I take my daughter's potty seat and sit on it each rep, so I make sure I am low enough.
    No, not really

Having done tris and bis yesterday, my chest workout was tough. I hit muscle failure on each exercise and had great pumps. Veins busting out everywhere.
I was going to do rack pulls but the wife called me back home.

Tomorrow rest day, and Monday will be shoulders, Tuesday chest.
Had to switch those days around for obvious reasons. Going to add rack pulls an deficit deads to Monday, and the big deads on back day Friday.

Dosed 2 Nolvadren XT with 1 scoop of gameday pre workout

    Nice numbers bro!

Yeah, doing close-grip presses the day after chest screwed me a little also.

Embarrassing gym moment, well not really, but it was unnecessary.
I was doing the incline 155 set, and the last rep I couldn't get back up. I was about to dump it but i saw some old muscle dude running over, so i waited and let him help get it off. I would have been fine just sliding the weights off the end. But it made him feel like a hero.

Was going to hit some rack pulls today, but I need a good day of rest from the gym.
I am feeling super hard and looking very vascular today. I think I managed to get rid of most of my bulking bloat.
I think the Nolvadren XT is kickin like it should. Might have the wife take some pictures after tomorrows workout.
If things continue like this, i may not need a cut after this, and may consider doing a PH bulk. Those xcel sports PH's look fantastic. Recent research I have done suggests that methylated PH's can safely be run for 8-12 weeks, depending on lab results and such

I still have that stuff, 4 bottles. Was trying to sell it all or keep it all. My planned run if I run it would be
    4 bottles of 550xd for 8 weeks
    2 bottles 1-alpha for 4 weeks
    2 bottles of epi-v for 4 weeks

But I am interested in some oral tren, epi, and other like some of those xcel sports stuff.
Or even some SD for a couple maybe 3 weeks

    That's all Chinese to me...

Going to be taking Body Octane the next two days instead of Gameday. I was putting up my vitamins and noticed two sample baggies of it that we're caramelizing. I diluted them and will be trying the citrus tomorrow and SM Tuesday. I assume it's two servings each, but who knows.

Nice. I liked the samples that I tried.

I am going to stick with the routine I have been doing this week, then I may change next week. Going to deload the last week of this bulk.

You'll have a nice endurance/pump workout with the Body Octane. Covers a lot of bases!

Lack of sleep and poor weekend diet screwed my workout this morning. I didn't hit my second wind until it was time to leave. we stayed up late all three nights getting stuff done around the house.

The Citrus Body Octane was yummy. I felt some nice tingles in my face, and got a really good pump. Despite my mental and some physical limits due to personal things, I did hot a PR on deficit straight leg deads and leaning calf raises. Log to follow ...

Awesome job on the PR's! The knuckles to toes on the stiff deads I think are fine. A lot of guys that don't have a platform use a lot of smaller weights just so they can go lower and get a better stretch.

Deficit deadz are great on a box or stacked 45s. Haven't done em in a while myself but it sounds like they're working for you. Remember there's hardly ever a "right or wrong" way, excluding maintaining form to mitigate injury while working the target site. Everything is pretty much individual. If you feel it then do it.

I suggest straps as a last effort utility. High reps will blast grip fast on anyone though so don't feel bad. Get some chalk to aid in grip strength. I never recommend grip exercises because you should be getting enough using barbells anyway, but if you like to do forearm curls or whatever that's on you...

Overall great workout. Had a couple PR's.

I'm going in fasted, but with Nolvadren XT tomorrow. The shake has done nothing for me so far, so I'm going back to my comfort zone. Also, my vaca belling is large. Lol

You going IF? I am debating it so I can try to lean bulk this next few weeks, maybe then I can just continue into another bulk rather than cut.

Hmm. I'll consider it. I am just not going to to chug a shake at 0330.

Well, I wanted to improve my grip and forearm strength, and that's pretty much the only muscle that got a pump. Felt like a wasted day, but I guess I needed the work anyway.

Surprisingly, my right wrist is stronger even though I broke it pretty good a few years ago. This is also why my weaker (left) arm is 1/4" larger than my right.
