45lb DB front raises.. Thats awesome, my stupid shoulder would tear again. Keep killing itI hit shoulders and legs again last night and had a decent workout. My legs were pretty tired still from the previous workout and from doing more cardio recently, so wasn't able to put up as much as I normally do. The leg pump was amazing though. I think the fact that I had killed my legs earlier this week, done extra cardio, and was taking, my legs felt like they were going to burst.

My shoulders have been getting stronger the last couple weeks. They have always been a week point for me, but I am enjoying the increase in the weight I am pushing. I think the added shoulder strength is what is helping me to put up more weight than I have ever done in bench press. I took 1.5 scoops and I am going to stick with that amount. I was talking to the guy who owns the "Juice/smoothie/nutrition store" in my gym, and trying to get him to purchase some . They sell pwo by the bottle and as single servings. He seemed pretty interested.
