  2. Day 4...

    Life has been crazy busy so time for gym has been hard. I have 3 gym memberships and they are not all well equipped. I went to the one closest to my house due to time restraints. I was able to get the necessary lifts in for leg day. Diet still needs tightened up but not bad. I do want to lower my carbs.

    Thanks man. Those squats set it off and I'm starting to feel the soreness come in this morning.

    Also, I work almost double shifts this entire week so my gym sessions will have to be kept at around 60 minutes. I am going to sacrifice on my cardio for another week but if I can tighten my diet up I should be fine.

    Furthermore, my wife is pregnant and due in two weeks so I may have a day or two without working out but then I will make sure I get my 60 minutes in at minimum.

  8. Day 5....

    Well first sign of a possible test boost showed today. While working I had an erection on an off for over an hour for no reason at all. It was very uncomfortable lol. Also my wife smelled me and asked if I was taking fenugreek bc I smelled like syrup. So this stuff is def in my system. Once again short workout today bc of working overtime. Just has 35 min to get one in.

    Every thing above was superset with an ab exercise. Short rest periods. It was not a great workout but my biceps were def burning and I got a lot done in 35 minutes. My veins were popping out for some reason during this workout. I had zero pre workouts so the veins were surprising. I still need to tighten my diet up. I want Lower cals, fat, and carbs due to not being able to get any cardio in.

    Wow, congrats man. I can't wait for my wife to drop. I'm anxious to see how two kids change my daily schedule and life rather than one. But Def excited. I wish you the best with that man. Oh and there is some body momentum with those curls, it isn't strict form.

    Lol I may have wrote that wrong. I have a daughter already and my wife is having 1 more but the sex is unknown until birth. You have a nice split between each kid and all boys....your going to have a lot of training on your hands in a couple years with them.

    Yeah man those SLDL have my hamstrings burning even after just two sets. I went to one or my sissy gyms so they had the step platform which works well with them. And as far as the libido jump, I know it's short Notice for a reaction to the supps but I can't attribute that to anything else bc that doesn't happen often and it happened again today but for not as long.

My gym sessions are thorough so diet needs to get right. To me my diet is horrible but my macros for Most people wouldn't be bad. I jus do to much snack throughout these long workdays.

    I love chest day but it's behind back and legs. Legs used to be my favorite but my knees are starting to breakdown on me so I rotate heavy abs moderate weight days. Thanks

    Thanks man. I plan on getting that 575 by the end of this log. If I don't get ripped bc of my diet I might as well get strong, lol. Although I plan on trying to square myself away soon.
