First thanks to all the great guys at Iforce nutrition for supplying 1 tub of Conquer- preworkout. Conquer has 60 serving- so it a good deal even at 2 scoops. My dosage will change as I see fit. But I am starting with 1 scoop to gauge tolerance.
Little bit about me. I started bbing at age 16 and now have 18 years in bbing. I have quickly become a old man at this sport. But gain, to my surprise are still easy for me to make. I as of 4/21/13 am 5.5 at 215 lbs unsure about BF. I Train 6 times per week, one muscle group per day, heavy weight, mixed with some weeks of higher reps workouts. Total time in gym is around 1.30 to 2 hours, this is actual lifting, not talking to people.
Diet is clean, sometime on leg day, I do up my carbs. 7 meal total- high animal protein and most carbs in morning- but right now carbs are less than 100g. The only supplements(besides Conquer) is Muscletech's Phase 8 Protein- one scoop post-workout. At night I take 4000mg of fish oil and 4000IU of Vit D.
Due to my long workouts. I am looking for something to give me that needed kick in morning. Lets Hope Conquer will do that.
