*Current Goals/Diet:

I am currently doing the Lean Gains "diet" with an altered P90X routine. Honestly, I never know until the night before which exercise I will do.

I am in the middle of my first cut cycle, but I seem to be bulking a little too. I aim for 2000-3500 calories/day with a minimum of 175g protein/day depending on whether I lift or not, and what activities I do that day. I train between 5-7 days a week and always TRY to take at least two days between repeating a muscle group. drewsicle3210 and I usually do the same exercises via text communication, so every now and then we'll get onto each other in here for deviating or skipping.

M-F I wake up at 0330 to train before work.

It (Watermelon) tastes pretty good. I mixed one scoop with 12 oz of water.

10 min after taking my first scoop I could feel a tingle on my neck and jawline. Approximately 20 min after taking it I felt majorly pumped up. I was stronger on my 3rd round during super-set one, and I probably could've pushed harder. I can't wait to see what PR's I hit over the next several weeks.

I'm going to hit some crazy PR's in the next few weeks!

Today is/was supposed to be plyometrics, but I really need the extra leg weights because my legs aren't keeping up with my upper body growth. I rush through super-sets anyway because of my time constraints, so I'm getting a decent cardio ex anyway.

I took one scoop again at 0415 after about 18oz coffee and my sinus meds. I made it into the gym at 0430 and was out by 0545 with a drenched shirt...

I was so close to snoozing in this morning. My wife was a little stressed about some family things yesterday and we stayed up with adult beverages until almost 10pm. I hit snooze at 0330 but was up within a minute because I knew I had my SX3 juice to help me kill it!

Awesome workout today. PR's on Chins and Squats. For whatever reason, my leg presses are weaker than they used to be. I wonder if my ROM was poor back then(?).

I planned on not taking any breaks again today, but I kept feeling winded and needed a breather. That's why I didn't get to those last sets. All-in-all, awesome pump!! Can't wait to hit some PR's with dead lifts tomorrow.

Awesome workout with great pumps! I could tell that I ate 2 triple cheeseburgers this weekend, but SX3 had my body covered. I was sweating my butt off!

I had a minor headache today. I believe it's because I switched to generic sinus/allergy stuff. I will give it a week and see what happens but I bet I'll probably have to go back to name brand stuff.

I also decided to take some time off from Lean Gains. I love what it's doing for me, but from 10-12 I can be a little cranky, and that mixed with the dumb-massery of the guy training me came close to me exploding last week. I WILL still train fasted though, first meal starting around 6am and strict calorie counting.

I've really needed the SpeedX3 the last two days. I hit snooze for an hour and a half yesterday and finally made it in the gym for 26 mins. I got a helluva back workout thanks to SX3 and PX3 in that short time.

I was tempted to hit snooze again this morning. I felt dragging until the SX3 kicked in, and I was slowed down with a sore neck-to-shoulder blade pain. I really don't think I would have made it to the gym either day without this PWO. Hopefully I'll be driven to get in tomorrow and just have the SpeedX3 as a *Bonus*, if you know what I mean.

Holy cow that extra half scoop of SpeedX3 threw me into overdrive. On my second sprint I thought my heart was going to jump out of my chest and normally 7.5mph is nothing to me. I'm definitely going to hit some PR's this upcoming week!

I had amazing pump and energy today. My legs aren't up to par with my upper body yet, but they are coming along well (too many years of skipping leg-day), and were tight and vascular as heck.

Even with the increase in SpeedX3 I still don't get a crash. I MAY attempt 2 scoops before the log is over just to see...

I hit recent PR's on presses, I think. I haven't tried to lift heavy since starting P90X, and really not since last November in DB's.

I got a little tired around lunch today, but I woke up at 0200 and couldn't go back to bed. I really miss that extra hour and a half sleep.
