    Hello and welcome to the first installment of "SHREDFEST 2013" powered by HVACTECH, sponsored by IronMagLabs. This is a 6 week review of OstaRx in which i have used before for more of a recomp with great results, a calorie deficient is being used for this adventure. dosing will be as follows:

    1 cap upon waking
    1 cap 8 hours later

    atleast one of the doses will be directly pre workout, this product has a relative longer half life and will try 2 caps upon waking in a few weeks or so. one great thing is at 2 caps for 6 weeks a pct wont be required but even so nothing some plain ole' daa and erase couldnt handle. i prefer 6 weeks to really get a good feel on how the results will shine, i dont feel i would benefit any more from 3 caps at 4 weeks but should have more pronounced results with 6. other supps include your typical list of staples and what not; pwo's, protein, bulk aminos, etc....

    today is actually day 7, nothing to really report on in the first week..

    scale weight: 182lbs, hoping for a 3% loss in bf...
    yesterdays diet:
    6oz smoked turkey, banana, 2 cheese sticks, 1 greek yogurt
    almonds
    1 cup cottage cheese, cheez-its
    10 oz 97/3 hamburger steak, 8oz sweet tater', 1/2 cup shredded cheese, mayo
    peanut butter
    roughly 4 cups skim milk
    protein shake: 2 scoops dymatize whey, 1 cup milk, peanut butter, plain greek yogurt
    banana pudding
    2tbls olive oil

    roughly 2200 cals, 197p, 106c, 120f......this puts me at a rough 300 deficient but my tdee is a bit low and most scales arent accurate for me. i can actual bulk at 2500 cals with high carbs. diet isnt anything fancy just carb cycling pre /post workout..

    i do not calculate everything nor do i focus on daily cals, i usually focus on weekly cals but daily protein. these above figures are a rough estimate as i only calculated until 3pm...

    yesterday was chest/tri's, fasted am training. heres a breakdown:

    8am-1 osta rx, bcaas, monster pump
    845am-training, bcaas
    10am-more aminos
    11am-post meal
    12pm-6pm-food, food, food
    630pm-1 osta rx
    830pm-protein shake
    945pm-1000mgs agmatine- 4 oz. sweet potatoe
    1030pm-zma-bed

    training:
    gvt-constant tension rep sessions, focused on upper chest with a 35 degree incline

    nutrition:
    6oz hamburger, 6oz sweet potatoes, 2 glasses milk.
    1 cup cottage cheese, 2tbls olive oil
    almonds
    banana, greek yogurt
    6oz hamburger, 6 turkey bacon, mayo, 1/2 cup shredded cheese
    chik-fil-a 12 count nugget
    2 cheese sticks

    i calculate raw meat after its cooked. so a 6oz hamburger patty is roughly 7oz raw at 97/3

    Following. Interested in this compound. Been doing a lot of research on it. From what I've read it has almost 24hr half life so most dose it all at one time.

    Sounds good. What kind of results did you get before? I read your OP and saw you used it on a recomp which is what I intend to do.

    basically at maintenance cals i dropped a little fat while adding more definition, really no size increase but during that time i was still playing trial and error with dieting....

    yesterday was going to be some simple delt/abs but i was feeling off and my forearms were hurting so i did some brief cardio, tanned, ate, and went to bed early. missed all my macros goals from going to bed 3 hours earlier than normal but no biggie. monday my nutrition was 2317 cals with 180g protein, didnt calculate actual cho and fats. i feel and look slimmer and i really dont feel right unless im 180lbs +....

    started dosing 2 caps upon waking as i forget to take my afternoon dose. will bump up to 3 caps after 2 weeks with some more frequent high carb days...

    bumped up to 3 caps, took a few days off for rest and upped carbs/cals a bit.....im probably gonna set cals to 2100-2200 to see some fat drop off. incorporated some hiit jumprope sessions

    Muscle hardness and definition is really kickn' in, 3 caps seems to be working just fine. I may turn this into a recomp and keep cals near maintenance for awhile. Heres yesterdays diet breakdown:

    1 cup white rice, 6oz chicken breast, veggies.

    1 cup cottage cheese,15 crackers

    4 tbsp peanut butta

    4 cups milk

    1 cup sweet taters, more chicken

    Rtd muscle milk, greek yogurt

    6oz hamburger steak, .5 cup cheese, mayo

    .5 cup sunflower seeds non shelled

    4 cheese sticks

    Few cups coffee

    Water

    More milk, etc....

    Upper back, traps, biceps.....
    3 caps upon waking which was preworkout. This morning was fasted training in which i absolutely love! Veins are much more obvious through out front delts and across upper chest. Todays cheat meal was 2 cups cinnamon toast crunch with whole milk.

    few new updates:
    scale weight is at 185 which is a one pound increase, overall physique looks a lot leaner. mid section is a lot tighter and calories have been near maintenance.

    training is now a 3 day split with legs, chest, and back. jump rope at 3 times a week has definitely helped my overall endurance. strength is down a little bit due to the increased demand at work and the warmer weather.

    libido is still nice and high, no lethargy to report on

    Nice log so far, I hope this product works well for you. I plan on running this hopefully in June if my tendonitis lets me. So are you now running this 3 caps a day and still for 6 weeks? Initially it looked like you were only running 2 caps a day for 6 weeks.

    3caps is only good for 4 weeks, i was gonna run 2caps for 6 but decided not to. So far 3 caps is working great and im dosing 2upon waking and 1 when i get off work at 4pm

    talapia, white rice, broc, soy sauce, water

    banana

    salmon, spring salad mix, shredded cheese, sunflower seeds, ceasar dressing, milk

    still need to consume my pre bed shake and carb meal but today i did not calculate cals nor macros. if i had to estimate 2200-2400 cals, 190 pro

    incline smith-light weight, 12-15 reps, 5 total sets
    flat bench-185lbs pyramid down to 135 for constant tension reps, 5 total sets
    weighted dips-bodyweight, +25, +35, +45, all 10 reps
    machine flys-till failure each set

    broken bar tri push downs
    rope tri extensions
    single arm half rep constant tension

    all high rep movements, 12-15, 9 total sets

    weight still at 185 but very vascular across the board

    I was considered running 30 mg is Osta as well. Interested to see how this treats vs your other cycles of it. Were those at 20 mg?

    Nothing outrageous to report on. Work and family had me side track for a few days, i feel like i need some time off from heavy lifting. My body feels run down and tired. Its really hard to tell if the osta is helping to maintain any muscle during lower cal days but i do feel like im leaning out while having an increase in strength....

    final review....
    I originally used 2 caps a day and bumped up to 3 shortly after. the goal overall was to maintain mass while in a deficient but slowly turned into a mild recomp. with cals near maintenance and very little cardio i managed to shed a few unwanted pounds while maintaining a few pounds of lean mass. i finished this run at the same bodyweight. i dosed all caps upon waking and seemed to feel slightly supressed towards the end. all in all it was a decent run but i think im done with sarms all together after using them for 3 different periods of time. i do feel they work well during pct for maintaining.....
