Back: Back/Bris 20 minutes HIIT
Wed: 30 minutes HIIT/Abs or Yoga
Sat: Shoulder 15 minutes HIIT
I'm currently cutting going towards the summer time. I'm down about 6.5lb's so far in a month.
Diet: I've lowered my carbs and cut them out of my lunch. I have not yet taken them out of my breakfast because I have been seeing results with leaving them in so far. And as long as I don't hit a sticking point I'll continue this way.

I've started today but I will not be going to the gym. I have a meeting after work for home owners insurance. But I like to start supplements on Monday's and I will go on Friday when it's usually my day off.
