*Current Goals/Diet:
I am currently doing the Lean Gains "diet" with an altered P90X routine. Honestly, I never know until the night before which exercise I will do.
I am in the middle of my first cut cycle, but I seem to be bulking a little too. I aim for 2000-3500 calories/day with a minimum of 175g protein/day depending on whether I lift or not, and what activities I do that day. I train between 5-7 days a week and always TRY to take at least two days between repeating a muscle group. drewsicle3210 and I usually do the same exercises via text communication, so every now and then we'll get onto each other in here for deviating or skipping.
M-F I wake up at 0330 to train before work.
