X3 175X8 145X12 115X20
    Wide grip seated row 145X15 175X12 205X8
    Bent over 1 arm cable row 90X15 115X8 145X5
    standing straight bar pull downs 65X15X3

    Final Push "Numb/Encore" Jay-Z Linkin Park Collaboration

    Recap of Stack: Starting Off The mix of Prodigy and Themadex was a little to much for energy wise and I had to make sure that I took my Thermadex right when I got to the gym so I wouldn't get over stimed with nothing to do, but as my body got used to taking everything together the combo provided a very nice mood lift, fantastic focus and a great sweat! Paragon took a couple of weeks to kick in but I have noticed a consistent increase in strength, and vascularity. Over all I have noticed more definition, and some fat loss. I am very happy with how this stack turned out and would compare my strength/ endurance gain to a mild H-drol cycle. The pumps were solid yet not a hindrance to my work outs and there was zero bloat. I would highly recommend this to any one looking to put together a recomp stack that does not want to go hormonal. Feel free to PM me with any questions.
