  6. Got off earlier than expected sipping on PowerMax right now going to do chest and tries and then yoga x. That is a solid 2 hour workout I'm sure, Though I might cut yoga short right about An hour and a half

    I am 10 minutes into this PowerMax right now and I can feel the energy already

    Forgive my sentence structure I am talking into the phone so it types for me

  7. Alright, I just got in that Yoga X and killed it, for 40 minutes. But I was doing 3 pushups to their every 1, and my energy and focus is unwavering.
    I have veins popping out all over.

    I am about to knock out my Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps workout. And Ab ripper X if I am still this fuggin pumped.

    I never really had energy for afternoon workouts, especially when I get worked hard by the Army, but Powermax is truly coming through for me on that front.

    Workout time! again...

  13. If the pictures weren't enoug, I has an outstanding Powermax powered workout session today.

    This is rapidly becoming one of my favorite Pre-workouts for sure.

  14. I drank down my 2 scoops of PowerMax this morning at 0600, hit the gym at 0645 with ridiculous motivation.

    Legs and Back today. I was getting a chubby watching my veins and muscles bulge in the mirror.
    just kidding about the chubby!

    Man, this PWO is the bomb. Usually by this time with a PWO, I would have less stim effect and less overall effectiveness due to my rapid stim tolerance. Not this one. PowerMax is consistantly delivering max focus, pump, energy, and vascularity. AND I NEVER CRASH!!!!

    I will most likely have a ton of energy when I get off to do another workout.

    Looks like its doing exactly it was intended and designed to do! Loads of focus coupled with the energy you need to get the job done!

    I was always impressed by the endurance and pumps. But just like many others, it's the energy/focus that is so finely tuned to make me perform, something that was quite unpredictable w/ other supplements in the past

    Chubb or not, keep the updates coming, appreciate the support!

    I am at Fort Stewart visiting my brother in law. I am hitting the gym here on post at 0600 to do some craziness.

    I will be using 2 scoops for this workout.

    I was going for volume and calories burn. Accomplished.

    Remember that I had some major hip operations in the last several months, so while the weight looks light to some of you, I got an amazing workout in, and it can only improve from here, right?

    I looked shredded today in the gym. I should have snapped a photo.

    My Focus in the gym was noticeable by all present. Everyone was checking out my vascularity, which was nothing short of amazing.

    I was the only one in there sweating. I remember now why I hate the gym. All these people walking around, playing on their phones, taking up space and being in the way. This is what Martin Berkhan refers to as "****arounditis". Too much of that **** going on. Seriously I think some of these people go to the gym to be able to update their staus or just to be seen.

    I stayed motivate and pushed out this workout, and it was fantastic. I will be incorporating this exact workout at least once a week.

    PowerMax delivered once again!

    I agree 100%. The best time at my gym is 0500. Even then the geriatric crowd is squatting on all the benches.

    I have something very special planned for tomorrow though. Chest and Bi's in the moring, then P90X in the aftrnoon. Might be 2 scoops each for those, we'll see.

  21. Today is day 8 I believe. I have had a scoop of powermax every day except yesterday.

    I took 1 scoop of Powermax and knocked oyt my P90X (yoga X) just now. I am about to drink another one and get my ass in the gym for Chest and Bi's.

    This is going to be another epic workout. I am getting the best workouts done with Powermax and I am walking around feelig my muscles all day long. The pump and vascularity lasts all day. And I had the most incredible relaxing yoga session, that I didn't even realize that I was working out and sweating all over theplace.

  23. So I had so much energy after having only 2 hours of sleep. Well, I slept for 4 hours on the way back from Fort Stewart, so I should add that on to the total.

    I cranked out some good exercises. They are as follows

    Superset (1 and 2) Volume Training to Burn Calories

    1. BB Bench Press- 95x15, 115x15, 115x18, 115x17, 115x15
    2. Alt DB Preacher curl- 25x13, 25x12, 20x12, 20x12, 20x13

    1. Cross Body Hammer curl- 35x12, 30x12, 30x12, 30x12, 30x13
    2. BB Deadlift- 135x12, 135x12, 135x12, 135x12, 155x11

    1. DB Front raise and Pullover- 20x12, 15x12, 15x10, 0, 0
    2. Alt standing DB curls- 30x12, 30x12, 30x12, 0, 0

    1. BB Decline Bench Press- 95x18, 95x18, 135x18
    2. In and Out Hammer Curls- 25x16, 25x16, 25x16

    I ran out of time so I had to shorten hald of the moves to 3 sets instead of 5.

    I wish I could have taken a picture. I had veins popping out everywhere. If I were someone else, I would thing that I was on some steroids or something. I mean I was jacked and pumped and vascular. Pretty intense. I will definitely get a picture next time!!

    I smashed it again today. I took 2 scoops before doing legs and shoulders tis mornin.

    I also took another scoop at about 1700 to knock out my P90X.
