    I got some samples of the powder and it is pretty freaking good. Mixed it with apple condense and it was amazing!

    Thanks, d-pol is far superior to any bulk daa for sure and I have had the best result with finaflex revolution pct so far. I've used erase, pr-xt, and ad3 pct. revolution has had the best results for me, but it's probably a combination of the 2. Definitely a six stack!

    Rev PCT is good stuff for sure. Next time try out recycle with the Dpol....my favorite stack when I'm looking to get that extra boost

    Day 24 was legs, I always start of with squats and my first set which is only 135 just as a warm up set, my knees were not having it. Hockey took a toll on my knees and some days are great but then there are days like yesterday where it is uncomfortable and painful, SUCKS!
    Squats were 4x135 slow and controlled about 12 reps per set, and the last set was 205x10 reps
    Front squats was 5 sets of 135x 12 reps and then I did 1 set of 155x10 reps and a drop of 145x10 reps
    Stiff deads were 4 sets of 225
    Then I did 135lb hack squats, 4sets super sets with standing calf press
    Leg ext 4 sets of 135x12 reps super sets with 1 leg body weight squats
    Lying leg curl 4sets of 90x10 reps superset with 95lb bench squats
    Legs were hurting bad! Which is a great thing. Every time my knees are bothering me and I can't go as heavy as I would like I just do a s**t ton of volume. My legs were sore the entire day and now day is 25 and they have been sore all day so at least I know i did something right.
    Shoulders were today and man I worked it!
    Seated barbell press was first
    Set 1-135x11
    Set 2-145x10
    Set 3-155x8
    Set 4-155x8, drop1-145x9, drop2-135x15

    Seated DB press
    Set1-55'sx15
    Set2-60'sx12
    Set3-65'sx11
    Set4-65'sx10,drop1-55'sx12

    Seated lat raise-ss-standing lat raise/ 25's x 12 seated-ss-25's x 7 standing
    Shoulders were lookin swollen after this!

    Then I did some triple sets
    45lb plate front raise-ss-95lb bb upright rows-ss-95lb behind the neck bb press.
    12-15 reps per set-ss-12 reps per set-ss-8 reps per set
    These were badass, sick pump!

    Last was low incline bench rear delt raise/10's-ss-standing rear DB lat raise/25's-ss-standing DB press/25's
    18-20 reps-ss-5-8 reps-ss-12-15 reps
    Shoulders were a burnin!!

    The endurance is one thing i am noticing alot right now like i can keep going and going. i love it, i never want my workouts to end, obviously the triple sets tell all. One thing i noticed is my increased in appetite! crazy, i feel like i get real hungry alot. i try to keep it under control where i dont binge. This stack so far has changed my look a lot in my perspective In the mirror. I will be weighing myself soon, should be interesting. My diet before was the same and then I added these 2 supps and everything started to change. So far the best recomp I've ever done, definitely leaner and less body fat, by the way only on day 25 and I have a 60 day cycle, the best is yet to come!

    You just described one of my friends too perfectly. He wants to workout but everything is so haphazardly, so I try to give him a little structure and he wants nothin to do with it. So I guess he will just keep spinning his wheels.

    Friday was arms i just did very high volume with a little lighter weights just to get a huge pump, which it definitely produced, also i finished with a triple set of bi's, tri's, and bb shrugs. Saturday was normally core and abs but the endurance was great and I just wanted to keep working out so I did 4 sets of dead lifts at 245lbs about 10/12 reps per set with about a 30 sec rest in between sets. Sunday was rest. Today was chest, my weight has stayed the same as last week but all of my rest periods between sets have drastically dropped in time. There were times my rest periods were less than 20 sec. My endurance just seems to be in hyper drive, I never want stop! Ever since my workout has ended I have had a crazy pump all day. D-pol is king of daa.

    I just ran out of the new craze and decided to try adrenolyn cuts by blackmarket labs. The only way you can get there supps is from their website or from a mom and pop shop. It goes for $60 on their website which I think is crazy but I had a coupon from stack3d.com that made it free all I had to pay for was $5 shipping. Just wondering if anyone has tried any it?

    Today was day 32, just over halfway. Yesterday was back and it was a great workout. I started it out with 4 sets of wide pull-ups, underhand chins and hammer grips. A total of 12 sets and they were all supersets with 12 sets of 250lb dead lifts, i just tried to get as many reps as i could. which was typically about 10-12 for each exercise. This was a Insane start to the workout I was sweating like crazy. I noticed that the drive to workout and the intensity now is insane. The back workout was finished with bent over bb rows, 1arm DB rows, and all 3 grips that I used, I did the same on inverted rows. One on the most intense back workouts I've had in a long time. Today I did legs and I noticed on my 2 main lifts I went up in weight from last week. Last week my joints were bothering me a lot but this week they seemed great I was back up to easily doing 4 sets of 225lb squats and 4 sets of 170lb front squats both at 10/12 reps per set. The greatest about d-pol so far is the focus/Intensity/drive, the feeling of not being able to wait to go lift and when you do, you just kill it.

    Yesterday was shoulders and today was arms. I workout in the morning and I had to make them quick the past two days cause I had to get to work earlier than usual(sucks). So what I did was lower the weight a little and cut my rest periods in between sets down drastically. I did all my normal lifts that I do for each of those body parts. Holy s**t, pump was out of control the past two days! Absolutely ridiculous! Shoulders were so full and crazy detailed. Arms were pumped so full today, probably one of the best pumps I've ever had in my arms! There are so many cool aspects about d-pol, there is no way I could pick a favorite.

    I tried the blackmarket adrenolyn cuts, watermelon flavor. First the smell when I opened it was great. Second the taste was one of the best watermelon favors I've ever had. Third the effect of the pre workout was alright. Not the best pre workout I've ever had and not the worst. The past two days were not good workouts to really give a good review on just cause I kind of had to rush through things cause of work so tomorrow I have plenty of time with no rush so ill let everyone know if there is a change.

    This log is awesome. I must say that I'm starting to really see similar results from mine. Pumps starting to get excellent and I'm a bit over 2 weeks in. Also the wood department is highly augmented. Keep up the great work bro!!!

    I did not get much from the adrenolyn cuts I my opinion. I was using the new craze before this and there is a definite difference between the two. I just felt more energy and intensity with the craze. Everybody reacts differently to pre workouts so this may work great for some.

    I notice that my pump is awesome with d-pol but if I eat any carbs during the day my pump is out of control.

    I'm using creature as well. I've never used it before. I've seen really good reviews for it

    Today is number 37 of 60, on the second half of the stack now. I have one word for today's workout, PUMP!!! My days normally consist of high protein lower carbs and minimal fat but yesterday I decided to have a cheat day with some more carbs and even a dessert! This is a rare day for me, I had some baked potatoes with some of my father in laws smoked ribs with his homemade BBQ sauce for dinner and later when we got home I had a bowl of ice cream with my wife for dessert. My wife doesn't workout or really watches what she eats so she loved ever minute of me eating that ice cream. Today was chest day and from the first set I was pumped out of control. D-pol has great pumps even on my lower carb diet but damn when add more carbs watch out ever muscle is so full it's crazy. So today when I worked out I had those carbs still in their from yesterday evening and it created monster pumps! The workout went like this.

    Incline bb press
    1-155x15
    2-185x12
    3-205x10
    4-205x9, drop-185x6

    Flat DB press
    1-90'sx12
    2-95'sx9
    3-100'sx7
    4-100'sx7

    Incline DB press
    1-75'sx12
    2-85'sx10
    3-90'sx7
    4-90'sx6, drop-75'sx7

    Flat bb press
    1-185x14
    2-205x10
    3-215x8
    4-215x5, drop-205x4, drop185x6, drop-135x12

    The next two exercises were done with no rest between sets(triceps were burning so bad, arms were rubber but swollen as hell)

    Flat DB press/fly-ss-body weight dips
    1-55'sx10-ss-4
    2-55'sx8-ss-4
    3-55'sx8-ss-10

    Push-ups-12

    My arms and chest all day have had a pump that I've never had before, it's insane. So for everyone that's on the d-pol try some carbs. For me obviously my next workout after the carb meal was badass. I had a great workout today so I don't know if it was the energy from the carbs the day before or if my body is liking the adrenolyn cuts now? All in all this is one fun stack!

    I just ran out of my XF UP butterscotch. I got this to replace it. WOW, and I thought butterscotch was good. This is the best tasting protein I've ever had

    Day 38 was today with a back workout. Started off with 4 sets of wide grip pull-ups, second was 4 sets of wide reverse grip chins, third was 4 sets of hammer grip pull-ups. All sets were 10 reps. Then I went on to bent over bb rows. 4 sets 185lbs x 12 reps. Up next was 1arm bd rows with 95's at 10 reps per set.

    Next-
    Inverted wide grip rows-ss-dead lifts
    4sets with 10 reps per set of rows-ss-245lb deads at 12 reps per set

    Inverted wide reverse grip rows-ss-suspension system face pulls
    4 sets of each with 10reps per set

    Inverted hammer grip rows-ss-suspension system high cable curls-ss-bent over reverse grip 135lb bb row
    4sets with 8 reps per set

    After this my back was so pumped and full that I saw detail and lines that I've never seen before and my arms were pump out of control, crazy(unexplainable)! My focus on this workout was so good. I would go from set to set and just keep going, my rest periods were quite short. All in all a great workout with a lot of volume and an insane pump!

    I was one of the winners for the usp labs crazy promo deal! I won the test powder and versa-1 stack, super excited! After this log I'm going to take my 4 weeks off of daa and then I'm going to log the test powder, versa-1 stacked with finaflex revolution pct black! can't wait, the 4 weeks off is going to feel like eternity.

    No. Haven't tried it. My buddy has and absolutely loved it though. Said he got the poops from it a couple times at the beginning and that was the only bad thing. He said it never happened after that though. Got great results and he felt amazing. I noticed that powdered versions of DAA gave me the runs initially in the past too however and it was only at the begging and then went away. I bet you'll love the stuff.
