Not sure if I will add these or if they would be good stacking on top of Versa-1. I am only making it in the gym 3-4 times a week (or Mt Biking)because business is picking up, don't want to run AndroDrive unless I can spend 6 days a week in the gym.
I Am currently at 150lbs, though I look about 170 (I've always had alot of volume for my weight) at %9-10 bodyfat which is the highest I have been in years. Normally around 7-8 percent when I am consistently in the gym. Doing a push-pull routine and 1 leg day a week right now till I have time to implement a larger routine. I eat clean and train very efficent. I have been training for 5 Years and am very familiar with different forms of training, diets and supplements.
Any and all suggestions will be appreciated.
