About Me:
I am 31 and have been working out off and on for about 12-ish years. Maybe two or three times during that time, in 6mo-1yr increments, I took my workouts "seriously". Not as seriously as I am now, and by now I mean approximately 33 days ago.
I have lost 12.6 lbs in the last 30 days. I am currently on the last week of phase 1 of p90x, something I've never done before. My goals are to cut my BF% down to below 10% (preferably 7-8%) without losing too much of my muscle. I'd like to start (lean) bulking as soon as I finish cutting. As you will see in my 'before' pics I have a ways to go, but I'm making great progress so far.
I am also doing Intermittent Fasting (lean gains dot com version), with my feeding happening between 12 and 8pm. I typically do my workouts between 8-10am, and I take 10g BCAA's and 5g creatine immediately before my workout and 5g BCAA's per hour after until my first post workout meal. I have been keeping my calories between 17-1800 and 40/30/30 P/C/F, although I fall short on the carbs almost every day. Counting calories and macros is still new to me.
At first I was a little nervous about taking OxyECA when I first wake up because I won't feed for several hours, but after reading Laura Nguyen's log, I think I may be OK. I will start my first dose tomorrow at 7:30. It's not technically when I first wake up, but I'll do my wife a favor and see how it affects me after she has left.
