I called rapid body changes happening soon yesterday..really, thought this take hold in 2-3 days, was thinking Monday, but - my goodness guyz, stark and startling changes overnight, musta been fueled by my insanely good back session yesterday, I mean the garage was so full of my sweat when I was done I had to bust out my canoe and row over to the door back to the house!

13 weeks today to showtime, ifbb north american natls in pittsburgh, august 30/31..i will be cutting it close
this is one of only two possibilities left this yr to get my pro card - if I don't do it this yr, then I gotta go back and win another spot from a regional show that gets me qualified to try for another pro card qualifier..uggh, no - it's now or never
the other option is end of November, but it doesn't quite fit timeframe, plus it's in florida and i'd have to fly..again no
13 weeks - or snag retires from the stage

serving of pops (my splurge for the w/e lol)
also had 1/4c oats in 1/2 scoop protein to round out the extra needed cals/macros

dayummm..ridiculous changes o/n, stuff is snow-balling..
no pics, keep ya'll in suspense for real
was moderate carb day yesterday combined with tennis - on the down side, gooood golly was my stamina crushed during the session..gonna take a few sessions to get back to where i need to be again
high carb day today, will be ~400-500..cals slimmed down to 3850 starting tomorrow for extended time, will be a bit higher than that this day tho
getting ready for a chesticles/tricep session, maybe throw some abs in as well
my routine is rolling now rather than set, as mentioned, so i cannot lay out a guideline..this is actually the way i prefer to go, and will allow me to put in isolation work where i desire, hit the arms a few more times monthly as well as some other bodyparts that need attention
i'm starting to get excited - always love a big challenge, and 13 weeks to try to add a bit of muscle yet while ending up ~3% bf is a large order indeed..i'm up for it tho!

1-Alpha + 1-Andro (1-Andro portion will increase weekly, and i plan on staying on these all the way home, may add methyl toward end but i am leery of those as they have given me issues in past, so we'll see..550 and EpiV still in the cupboard, will add those at appropriate time)
Max Pump + Ignite2 (preWO stack, MP taken daily)
Px Black + PX500 (running the combo for synergy, 1 cap each 2x daily)
G8 (recovery @ night, been off this for awhile so ready to rock 5on/2off for extended time)

quick update on the workout: just..WOW man, wow
strength reared its bee-U-tee-ful head this day and made an appearance, i mean i was tossing around my #125 dbs on both incline and flat bench, like they were baby rattles or something..i mean, i just felt GREAT! best workout I've had in a good while
7min light cardio to warm
5x8/6/5/5/5 incline db
3x12/10/10 flat db
3x15/12/12 "one & a halfs" db flyes
2xmax reps perfect push-ups
dips: both chest focused (3 sets) & tri focused (3 sets), max reps
incline skullcrushers 5x15/15/12/12/12
db kickbacks 3x15
abs 200 reps, both weighted & just bw, 5 different exercises
7min light cardio to cool
gawd i feel good
postWO nutrition was a bit more traditional today:
100g carbs/50g protein, 625cal shake
1 scoop Cell Shock
1 scoop weight gainer (i don't use these really, but got some from my supply dude free, works for postWO)
1tbs brown rice syrup
eat regular meal ~90min later

yeah shoulders/wrists/joints all feel pretty damn good this morning - chest feels sufficiently full & worked
i'm pretty lucky when it comes to shoulder issues, very flexible there and unless I have overuse from tennis serve, I've not really had many issues here in this area..
my problems have always typically been legs, they're just slowly eroding at the knees/ankles (my Achilles, no pun intended)
caloric endeavor was fun yesterday, ~4100cals
(~3475 not counting my postWO nutrition - all clean)
macros were 350p/450c/100f
narrowing things a bit today...

breakfast time..egg mcsnag appears

600cals (inc grapefruit)
still crazy changes going on daily, physique-wise..i am in that zone!
and having fun with the "do whatever I wanna do for workout" mentality as well..
yesterday, was tennis and ---- biceps! (and some abs)
easy way to get an extra session of guns in, and I looked mean out there on the courts too LOL
weight upon rising shade under 200lb, trying to keep it close as possible there while I recomp and try to add bit more size, until I need to go full shred mode..everything on track

this lil concoction is:
1 scoop Ignite2 (berry blast flav)
2 scoops BCAA+SAA (apple fusion)
6 uncapped Max Pump
a pinch of ginger root extract (my own addition)
the berry blast/apple fusion combo actually goes pretty well together, and the ginger compliments
(too much can be overpowering, gotta watch it)

wow, so I'm not a big fan of pulling leg days following tennis - even if tennis was not full-out just yet
my knees were a bit sore, legs achy in general, so warmed up with some light cardio (10min) and leg extensions before hitting my squats (heavy, wide-stance)..followed with walking BB lunges in my driveway, was pretty toasted so I skipped RDLs and went to 6 sets of torso-raised leg curls and finished with 3 sets GHRs, before hitting single-leg DB calf raises, light cardio cooldown to finish
was good session, considering..pretty wobbly..strength was fine, stamina just not quite where I want it consistently yet
resting for a minute now (postWO feedings) then it's off to mow my yard
I got tennis again tomorrow morning if the weather holds

inspired by montegro this morning..
ran a quick fasted upon rising shoulder/ab session (fueled w/ BCAA+SAA/Ignite2/MaxPump of course) and utilized isolation movements prior to compound
used to do this every once in awhile on a regular basis, but I've gotten away from it and it just sounded good this day
nice session -- hi-rep, fast-paced (45sec rests thruout), all DBs today
seated laterals/bent rear laterals/bent forward laterals/Arnold press/shrugs/abs to finish
shake/meal following, and off to go set up for tennis
nice activity today..total rest tomorrow
things coming into play nicely for the plan..CellShock will finish this week (here come CreaTrona!), as will my randomized training sessions..will drop into my standard precontest routine for the duration of the 12 weeks

fit in an extra leg session today, before I begin the set format MON..was excellent
5x15/12/10/10/8 atg BB squats, heels raised
5x15/12/10/10/8 BB RDLs
4x15/12/12 1-legged extensions ss w/
4x15/12/12 1-legged curls
5x20-->15 standing BB calf raises, heels alternated 3 positions
light warm-up & cooldowns
tennis on for tomorrow - we may have rain, if so then we're moving it inside

so Cleveland Indians reliever chris perez gets popped having some weed delivered - thru the mail - to his house
now: quantity aside (was "personal use" amount, ~ 1/3lb), still..is it not illegal to ship controlled substance thru the mail, and doesn't that make it a felony federal offense?
an attorney likens this to a traffic ticket, and says a conviction likely would only entail a fine
am I missing something here, or has US law changed while I was out working out?
