  1. well - thanks bean5er, on bringing up the topic of greens..man i'm getting tired of canned greens really quick, gotta get to the store with a quickness (going tonight!)..but, here's the latest meal



    5oz sirloin
    5oz tuna topped w/ 2tbs salsa
    7oz sweet potato
    greens
    (not pictured: slice of Ezekiel with 1/4tbs real butter)
    ~600cals


  2. man breakfast was cool this morning, hi-carb day as I move my SAT training to this day (back/shoulders)
    2 slices blueberry bread w/ butter
    2/3c grape nuts fit + 1/4c reg grape nuts in 1c almond milk
    1 scoop isolate (30g protein)
    small bit of grapefruit
    775cals, 100g carbs

    and I was gonna go on a this morning, after reading the paper, couple topics just pissed me off..
    but alas, I don't have the time, prolly shouldn't get political anyway, but the damn media never ceases to amaze me in what it chooses to cover..don't let me hear the words tolerance or racism today, please

  3. lulzz..shoulda taken a pic of the postWO meal I mauled a bit ago

    format i'm using right now is postWO shake immediately after training, consists of:
    2 scoops Cell Shock + 2 scoops BCAA+SAA, then wait 30-45min before meal

    that meal then, in this format, is no carb & higher fat/protein + fiber..today:
    5oz sirloin + mustard
    5oz tuna + salsa
    6oz spinach
    1tbs natty pb
    10g fiber

    eat again 2hrs later, higher carb meal this time

    one of a couple different protocols I use, depending on what I feel like..i like this, will stick with it for awhile (maybe)
    will have a sup rollout of what i'm doing up soon, it's pretty slimmed down right now but i'll be adding things as we go
    next addition: monday, starting 1-Andro + 1-Alpha, time to get the hormones in action
    why do I mix these? well I have some 1-Andro to use up and I figured wth
    nothing scientific about it....

  4. all right so snags got a lil cheaty yesterday, gained couple (much needed) lbs overnight, weight ~201.5 this morning
    filling out nicely..some changes today include 1-Alpha + 1-Andro added to mix as mentioned (1+1 dosing, 2x daily w/ meals to start for first week), couple dietary tweaks as well as I up cals to ~4k for awhile, base macros are 40p/30c/30f but altered slightly daily as i see fit..

    gunna go pump up da guns & blast on this memorial day

    to all the soldiers past, present, and future - thank you for your service!

    wasn't anything fancy
    basically got my regular 3500cals in, then was (conservatively) prolly another 5000cals over a 2hr foodfest that included burger king (original chicken sandwich + whopper w/ cheese + 5 chicken nuggets, + medium fries), a box of wheat thins (those freakin buffalo flavored ones are WOW), and couple bowls of kashi cereal smothered in honey

  8. Awesomeness in the last couple posts. I went all out on some buffalo wings last week and it was amazing. Had some pie and ice cream last night for my mother's bday too.

  20. I LOVE it when I am prescient!
    I called rapid body changes happening soon yesterday..really, thought this take hold in 2-3 days, was thinking Monday, but - my goodness guyz, stark and startling changes overnight, musta been fueled by my insanely good back session yesterday, I mean the garage was so full of my sweat when I was done I had to bust out my canoe and row over to the door back to the house!

    13 weeks today to showtime, ifbb north american natls in pittsburgh, august 30/31..i will be cutting it close
    this is one of only two possibilities left this yr to get my pro card - if I don't do it this yr, then I gotta go back and win another spot from a regional show that gets me qualified to try for another pro card qualifier..uggh, no - it's now or never
    the other option is end of November, but it doesn't quite fit timeframe, plus it's in florida and i'd have to fly..again no
    13 weeks - or snag retires from the stage

    5oz ground turkey
    4oz 92% beef (Dijon mustard topping)
    fresh beans (yum)
    serving of pops (my splurge for the w/e lol)
    also had 1/4c oats in 1/2 scoop protein to round out the extra needed cals/macros

  25. dayummm..ridiculous changes o/n, stuff is snow-balling..
    no pics, keep ya'll in suspense for real

    was moderate carb day yesterday combined with tennis - on the down side, gooood golly was my stamina crushed during the session..gonna take a few sessions to get back to where i need to be again
    high carb day today, will be ~400-500..cals slimmed down to 3850 starting tomorrow for extended time, will be a bit higher than that this day tho

    getting ready for a chesticles/tricep session, maybe throw some abs in as well
    my routine is rolling now rather than set, as mentioned, so i cannot lay out a guideline..this is actually the way i prefer to go, and will allow me to put in isolation work where i desire, hit the arms a few more times monthly as well as some other bodyparts that need attention

    i'm starting to get excited - always love a big challenge, and 13 weeks to try to add a bit of muscle yet while ending up ~3% bf is a large order indeed..i'm up for it tho!

    SUPPS:

    Cell Shock (will move to CreaTrona at some point)

    ALC+CLA (will be in for duration)

    1-Alpha + 1-Andro (1-Andro portion will increase weekly, and i plan on staying on these all the way home, may add methyl toward end but i am leery of those as they have given me issues in past, so we'll see..550 and EpiV still in the cupboard, will add those at appropriate time)

    Max Pump + Ignite2 (preWO stack, MP taken daily)

    Px Black + PX500 (running the combo for synergy, 1 cap each 2x daily)

    G8 (recovery @ night, been off this for awhile so ready to rock 5on/2off for extended time)

    and of course multivite/fish oil/and "emergency supps" on hand if needed
