Today i got in and hit chest and shoulders. Had a really good workout, i dont really train for strength but its up a bit. Pumps and vascularity are creeping up. Sleep has been good and i wake up more rested than usual.
Diets been good as well and im not sure yet if im going to have a cheat meal this week. Ill asses on saturday with how i look and feel. Im going to try and get some photos up either tonight or tomorrow.
1: Chest Machine
2: Flat bench
3: Incline dumbells
4: Modified pushups
5: Pec Dec
6: Front laterals
7: Side laterals
8: Rear pec dec
30 minutes cardio
1: 3 egg omlette with a mixture of lean beef and chicken
2: 6oz chicken/broccoli/5 rice cakes
3: 6oz beef/ 5 rice cakes
4: 1.5 scoops protein/1oz almonds
5: 6oz chicken/broccoli/ 1tbsp olive oil
6: 6oz beef/broccoli/1tbsp coconut oil
Tomorrow will be arms or an off day, i havnt decided yet but regardless ill do some hiit.
