Incline DB press (75 highest DB at this gym) 75x15
75lb DB pullovers superset between every set above @ 10 reps
Just about a 50 minute workout. Still need to tighten diet up if I want abs and find time for cardio but honestly I don't see any time in my near future. My gym sessions are thorough so diet needs to get right. To me my diet is horrible but my macros for Most people wouldn't be bad. I jus do to much snack throughout these long workdays.
