    I haven't had any experience

  7. Wow the tempo and the weight ****ed me so much today on chest back gvt my pump was peaking I over estimated everything

  8. Rough deal on the shoulder. I've been having a similar issue lately with my right shoulder. It blows because I've never really had a lingering injury from lifting before. I kind of thought I was immune I guess.

What were you implying by you messed yourself up in your last update?

Well there was always a bit of pain there lingering but nothing I was worried about untill I want able to lift much like was doing 7-8 KGS on lateral raises when I used to be able to do 20kgs :/

That is rough. I've seen quite the drop on my working weight for military db press from my shoulder injury. It really bothers me because every time I try to get back up to old numbers I can feel it pop and I'm right back to square one. Really discouraging.

Hopefully they can get ya fixed up! If nothing more it will most likely give you temporary relieve.
