Why use 3G creatine pre and another 5g post? 5g a day is sufficient .... No new to waste. I could be wrong but that's my feeling.

Valid points. Its a throwback to when I was following kiefers carb back loading. Dosing is 5 g. Pre and 5g. Post. Before that I was a 5g. a day only on training days. The 3 grams is compensating for creatine from other sources like preworkouts. I will probably rock 5g. Preworkout.

Really happy with today's training. Not bad for just training chest lightly on Friday. My focus was pretty good tonight, that is something I haven't really talked about yet. I am able to slow down my brain and really focus on form, and what I'm doing to get that mind muscle connection. Endurance and intra set recovery were on point like always with this stack. Now a little on the Divamax. I got my test checked about a month ago and it was 350. My biggest symptom of that is my motivation. The only things that motivate me are my kids and lifting. So I have been waiting to see what it will do for me. This is preliminary but I did start cleaning my basement up of my own accord which is unlikely for me. I do work a lot so I'm not just lazy, about 48 hours a week sometimes 60. Libido is good not great, but I will continue to look for other signs. I am in a good mood more I think as well. Anyway, again good training tonight. I am doing a little bench specialization program within 531 as it is my worst lift so I have some rep goals for things and some different stuff going on. better mood is one of the signs divamax is working....a sense of well being should be noticed soon also. to me when i feel good, it motivates me to get more things done, i hope it does for you too.

Was going to do good mornings but when bar was on my back I just started squatting more.
Epic squat day for me. Squat PR for third week in a row. Is it a coincidence I've been on the BioCor stack for almost that? I can absolutely positively say that a month ago I was on the floor in a sweaty heap after the BBB set and tonight I was eating sets for lunch. I didn't even sit down until the last BBB set. I even managed that set of 10 at the end. Unreal performance, endurance, and intra set recovery. I honestly underestimated this stack when I won the opportunity to log, I am a big believer that this stuff works, period.
