    How did you tweak your shoulder. I always seem to hurt it during incline press.

    Swinging the DB up into position for the incline press. This left shoulder has always been a little crackly, i jut try to baby it a little

    Have you tried boosting them up with your legs? That's why I don't go about 75 on DB-incline. Or haven't yet, anyway. I'd probably try with a partner.

  6. Looks like no workout today. I am officially sick. The 3 days of diarrhea has turned into nausea and chills, and myalgia (generalized body pain)
    I haven't had the flu since I was a kid I think, so I will be calling this 'not flu'

  12. So... Took a scoop ( in my shaker) and hit the gym.
    Strength and reps were up, but i am so dehydrated. I completed 6 of the 24 sets, now i am at the aid station getting iv fluids. Should be feeling good here soon

    I am taking today off as well. I am hoping this will be gone by tomorrow morning.

  16. The Doc sent me to the lab for blood work and a stool sample. Hopefully they don't find anything big. I can barely fuggin eat.
    I ordered the labs myself, so I snuck an order for lipids in too. Win.

  20. Labs seemed a little off, but nothing remarkable. Stool sample will be done on Monday or Tuesday. I am feeling a bit better though!!

    Standing bi curl- 40x8, 45x8, 45x8
    Ez bar lying tri extension- 62x10, 82x3 (got excited), 62x11
    Front shoulder raise- 20x10, 25x10, 30x8
    Ez bar curl- 62x10, 72x10, 72x8
    Close grip db press- 50x10, 50x10, 50x6(real fuggin slow)
    Lateral raise- 20x10, 20x9, 20x8

    THAT WAS 2 SUPERSETS

    My ez curl bar weighs 12# in case you were wondering.

    You can't buy pumps like this, they mist be earned.
    I would have done another Superset , but me fukkin elbow smarts!!

    Tomorrow I have to work for a bit, so I will be getting some deads in at the gym.

  25. Today i took 1 scoop and went to the gym to perform some deadlifts and pullups.

    Almost PR, my back didn't cooperate though.

    Deads- 115x15, 205x10, 275x4, 305x1

    Pullups- 12, 10, 10, 8
