  2. pheeew finally got some time to sit down and update my log. it is tax season lol
    Today took 2 caps 30min pre and hit the deadlifts HARD! I hit a deadlift PR so im pretty happy about that. I made this workout my biaaatch The focus/endurance was good as always and the pumps were awesome once again. I noticed that my energy wasn't quite as noticeable as usual.(might be getting use to it?) not sure but still love the other results. I got overhead press tomorrow, hoping to PR in every major lift this week! 3 down 1 more to go!!! wish me luck guys!

    well its not a true "personal record". Last year I pulled 300x5 but then I went to boot camp and lost almost 40 pounds(mostly all muscle) I came back at 125 pounds the muscle deterioration in my legs were so bad I could not even stand up on my own, I would have to use a table or something to stand up. so when I say PR I mean from when I got back from basic. i'm still not quite as strong as I was before I left last June. I got back sept.28th but all that aside my new "PR" for deadlift is 255x5.

  8. It happens. Boot camp tends to lean people out a lot. You have something to shoot for and that extra 45#'s is on the horizon.

    Lol I gained 20 lbs at BCT....

    Not much muscle though.

    Well I went in at an incredibly lean 140. (Skinny as fuark)

    Lifted regularly but didn't eat as much as I thought (plus genetics = skinny)

    Fairly strong though, so at least there is that.

  12. got my overhead press PR! thank you uncut! still on 2 caps 30 min pre. Energy/focus/endurance were all awesome like normal. for some reason I don't feel the pump on upper body days near as much as lower body days. All I can say is 4 PR's while on uncut is good in my book. I have some bad news though........................ .............only 4 more workouts with uncut

  14. sorry guys no update for today. took the day off, it was a much needed break. Went out to eat at a new Chinese buffet with my mother. Tomorrow is squat day and will be looking forward to tear it up with uncut!

  17. man I am still SORE from deadlifts the other day. spent a good half hour stretching, and foam rolling and spent an hour in a message chair. haha. hopefully it wont effect my squats!

    Nice. I have a full body massage chair I hit up every once in awhile. It's great whenever I pull a back/neck muscle and great for relieving soreness. Do you schedule your DL's w/ back days or on it's own?

    sorry im a little late on the update, im trying to write an English paper. Lol Alright took my 2 caps of uncut 30min pre again and hit up some squats. today for some reason I didn't feel the energy like usual. the focus/endurance were still pretty good though. the pump in my quads were awesome as well.
    I hit another squat PR and my RDL's felt a lot lighter so not all was lost. only 3 more workout left. Bench is tomorrow, another PR is on the horizon!

    Thats good to hear! I love how it gives you the urge to push further and when you hit some PR's you think to yourself "HOLY SH!T!".
