How many of you guys would be interested if i decide to log this?
I have two bottles in my stash.
nearly 4 years lifting experience only really started to know what i was doing in my 2nd and 3rd years.
Clean bulking at around 3500 cals, over 300 grams of protein.
Following Layne Norton's PHAT atm.
Supps that i will be using: creatine, whey, bcaa, , cit mal, OT, toco-sorb, unbiquinol,
, ALCAR and .
My log will be completely honest, i am not a rep for any company.
Im hoping to break some PR's and improve body composition.
I do have some and and DAA but i will be saving that for another time
