Knees were giving out walking out of the gym so I know I hit my legs hard. Rested about :60 but a few :90 rests. Huge leg pump from and worked up a good solid sweat too.
Switched to a new intraworkout product by bodybuildingDOTcom's brand called "amino recovery". Got watermelon flavor. To die for! good profile too!
