  3. I'm hitting around 3k calories. 230g protein, 250g carbs, 70-90g fats macros.

  4. Pretty amped heading in with t-blast taken pre-workout. I will probably keep taking it before my workout on those days, nice aggression.

    It's worth it though, those supplements give you day long fullness. I wish I had two bottles of PRXT cuz it was a nice 4 week run. Would have loved 8 weeks no doubt

  21. Why do you think your form sucks? From time to time I just play out the form without weight. If you do it right you should feel almost spring loaded at the start of the exercise. Or maybe I just need to work on flexibility lmao

    Well, I don't really dead lift ever, and I am short and have short legs and arms so I can't keep do stiff legged dead lifts.
