Well, It's time to try to put on a couple pounds of muscle and lean out some for the summer. I've seen so many great reviews about this stack and ABE and Erase pro in general, that I wanted to try it out for myself.
I'm 22, 6'2" and 237 lbs
I'm hoping to get down to about 230 at some point, but as far as this stack goes, if I stick around 235 ish while adding some muscle and leaning out some, I'll be happy.
I eat very clean, 4 meals a day, mostly white meat, eggs, vegetables and some rice. I tend to try to eat a little heavier on heavy lifting days.
I'll be hitting the gym 6 days a week. 4-5 days are usually lifting days with 1 or 2 days being solely cardio and core work. I usually do at least 15 min of cardio every day but often times a lot more. With the weather finally getting half decent in Ohio, I hope to get back to running outside very soon.
I started my stack on Saturday. Thus far, its sweet, Alphamine may be my favorite thing ever. I had never experienced "dry joints" before but it sucks!! My elbows were killing me so upped my fish oil intake a little and I'm good now. It also seems like my vascularity has gone up some too which I like.
I'm running the ABE and EP for 8 weeks, but im not sure if I'm gonna stick with the alphamine for the whole time. After I'm done with this tub, I may switch to DAA but I'm not sure, I'm kinda waiting to see how the first couple of weeks go first.
