    The first day of Supp-d will be mon. I'm very excited to try this! I opened the tub of raspberry lemon rage today and it smells pretty good. Thanks again to NLA and Garcia for the opportunity to log this great pre w/o!

  7. Ok, that's what I normally do. Tomorrow is going to creep by just cause I'm anxious to start! I was reading Reggie's log and I saw that 1.5-2 scoops is the sweet spot?

    Depends on your weight and tolerance honestly. I weigh around 194 now and I'm not stim tolerant or sensitive and around 1.5-2 works just great for me.

    We're about the same weight. I weigh 193 and I'm 6'1". I like me some stims, definitely not sensitive. I'll start with one scoop and go from there

    Probably best, first time I started one myself and got a good workout. 1.5 is definitely worth bumping up to

  11. Be prepared to wanna train your ass off! My rest periods have decreased quite a bit since starting Supp-D

  13. Take it easy big dog. I would start with 1 maybe a little more. SuppD hit me hard, like og Craze hard. Stim to the max. I loved my run with SuppD but 2 scoops right off the bat will have you jumping off the walls and feel like you are crawling out of your skin

    That's what we line to hear, I honestly haven't bumped to to 3 yet...and I am taking this stuff about every workout. Potency, efficacy and value is what we aim for

    Wow, that's great to hear! I like stims and definitely like the OG craze, i still have 2 tubs of it! I just starting off with one level scoop.

    That's awesome! I love that focus and intensity feeling where you just want to Keep going from set to set! With the decreased rest periods you are definitely burning up some more calories

    Craze just gave me (in this order) a horrible after taste. tunnel vision and lastly a bad crash.

    The after taste is bad, the tunnel vision is out of this world but I never really experienced a crash

    Lol craze and razor8 are the two preworkouts that the very first taste is amazing, then after that you wanna shoot yourself with every drink lol. I don't get it hahaha, but ya with me the Craze crash was ridic and it made no sense because it didn't really give me a huge rush of energy just the tunnel vision. So the crash was completely random and luckily it wasn't even my tub my friend just had it in his car one week lol

    Weird. I <3 MM and get no bad sides from it besides occasional headaches but I'm sure that's just a hydration problem. It's been a long time since I used it and I have a few of loose ends since then.

    Ya most people are the same way.. no crash but for me I'm good for a couple of hours and then boom I wanna take a nap. Not sure what it is.
