Ok first things first. Id like to give a big thanks to AF and fl3x for allowing me this opportunity.
10+ years training
As far as training goes, i train based upon feel and availability. At least 3 days a week and sometimes 6-7. Typical back and tris, chest and bis, legs, and finaly shoulders or something close to that.
Diet is mod fat, mod protein, low carb. Carbs are consumed around the workout. Cardio will be done 5 days a week at 30 minutes or a 10-12 minute hiit session.
Still waiting on whether they want me to dose 1 or 2 caps a day so i just took 1 today.
No training today or cardio. I did however consume a cheat meal so tomorrows workout should be pretty sick.
