  3. Started my day with a scoop alphamine, and some bcaas with glutamine on the side.
    I couldn't bring myself to ruin the am flavor with anything added to it.

    Went in, did ten sets of sled sprints. First two were backwards with 45lb next eight were forward with 70lb.

    They were about maybe 40-50ft with ten to fifteen second rests

    Not very much but my heart was pounding by the end and lungs were burning

  4. Little extra I did today, my dad runs an oil business and we sold 3500 lb oil so I loaded half of it in the Back of a pickup truck.
    Basically a farmers walk with a extra lift at the end.
    35lb jug each hand 25 trips of carrying it about 30 ft and lifting it into a raised truck

    Not cardio by any means, maybe I'd consider it if I had done all 50 trips but my fathers employee was helping.

    Either way my traps had a real solid pump by the end of it... Slowly but surely wins the race

  7. Woke up, had all kinds of mail today.
    one alphamine, two methyl synephrine, two agmatine, a tub of recover pro.

    I'm thinking I want to do alphamine four Weeks solo then I'll add the methyl synephrine in, possibly agmatine too

    How do you guys dose them together

  8. After seeing breezys thread, in thinking I should have put my breakfast up..
    4Oz chicken sauteed in a pan with onions, garlic salt, garlic powder, chili powder, and Franks red hot.
    Add four whole eggs, scramble together.
    good stuff!
    As for carbs, keeping it simple, 3/4c oats with cinnamon and a small banana

    Definitely run the alphamine solo at first. It is an extremely strong product so it's all you will need. Later when your body gets more accustomed to alphamine then you will have that MS to spruce it up. When you do decide to go the MS route just start with half a tab with your normal dose of alphamine. Should be close to the perfect amount of caffeine to MS.

    I take agmatine while using these products just the same as I would any other time. Roughly 1g-1.5g a half hour to 45 mins pre.

    People do this for the gda properties that agmatine assist with. I don't exactly know the science on it so I won't try. Cooper would be great help here.

  13. I prefer my Agmatine in the morning/prior to CHO meals. I have always done that since it was first introduced and prefer it. It does provide some solid pumps tho in the pre-workout dosing scheme.

    This is directly from Coop and is very succinct:

    Upon rising - peptide hormone/GH release
    High carb meals - improved insulin sensitivity
    Preworkout - increased vasodilation/pumps/performance
    Postworkout - reduced DOMS by virtue of the analgesic effects

    I still notice great pumps and fullness when dosing upon rising/pre-carb meals.

  18. I do 500mg prior to carb meals (little more if the carbs are pretty high). I add 500-1000mg preworkout with Alphamine when I use it for a preworkout.

    Top four abs peeking.

    I'm undecided right now, either prrs or Layne Norton phat...
    Anyone ran both?.
    I've done prrs, with good results. I can see my body blowing up from the phat 2x weekly training, it would be hard to fit it all in though with my current schedule

    A few notes..
    Got my enhanced nutraplanet package in the mail. Bingo

    Got my voodoo bands from rogue fitness, cannot wait to get all flossed out.

    Only thing left is my bio super food algae concentrate. That stuff is the ****. Talk about a multi vitamin multi mineral (it's way more than that) that just makes you feel GOOD, literally.. Should be here in a few days

    Yeah that's what I do!

    So i'm noticing i'm a little leaner, nothing intense, but my abs are sharper and veins in my forearm are becoming more visible.

    One thing I notice is alphamine "kicks your appetite to the curb"
    As a friend of mine said.
    ESPECIALLY non training days.

    Will check weight Monday morning and evaluate my plan from there.. I ALWAYS weigh, light on Monday from low carbing all weekend.. Hopefully i'm only a pound or two below my lowest, not trying to lose weight too fast.. If need be I'll eat something big after hitting legs..

    Probably six or so double wrapped steak tacos from the local Mexican place..

    diet has been really clean though, temptations everywhere, (pizza at home, cake at work) and i'm denying them all.

    **** if I couldn't make a whole clean week that would be pathetic
