FL3X's butt health, with Gut Health (sponsored)

    HI GUYS!

Thanks a ton to EvoMuse and their super rep team (minus Tony and Blake) for the opportunity to try out and log EvoMuse Gut Health.
I, like most other guys that eat everything in sight to gain a few pounds, have the most irregular stomach in the world, and I'm excited to cycle through a month of this and see how it treats me.

I am 3 days in right now, and the directions state to take 2 caps for the first few days, then go down to one cap.

    Initial impressions:
My stomach feels more comfortable in the morning when I take Gut Health at night with my protein shake. I still get very uncomfortable after a large meal (almost immediately uncomfortable) but I am expecting that to diminish as I progress through the bottle.

Thanks again guys, and welcome to my log! A log about my logs...a log log.

Ate some pretty greasy Mexican steak and rice last night, took my two caps before beef, felt great this morning!

Update! It feels empty in here...

My "movements" seem a bit more normal, and also I've been experimenting a bit with my DAA dosage.
Normally I take it at night, so since starting Gut Health I take them both together. No noticeable stomach discomfort upon rising.
I think soon I may take my DAA in the morning, keeping Gut Health at night still.

    Thanks for the subs guys.

The DAA dosage protocol has changed, and I'm impressed so far!
Normally DAA any time besides pre bed was a bad idea for me...major stomach problems!
I've been taking my Gut Health pre bed still, and DAA either first thing in the morning, or preworkout, and no noticeable negative effects.
Also I've been able to increase my milk intake slightly without any discomfort.

    Hi guys!
Are any of you using Gut Health?
I've been eating my new favorite food daily now with minimum discomfort: brat burgers.
    So freaking good!!!!

Well at this point I can say it's definitely doing its job. Nothing noticed is a good thing.
My weekend diet consisted of steaks, bratwursts, pizza, and IPAs, and Gut Health not only kept my stomach in check, but I feel it also has given me some nutrient partitioning benefits as well.

It's definitely not a normal thing for me but the weather was perfect and the temptation was there.
It was like everything lined up perfectly and I couldn't say no, especially since I had access to a speed boat and pontoon. I just couldn't leave his cottage!

A day out on the river/lake is awesome. One of my favorite things.
