good luck with school!!!Cardio this morning .75 scoops PWO, Dpol after cardio with bfast andupon waking.
Did 12 min elliptical @ lvl 10 hills, calf-raises, treadmill @7mph for 1.5mi then 6%incline @ 3.8mph for .25 miles. Mixed it up with some battle rope sprints :15/45 on/off. Was going to do some Med ball slams but I will save some in the tank for leg day tomorrow!
Getting compliments lately for my physique and loving it. Easy motivation right there.
Been busy packing up for grad school along with all the shopping for supplies that comes with it.
