Just turned 41 so officially into my forties. 5ft 8 ½ currently around 190 lbs, roughly 15% BF, abs are slightly visible.I have been entrenched in Bodybuilding and supplementation for over 20 yrs, had my own door to door supplement delivery company in college (FSU), later went onto run a Vitamin World and am now a consultant to the Medical Device world.
I have competed in a few shows and have a BS Degree in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology. Favorite BBer’s are Kai Greene (met him, super nice guy), Jim Quinn (back in the day) and Michael Kelafanos(sp)
Days of lifting heavy are over. I do 12-18 sets per bodypart, 6-8 reps or 12-15. As of this week ding a push/pull routine, trying something new.
My goal with this – lose 12-15 lbs and have real visible abs.
Enough of my jibber/jabber.
Was very excited to get my package yesterday. My goal was to start fresh tomorrow (Weds) but my body had me up at 4:30 so when in Rome…
Since I am stim sensitive I decided to take 1 pill, which I might add was pretty cool looking as the colors matched the bottle packaging. At about the 20 minute mark I started getting a warm sensation down my neck and figured it was time to hit the treadmill.
15 minutes of HIT, 1 min 3.5 mph and 1 minute (5,6 or 7 mph) then another 25 minutes of 4 mph. Felt good, not sweating or anything but then again I keep my basement at 55 degrees.
To kill the time I generally watch a show, today it was White Collar.
Followed up with 2 scoops of whey protein and 2 cups of vanilla almond milk and off to my day.
Will probably try 2 caps over the weekend.
