    Lean-Cut sponsored log


    Ok first things first. Id like to give a big thanks to AF and fl3x for allowing me this opportunity.

    Stats:
    5'7.5"
    195
    15-17%(complete guess)
    10+ years training

    As far as training goes, i train based upon feel and availability. At least 3 days a week and sometimes 6-7. Typical back and tris, chest and bis, legs, and finaly shoulders or something close to that.

    Diet is mod fat, mod protein, low carb. Carbs are consumed around the workout. Cardio will be done 5 days a week at 30 minutes or a 10-12 minute intense hiit session.

    Still waiting on whether they want me to dose 1 or 2 caps a day so i just took 1 today.

    No training today or cardio. I did however consume a cheat meal so tomorrows workout should be pretty sick.

    Ill get pictures up sometime this week.

    Weight: 199 (Morning after a hefty cheat meal)
    Doseage: 2 caps with breakfast

    Diets been clean all day. Got in and smashed back and tris with thirty minutes of cardio. Nothing really noticed thus far outside of the fact that i did sleep pretty good last night.

    Diet:
    1: 1.5 scoops whey/ 1.0 oz almonds
    2: 6 oz chicken/broccoli/1tbsp olive oil
    3: 6 oz beef/broccoli/1tbsp coconut oil
    4: low carb protein bar
    5: 6 oz chicken/broccoli/1tbsp peanutbutter/5 rice cakes
    6: 2 packets grits/6oz beef

    Training:
    1: Row Machine keeping elbows up to hit rhomboids and middle traps
    2: Lat pulldown superset with close grip pullups
    3: Rack deads
    4: Low Rows
    5: stiff arm pulldowns
    6: tricep pushdowns
    7: overhead extensions
    8: reverse cable extensions

    Tomorrow will be legs before work, should be killer!

    Day 3:

    Weight: 195

    Diets been clean and i got in and hit legs. Really wasnt feeling the workout but i got in the gym and worked it out.
    Sleep was good last night although i woke up a couple times to use the bathroom.

    Diet:
    1: 6oz chicken/broccoli/1tbsp peanutbutter/5 rice cakes
    2: 6oz beef/ 2 packets grits
    3: 3 ostrim sticks/ 1 oz almonds
    4: 6oz chicken/broccoli/1tbsp olive oil
    5: 6oz beef/broccoli/1tbsp coconut oil
    6: 1.5 scoops protein powder/1oz almonds

    Training:
    1:lying leg curls superset with leg extensions
    2: leg press
    3: glute ham raises
    4: leg curls

    Tomorrow is an off day and will be a low carb day. Cardio will be 30 minutes.

    Day 5:

    Weight: 194

    Today i got in and hit chest and shoulders. Had a really good workout, i dont really train for strength but its up a bit. Pumps and vascularity are creeping up. Sleep has been good and i wake up more rested than usual.

    Diets been good as well and im not sure yet if im going to have a cheat meal this week. Ill asses on saturday with how i look and feel. Im going to try and get some photos up either tonight or tomorrow.

    Training:

    1: Chest Machine
    2: Flat bench
    3: Incline dumbells
    4: Modified pushups
    5: Pec Dec
    6: Front laterals
    7: Side laterals
    8: Rear pec dec

    30 minutes cardio

    Diet:
    1: 3 egg omlette with a mixture of lean beef and chicken
    2: 6oz chicken/broccoli/5 rice cakes
    3: 6oz beef/ 5 rice cakes
    4: 1.5 scoops protein/1oz almonds
    5: 6oz chicken/broccoli/ 1tbsp olive oil
    6: 6oz beef/broccoli/1tbsp coconut oil

    Tomorrow will be arms or an off day, i havnt decided yet but regardless ill do some hiit.

    Day 8:

    Weight: 195 ( day after cheat meal)

    So like i said i had a cheat meal last night. Tried to get in a good amount of carbs and satisfy my sweet tooth as well. Worked out well and i only put on about 4 pounds.

    Prior to the cheat meal, the meals prior were all clean and i was down to 192 prior to the cheat meal which i was pleased with.

    I have noted some excess sweating at night the last couple of days, ill keep tabs on it to see if its consistent or a fluke.

    I was not going to train tonight but i figured i would take advantage of the bolus amount of carbs so i hit some back. Absolutely no ryme or rythm to the session i just went for pump and pump i got!

    This is what it looked like

    Smith machine rows
    Lat pulldown
    Elbows up rows
    Pullups
    Closegrip pulldowns
    Straight arm pulldowns
    Various trap movements

    Almost every movement was superset with another and the entire workout took a total of 45 minutes.

    I then got on the bike and did some hiit. I lasted a total of 5 minutes and i was feeling nauseous. Haha, Job well done in my oopinion! If anyone has seen layne nortons way of HIIT on a bike i do something similar.

    My lower abdomen appears to be slimmer from the side and i look a tad fuller but nothing to crazy yet which im not expecting.

    Tomorrow will most likely be chest and shoulders but who knows haha.

    Weight: 191

    Had some unexpected things pop up yesterday so i was only able to do cardio and that was it, today i had a doctors appt so i took today off.

    Diet has been great since the cheat meal, no waivering there.

    Tomorrow will be chest and shoulders and maybe some biceps.

    Hhmmm next cheat meal is looking like sausage and pepper sandwhich with baked beans and french frys. Then some ice cream with banana nut bread and a big cookie with ice cream. It could change though, never know with me haha.

    Day 12:

    Weight: 193

    Had a mid week carbup before bed. Worked out well.

    Still leaning out nicely, nothing to crazy but at a steady pace. Sleep is still really good and i feel very rested when i wake up.
    Vascularity is pretty normal, it comes and goes but thats just how it is for me.

    Diet has been clean today and i hit some arms with some cardio.

    Went a little crazy with the cheat meal so i have some weight to get rid of this week.

    Sleep has still been good, thats the most noticeable aspect thus far. As far as fatloss goes ive slowly been leaning up but nothing to crazy. Im going to kick up the cardio a bit.

    Not sure if ill get to train tomorrow but you can bet the diet will be clean.

    increased sleep? interesting, thats not one thing i would expect from lean cuts, but good sleep is always welcomed

    Day 18:

    Ive been extremely busy the last couple of days for work so i hadnt been able to get to the gym but i kept the diet clean.

    I did however get in tonight and hit a little bit of everything combined with some cardio. Nothing new really to report. May be time to kick up the cardio a bit.
