So I want to thank Purus, The Academy Awards voting panel and my family for allowing me to test drive Fat Smack. I am currently a user of Condense and D-Pol.
Just turned 41 so officially into my forties. 5ft 8 ½ currently around 190 lbs, roughly 15% BF, abs are slightly visible.I have been entrenched in Bodybuilding and supplementation for over 20 yrs, had my own door to door supplement delivery company in college (FSU), later went onto run a Vitamin World and am now a consultant to the Medical Device world.
I have competed in a few shows and have a BS Degree in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology. Favorite BBer’s are Kai Greene (met him, super nice guy), Jim Quinn (back in the day) and Michael Kelafanos(sp)

Days of lifting heavy are over. I do 12-18 sets per bodypart, 6-8 reps or 12-15. As of this week ding a push/pull routine, trying something new.
My goal with this – lose 12-15 lbs and have real visible abs.
Enough of my jibber/jabber.

Was very excited to get my package yesterday. My goal was to start fresh tomorrow (Weds) but my body had me up at 4:30 so when in Rome…
Since I am stim sensitive I decided to take 1 pill, which I might add was pretty cool looking as the colors matched the bottle packaging. At about the 20 minute mark I started getting a warm sensation down my neck and figured it was time to hit the treadmill.
15 minutes of HIT, 1 min 3.5 mph and 1 minute (5,6 or 7 mph) then another 25 minutes of 4 mph. Felt good, not sweating or anything but then again I keep my basement at 55 degrees.
To kill the time I generally watch a show, today it was White Collar.
Followed up with 2 scoops of whey protein and 2 cups of vanilla almond milk and off to my day.
Will probably try 2 caps over the weekend.

Just Condense but since I lift first thing in the morning, I can;t take FSXR and Condense as I will "stim out". May interchange one morning Condense and FSXR with lunch as an afternoon pick me up then FSXR in the morning and no condense. Decisions decisions.

So I mentioned I wanted to make this thread fun. here is a recipe I have been using (not me in the video) but I use Almond Milk instead of water and bake the chocolate chips into the mix and use no PB

Just wondering if you're doing before/afters....
My goal is to post before and after but both at the end of this log

As an aside, what Brand are you guys using for Protein? I have been hooked on Dymatize Elite Isolate, but looking at some new options. Thinking about Iforce but don't like that it is concentrate.

I've been using Ultimate Nutrition Protein Isolate but not very impressed by it. Mix ability sucks and the vanilla does not taste like vanilla to me. The chocolate is better but I still prefer Dymatize myself. I look forward to following your log.

So fortunately/unfortunately since I woke up at 4:30 yesterday, my body decided to wake up again at 4:30 today. I have a very interesting internal clock and now I have to override the system.
So popped one cap and decided to swig a ¼ scoop of Condense, for those who haven’t tried condense, probably the best flavoring of all PWO’s and I have tried a lot.
At about the 20 minute mark jumped on the treadmill for 20 mins, brisk walk 4 mph then onto my “pulling” exercises

6 sets of db curls, arm on the inside of my quad/hamstring (not sure of the name) (8-12 reps)
5 sets of barbell shrug (10-12 reps)
6 sets of lat machine pulldown, wide grip to front (8-12 reps)
6 sets of stiff legged dead lifts (12-15 reps)
3 sets of ab scissor kicks

With the combo of FS and Condense, didn’t feel overstimmed, felt decently alert but the one thing I have noticed the last 2 days is I am extremely cotton mouthed. Not a bad thing as I always have a water bottle sitting on my desk.
Question of the day, who is the hottest girl in Hollywood?

Love a girl with tatts. I've only played racquetball one time and got hit with the ball like tren times lol. Other then that it was fun though. Definitely a good cardio session.

1 FS and half a scoop of Purus as this seemed to do the trick, nice buzz but not overly stimmed.

25 mins of treadmilll, 15 of HIT 3.5 / 5-6mph and the last 10 mins 4 mph walk

Push day today

Flat bench 6 sets
Squats 6 sets
Tricep push down v bar 6 sets
rear lat raises DB plate 6 sets

Have to admit, not sweating profusely like with some other thermos but definitely felt alert and had that lil extra raw intensity with some of the lifts, specifically with my Squats

Enjoy the weekend, will be back tomorrow, hope to try 2 caps....

Day 4.....decided to push the envelope with with 2 caps (at least my envelope)

Have a pinched muscle in my lower back so started with 20 minutes if fast walking, 4mph on treadmill.

Today was a pull day:

5 sets pull up palms facing each other
7 sets of curls (4 curl bar, 2 hammer curls, 2 reverse curls for wrists)
5 sets of behind the back curl bar shrugs

Didnt attempt deads due to my back

Have to admit I was pleasantly surprised as I didn't feel over stimmed although towards the end of my workout, eyes did feel a little heavy (like a sinus things) but all in all, happy camper. I think I will continue to alternate 2 FS or 1 FS and some condense.

Off to see the new GI Joe with my son....

This is looking good. When its cuttin time I'm gonna give Fat Smack a go. I've got some samples of it though...might pop one at work tonight for a pick me up.

So I think I like doing one cap and mixing 1/2 scoop of condense on weightlifting days.

The one day I did the 2 caps, I did feel slightly winded when my workouts were pretty much the same energy and time duration.

Yesterday did 1 cap and 1/2 scoop of condense. I will call this my Homerun mix.

Push day but ufortunately had limited time.

Back still slightly tweaked so walked 25 minutes at 4 mph

6 sets of incline Db flyes
6 sets of DB presses palms facing in.

I am really trying to put it all out there, doing abs alot more frequently and really eating alot cleaner. Want to make the best of this.

Getting that ab training in makes a big difference. Keep the diet strict and keep popping those Fat Smack's and they will be rockin!

I have always done abs but not as in-depth as I am doing now. I need to dust off the P90X Ab Ripper X....if you haven't done it I highly recommend it.My wife went to NY this weekend and unfortunately brought me back a black and white cookie...HEAVEN......and ate it over lunch but heck it has been my first bad food in a few days.....

Off the grid today. Was supposed to play raquetball tonight and just popped 1 FS but just had the guy cancel so sitting here at my desk twitching ever soo slightly.

And have to bring the car to the shop first thing tomorrow morning so will update everything on Friday...

Morning All,

Not sure if anyone sees my avatar but I live up here in Mass, about an hour out of Boston towards Ct. If you have been following, it is freakin crazy up here right now. I am praying they catch this kid alive.

I was a little off this morning as my wife tried to food poison me last night. I am deathly allergic to Feta cheese, fever, excessive vomitting etc. Last night I am done eating my cucumber salad and my wife says "oh ****"......I accidently gave you salad dressing that had Feta. Luckily I did not get deathly sick but my stomach was definitely sour last night this morning but of course the warrior I am, I got up at 5:15, 1 FS and 1/2 scoop of condense. Instead of waiting the 20 minutes, I jumped on the treadmill for 25 mins; Fast walk.

Followed up with straight bar 1 arm rows (6 sets) and supersetting DB hammer curls and staraight bar, palms down curls emphasizing forearms (6 sets). Got back on treadmill for 10 more minutes.

I do like the product thus far, not a quick caffeine burst like other Thermos but I don't find myself sweating as profusely as I do with other competitors, not exactly a bad thing but I know many people base the sweat factor on how well the product is working.

Am going to start taking a second dose with my lunch to see if there is anything to report.

I also continue take my D-POL, another great product although I wish the pills were smaller. Wouldn't mind taking 6 smaller pills vs 3 bigger pills.

Back from the weekend as I hope all is well with my A.M. friends

So I have finally decided on a protocol which is 1 FS and 1/2 scoop of Condense. For me it's a nice lift, not to much stim power but enough to get me thru.

Saturday I took this protocol, 20 mins of Cardio and hit chest....

6 sets of Incline chest
6 sets of flat bench press. Did a lighter weight but kept legs elevated trying to emphasize lower abs


Saturday night made the mistake of taking a sleep aid, GABA and some other things, work up 10 hrs later (never sleep this long) and could not get out of bed as this stuff left me lethargic and almost feeling drunk..so long story short, no lifting on Sunday.

This morning followed my protocol, 20 minutes of treadmill 4 mph and watched 2 Broke Girls.....

6 sets of leg extensions and 6 sets of deep squats.

So I can assuredly say I am losing weight as some pants are looser and belt has moved over a slot. Also had a friends wife tell me I looked great and did I loose weight....:fest30:

Question of the day.......Who is/was the best Bodybuilder ever?

Personally I say Dexter Jackson - granted only 1 Olympia but 4 Arnolds, a boat load of smaller shows and for those that don't know, actually got his pro card as a light weight...

All,

Been on the shelf the last few days, tweaked my knee and shoulder but will be fully back in the next day or 2. Did do some arms but again ot where I want to be. I have continued to take FS with Lunch as it definitely keeps me going until after dinner.

Again my apologies. Never had a serious injury in my life and then hit 40 and stuff starts hitting the fan. Should is still tight but yesterday I felt a pop in my knee and it felt 100% better. 41 with a trick knee, cmon now.

So I was derailed last week but continued to us FS with lunch as more of a afternoon crash lifter.

I have not been on the scale but do notice my abs coming in a little more and pants are starting to get looser. Not sure about my BF.

So far my observations ae as follows

* When this stuff is kicking in I get a very warm sensation down my neck, not in my head or anywhere else.
* I tend to hungrier much later in the day, could be a combo of me working out harder/cardio, or I am takingmy calories down too much or that this is having the opposite effect and making me hungrier, not sure but I plan on writing down my meals to truly view calorie intake.

Question of the Day:

Who truly is/was the best BB'er and why?

As for me it's Dex - Mr O, Master's O, Arnold Classic 4x and a whole host of other great wins. Also the fact that he went Pro as a bantam weight.

Now back in the saddle today. 1 cap of FS and 1/s scoop of condense. I am sure sooner or later I will take this to 1 scoop of condense.

20 minutes of HIT treadmill 4 mph/5-6mph

Quick tris today:

4 sets of lying skull crunches (curl bar)
4 sets of seated tricep extensions (curl bar)
4 sets of tricep kick backs

Unfortunately my shoulder is still somewhat acting up so have to be mindful not to do any further damage. Would love to hear how others are doing with FS

So continue to like Fat Smack, cardio again 3-4 days a week, minimally 20-25 mins followed by weight training. My downfall is not having a scale but I have never really been a scale guy. I go by how clothes fit and of course spot areas like abs. As previously mentioned I sometimes fear I don't take in enought calories, not that I get hungry but again, enough good calories for growth.

So I took the nerd plung and bought a fitbit flex to track overall calories, sleep and food intake.

Thanks again for staying ony my train, I know sometimes my rants can get a little boring.

So been truly tracking my calories burned vs food intake, definitely eye opening. Monday was 500 over and yesterday I was more conscious and was 400 under/deficit.

This morning fs/condense blend, 20 minutes HIT and biceps 4 sets 21's curl bar and 2 sets curl bar palms facing down....

Let's go Penguins!

When I used to compete I never counted calories, had super fast metabolism. Now into my 40's I figured perhaps it was time if I truly want to lose weight. Is the fitbit 100% accurate..no but it so far has made me more conscious.

Example - Treadmill clocked 225 calories and fitbit counted 236, really not bad.I also suggest to take it off when lifting and put the data in yourself. The software is very easy and of course the more data you give it the better the results. It was between Flex and jawbone up......

As always I truly appreciate the opportunity to log fat smack. Purus is one of my honestly favorite companies as I love Condense and D-Pol, great products and fantastic flavoring.
So I started this endeavor out with a clean diet, very little fat and desert on the weekends. Also made it mandatory that instead of my 7-10 minute cardio warmups I was now doing 20-30 mins in addition to weights.
Unfortunately I have only lost 2-3 lbs but I cannot fault this product for this. I thought that my intake was less than my output but after keeping a log. So I was hoping to post before and after pictures but with this I won’t be.

Pro’s
· Nice clean energy. I generally knew this was kicking in due to a warm sensation at the back of my neck.I would fluctuate between 1 or 2 caps.
· No crashes
· Good afternoon pick me up
· Decently priced amongst other thermogenics.
Con’s
· Not sure if I really saw any appetite reduction. 9/10 times I eat every 2-3 hours regardless of hunger pains
· Did not notice any profuse sweating. Not sure if this really is a Negative but I love sweat pouring down, probably a mental thing.
· Would love to see a thermogenic regulation type feeling where body gets hot/cold
Like anything this is strictly my opinion and results will differ from person to person. Have a great week!

Good review man. Thanks for the honest opinions. Crazy you didn't get the apatite suppression. That's the main thing I get from FSXR. Everyone's different though I suppose! Thanks again for logging.
