Should be close to the perfect amount of caffeine to MS.

I take agmatine while using these products just the same as I would any other time. Roughly 1g-1.5g a half hour to 45 mins pre.
Thanks for the quick feedback fellas.
Do you ever take agmatine with meals? I've read of people doing that

People do this for the gda properties that agmatine assist with. I don't exactly know the science on it so I won't try. Cooper would be great help here.

I prefer my Agmatine in the morning/prior to CHO meals. I have always done that since it was first introduced and prefer it. It does provide some solid pumps tho in the pre-workout dosing scheme.

Yeah a little science would be nice.

I think I'll try both dosing schemes once I crack them open

This is directly from Coop and is very succinct:

Upon rising - peptide hormone/GH release
High carb meals - improved insulin sensitivity
    Preworkout - increased vasodilation/pumps/performance
Postworkout - reduced DOMS by virtue of the analgesic effects

I still notice great pumps and fullness when dosing upon rising/pre-carb meals.

I do 500mg prior to carb meals (little more if the carbs are pretty high). I add 500-1000mg preworkout with Alphamine when I use it for a preworkout.

A few moderate carb days, a week of alphamine, and I'm noticeably leaner. Obliques are faint but peeking thru.
    Top four abs peeking.

I'll be lean sooner than I thought

The thing is I haven't even trained these past two Weeks either, been deloading.

I'm thinking I'm going to do p,,rr,s, for a while until my friend can write me something along the lines of the conjugate method system.

Anyone have any links on prrs? I read it a while ago but I'd like a refresher

    First off, thanks kbayne.
I'm undecided right now, either prrs or Layne Norton phat...
    Anyone ran both?.
I've done prrs, with good results. I can see my body blowing up from the phat 2x weekly training, it would be hard to fit it all in though with my current schedule

    A few notes..
Got my enhanced nutraplanet package in the mail. Bingo

Got my voodoo bands from rogue fitness, cannot wait to get all flossed out.

Only thing left is my bio super food algae concentrate. That stuff is the ****. Talk about a multi vitamin multi mineral (it's way more than that) that just makes you feel GOOD, literally.. Should be here in a few days

I've done both, but PHAT is the closest to what I usually do and is a great program.

    Yeah that's what I do!

So i'm noticing i'm a little leaner, nothing intense, but my abs are sharper and veins in my forearm are becoming more visible.

One thing I notice is alphamine "kicks your appetite to the curb"
As a friend of mine said.
    ESPECIALLY non training days.

Will check weight Monday morning and evaluate my plan from there.. I ALWAYS weigh, light on Monday from low carbing all weekend.. Hopefully i'm only a pound or two below my lowest, not trying to lose weight too fast.. If need be I'll eat something big after hitting legs..

Probably six or so double wrapped steak tacos from the local Mexican place..

diet has been really clean though, temptations everywhere, (pizza at home, cake at work) and i'm denying them all.

**** if I couldn't make a whole clean week that would be pathetic

I'm not sure how you guys dose your alphamine, but the container says 2 am 1 pm
    I've been doing 1.5 and 1.5..

Eating breakfast after 1.5 scoops kinda sucks. It was a challenge to eat my normal breakfast today.

I'm thinking about doing 1 am and 2 pm to avoid this

Also Idk if you guys have ever watched Kelly starett at mobility wod but he has great stuff as far as mobility.

I bought one of those voodoo floss bands and I've been using it the past few days, it is amazing. I get instant relief after flossing.

I would highly recommend this to anyone with shoulder, knee, or elbow pain.

I do 1.5 twice a day. If I'm using it as a preworkout, I do 1/1/1. The appetite suppression in the morning is nutty haha. I fell into IF'n because I couldn't eat breakfast after dosing Alphamine in the morning.

Yeah the appetite suppression in the morning is impressive, it almost works too well.

Judging by the mirror i'm looking much leaner than last week, i'm going to check the scale tomorrow morning but i'm pretty sure it's safe to say i'm carbing up Monday, I might not even dose alphamine till after my post w.o meal just to assure I can pack some calories in

It's going to be a squat day, providing I feel ok I'll go pretty heavy.

Gotcha. Ya some of my pants are different sizes also, but for the most part I can tell if/when they start to fit differently. Always a good indicator how the waist is being effected.

Start sitting back in your squat and squat heavy and your as$ will get so big you won't need a belt.

Anyways just weighed in, my scale isn't that precise but i'm at 196 which puts me 3-4lbs down. Right on track.

I'm not taking alphamine till later so I can get some serious carbing in today, aiming for 1lb a week, two max.

Trained some legs today, figured I'd go with the prrs program.
    1st week power,
Decided not to go too heavy right away
plenty of mobility and prehab warmup
    SSB 4x5 275,295,315,335
    ghr 3x6 bw
Donkey calf 3x12 200# on back
45 hyper 3x10 orange mini around neck

Wasn't feeling too bad for being down three or four pounds, was a little tight after my final set of squats so I decided to cut my losses and call it a day..

Also, after a day without alphamine I really notice, my hunger is little to nothing on it
