    The Doc sent me to the lab for blood work and a stool sample. Hopefully they don't find anything big. I can barely fuggin eat.
    I ordered the labs myself, so I snuck an order for lipids in too. Win.

    Labs seemed a little off, but nothing remarkable. Stool sample will be done on Monday or Tuesday. I am feeling a bit better though!!

    Took me 1 serving of SpeedX3 and hit the gym to workout with my buddy.
    Got 1/2 done, then had to leave to pick up my daughter from school.

    Chins- 12, 9

    Lat pulldown- 160x2-140x10-120x8, 120x16-160x4 (2 sets of 20)

    DB overhead press- 45x10, 50x10

    One arm cable rear delt raise-15x10, 15x10, 15x10, 15x10 ( 4 sets each arm)

    There was more to do, but I just had to go

    Good news though, i am ready for action, so tomorrow I am going to thoroughly hit shoulders, biceps, and deadlifts.

    Almost PR, my back didn't cooperate though.

    I am going to be taking a couple of weeks off of lifting heavy due to some tendonitis in my elbow/forearm. I have been pushing through it for a few weeks, maybe longer, and I just can't. The pain is holding me back from progression with curls and pullups at the moment.


    But I will still be taking my SPeed and doing some calisthenics and cardio and such. Shred time I guess.

    We are here at work covering the RPFT for RAP week, I should be getting my workout done here about 0600 ish.

    I downed a scoop of SpeedX3 at about 0630, and went for a 2.5 mile run. The first mile was on point, the other 1.5 was a bit slower than I like, but I am working back into. Just starting to run since Sep 2012

    Nothing beats running sometimes. I used to run cross country before I started lifting. The runners high is a real deal.

    I used to run a minimum of 5 miles a day, then I had my hips worked on. That brought me to the gym which I am eternally grateful, but I still want to get my run times back down

    I have only been running 3-4 years. Always start my workouts with a run. Gets me warmed up and in the zone.
