First off just want to thank the guys over at Applied Nutriceuticals for giving me a chance to try out Uncut. This is the first pre-workout supplement i have taken in a long time other then 200-250 mg caffeine i get from my morning coffee. So this should be a big change up for me.

I plan on updating this thread hopefully 2 times a day minimum. I will be posting the routine I did for the day, diet, how I felt in the morning before uncut, while on uncut and a few hours later. I was given a 5 day supply of uncut at 3 caps a day So I should get a full weeks worth of my routine into this log.

calories: 2510

protein Minimum: 200-210

I eat 4 to 5 meals a day spaced out every 3-4 hours

I eat fairly clean, I cheat when i feel like it usually once or twice a week and might nibble on something small in between.

Day 1 Uncut

This weeks been a little hectic, so i didn't get to start my log on Monday like I wanted to. Almost scrapped it until next week but then remembered I'm moving and didn't want to wait a full two weeks to start my log so decided to salvage this week by switching up my routine a little. Instead of starting off my week as usual with back i decided to go with chest day today and do back tomorrow.

I woke up this morning at 7 hit the snooze got up at 7:30 felt decent not tired. took my ALCAR then waited to have breakfast at 8:30. had my usual 6 eggs 200g hashbrowns little katchup, some collards, 1/2 gallon water, and 12 oz coffee. let my stomach digest till 9:40 then took 3 caps uncut by 10:00 I was flying and ready to go. No heart flutters, or upset stomach that I have gotten in the past, just pure focused energy felt weird and great. I already right down all of my routines so instead of doing it twice, I have decided just to take a picture of my notebook and paste it.

This was the first week I got my bench back to where it was about a month ago due to being a little under the weather. something I noticed that was a little strange was that I didn't sweat as much normally I'm completely drenched by the time I'm done with my routine. today it took me a little longer to start sweating. I also noticed that my recovery between sets was faster. After I got done with my routine I headed home drank a serving of ON protein and started eating a bowl of minestrone with 100 g wheat pasta and about 50-75 g white beans. something else I've noticed is my appetite is a little down couldn't finish the minestrone, so taking it to work along with 16 oz chicken breast. I will post calories and how I feel later on today.

still pretty energized and its 1:11 right now, no heart or stomach issues and minimal shakes, no more then I usually have after a routine.

Great start! Glad to see you got the log up even though life has been so hectic.

It's good that you were able to get a solid boost from Uncut considering the size of the meal you had an hour before taking it. If you spaced that out a little more, I bet it would really hit you. Either way, it looks like you got a solid workout in and were able to take advantage of the extra focus and clean energy.

What do you mean when you say that when you say that the energy felt weird?

Sorry poor choice of word should have just said different, felt like it increased my response time. For example I noticed on my bench press that reps were a little faster(not from momentum or bouncing) but that I just had a little more energy to move the weight faster.

I hear you. I get a lot of that. It's a nervous energy, but not jitters or anything. I just feel like I need to keep working and notice myself taking shorter rest periods.

Yeah I don't know if the next 4 days are just as good I might get me a few bottles and do a longer log. I decided to drop down to 230 for the summer, still be a decent bulking weight for me but will be a lot lighter.

Day 2 Uncut

First off got a new pic up and for some reason the old pic is still in the post tried deleting it but the "attachments manager" doesn't seem to work.


Today was a little screwy cause i had the day off so i watched my kids this morning till the wife got home. Which was kind of a good thing because I looked over my macros for the last couple weeks and realized I have been way under on my carbs. Like only 100 g a day way under, no wonder I have been feeling half dead by the time I get to work. So today I sat down and reworked my diet plan and now im going to be getting in 3220 calories a day at 210 g protein, not quite sure on carbs but by the app on my phone it recommends 434 g, and 107 g fat. So far today i have gotten my carbs up to 232. I still have one more meal and i am feeling a lot better.

For today's workout I took Dewey's recommendation and tried to space my last meal further back from when I took the uncut. I ate at 11 and didn't take the uncut until 2 and also took it with my ALCAR. Today I didn't really notice the energy as much as yesterday, Though I'm not going to really blame this on the uncut because my diet was a little off yesterday. Still had a good workout got 365 for 4 on deads, slowly getting to where I was a few years ago.

Also had a lot of mucus in my throat and nose today and couldn't really catch my breath, so that could have contributed to the lack of energy. Tomorrow I have to work so I'm gonna run my day like I did yesterday and see how the energy goes. Its quads day which usually go pretty smooth for me cause I actually like doing legs, so Uncut should make tomorrow a breeze.

Good thing you caught that quirk in your macros. Do you use Myfitnesspal or a calorie tracker? Once all the kinks work out, hopefully we see Uncut work better for you. Get well big guy.

Love my fitness pal use it every day that's how I caught it. Today's workout went way better few new PR's. At work right now will post later.

Hey guys sorry about the delay in posting, life has been a little crazy the last few days. Had the last 3 days off with the kids, so daddy doesn't get computer time. Everyone's in bed now though so I get a little piece and quiet to do this.

In all over the last few days I worked out Friday and today. I took off Saturday and Sunday so I could get back into my normal routine. Friday went great my carbs were up, and I could really feel the uncut again. I didn't end up doing legs though, I went with shoulders and tri's. Got a great pump on shoulders and completely exhausted them, so I couldn't cheat on tri's. Ended up hitting a new PR for dips, probably due to the uncut and I've already dropped 10# so less weight to push. Here are my routines for Friday & today.

Today was a real * test (AM put in a link to a product for some reason that's why i put the *)for uncut because I have Mondays off work and watch my kids all day, So I'm usually mentally drained by the time i get to go to the gym. today was no different, by 5:30 I was half crazy but pushed through it and took my uncut (3 caps) and ALCAR at 7:30 and left for the gym at 8. By the time I got to the gym I was focused and energized, today felt the best out of all previous other day. It didn't feel like I took a stim it just felt like my body regained its day and it was back at 11:00 Am again. I ended up bringing my dead lift up another 10# to 375 for 3 no straps, and just had an overall good energized night. Tomorrows chest and bi's again so hopefully I get another 5# for my bench.

Sorry about the handwriting in the pick, been trying to improve my writing style lately, but I loose some motor function in my hands at the gym throughout routines.

No worries on posting. Family first IMO. Perhaps taking 1 cap while watching the kids would make you less crazy :D
Solid lifts man! Up 10#'s w/ no straps on DL is a big deal. Keep it up

Just a little update yesterday was awesome, got 200 for 8 on bench press ( two more reps then last week) had a killer workout beat the crap out of my body. Then spent the rest of the day moving from one house to another, but had good energy the whole day. Still moving today and work tonight so I will post yesterday's log tonight. Tomorrow will be my first day doing quads with uncut I'm pretty excited.

Just a little update yesterday was awesome, got 200 for 8 on bench press ( two more reps then last week) had a killer workout beat the crap out of my body. Then spent the rest of the day moving from one house to another, but had good energy the whole day. Still moving today and work tonight so I will post yesterday's log tonight. Tomorrow will be my first day doing quads with uncut I'm pretty excited.
Good stuff so far. Hopefully Uncut helps you in the gym and with the move. It seems to make just about any task a little easier.

Lol I was throwing couches and dressers around like rag dolls yesterday. My wife's friend brought her son over to help us move and he was like you want help I would just sling something over my head and be like nope. I used to be a mover, I actually enjoy it to a degree.

Lol I'll go snatch my sofa up right now and have my wife take a pic. Lol

Doing quads today, looking forward to doing them with some uncut. Then gonna move some more, were actually almost done never done a move where you just move two houses down the road, pretty nice.

Came home from work last night and my back was so red it looked like I had a sunburn lol.

Haven't popped that many blood capillaries in a long time.

I have tomorrow off so I will post my last two workouts and my final thoughts on uncut. Really loved the product, just wish I could have had a less hectic time to try it out. Have to go to work in an hour so I'm gonna go force feed myself and pass out on my couch now.

all right guys here's my final post for uncut, sorry its taken me so long been a crazy last week between moving and work. Im glad I had the uncut though cause without it, im pretty sure I wouldn't have mad it to the gym a few times, especially on Wednesday. My last two workouts were both leg days, last weeks was awesome.

After I knocked this routine out I honestly though i was going to puke, and yes I do full range of motion on all my lifts no quarter squats here. off topic, I saw a decent sized kid walk up to a bar with 315 to squat last night and was like "lets see what you got" he ended up doing 4 quarter knee sway back rounders, face palm. Felt really good this whole workout other then the urge to puke, I was really focused and driven to hit my goals and didn't miss a single one.

This workout was pretty grueling I was pretty tired after the move, so I'm taking it a little easy this week. I wanted to get out of the gym fast so I super set my first to exercises. By the time I got to the gym though I was feeling pretty energized and pushed through the routine pretty fast.

Final thoughts

as an overall energy/ pre-workout product I would have to give uncut an 9/10. The only reason I don't give it a full 10 is because you have to wait to take it without food. which makes it a little inconvenient especially since I like to have a decent amount of food in my gut preworkout for my body to use as energy. But I guess overall uncut would be best to use to help cut if your goal is to go to the gym on a somewhat empty stomach to burn off body fat.

I would and most likely will use uncut again. To me this would be a great supp to just have on hand for those day where you know its going to be tough to get through your workout. As I have stated if it weren't for uncut I probably would have skipped a few day do to lack of energy.

I would like to thank Dewey and Applied Nutraceuticals again for giving me the opportunity to try out there supp I defiantly think you guys have a legit product here and will be checking out your whole line of products now.
