    It was a great workout. I felt pumped through the whole thing as if I were taking Jack3d or VOLATILE (or whatever; those are just the only two I've tried) but I'm not.

    I added an extra scoop of Endurance for my first post-WO drink. My cheap BCAA's plain out suck. Wife have me permission to get more (yeah, it's like that) so I don't have to keep it at 1 scoop every day. I still will on day off's, yoga day, and if something is really light.


    ***Note from yesterday: I did crash at about 2pm. I laid down for 15 min and was good to go again. It was my first energy crash so far, but I can't attribute it to anything I'm taking right now because it hasn't happened before. It could be my roller coaster diet....

    So far today's cals are already logged at 2196 •219/227/61• I threw in 1 cup of Cap'n Crunch PB to hit that and my fats are still a little low, carbs a little high. Cals will probably change by the end of the day though.

    I never thought very highly of Yoga until I actually tried it. To anyone who thinks its girlie they need to try it, especially the day after any arm, shoulder, or leg exercises.

  6. Weight: 188.0

    Today WO: Yoga X and (Andrew/Drewsicle convinced me to add a gym workout.) Triceps.

    OxyECA taken at 7:11am

    ENDURANCE Plus started at 7:45. It was still half full when I started Yoga and drank it during.

    I took a second scoop of ENDURANCE Plus with me to the gym.

    Yoga was normal, getting easier every week. Sometimes my balance is on, sometimes it's off. I do a push-up before and after every vinyasa, and I could barely do one after each two weeks ago.

    Tricep WO was great. I was pumped the whole time, and my energy was through the roof. My HR stays slightly elevated, but isn't that the point? I'd guess 135ish consistently. But that's a guess. I didn't want to stop (again) but once I had to (again).

    I'm not as strong as I was pre-p90x, but considering what p90x does I didn't drop that much:

    Also, on that super set, I have no idea what the actual weight is. Here's what the machine says but there is no way it's that light. I struggled, and I can do way more than that on DB kickbacks during p90x:

    Note• I felt great and pumped up. I tried hard to do more pull-ups, I'm just not there yet. They do feel better, however.

    Kenpo X day

    I love Kenpo day. Going to start trying to use the 10# weights for punches again. My step-son wanted to do a WO last week and I figured he'd have fun with this one, so I did portions of Kenpo on Thursday also (just when needed to motivate him):

  10. Decided to do biceps before kenpo. The pics are in order, but the exercises are backwards. Bottom up each pic, no super sets, and 70 sec between each set. (60 timer + logging time, may be off).

  11. Kenpo X is done! Holy JELL-O arms!!

    I used 5# weights on every block and punch, except I used 10#'s on the elbow series and the first 50 of the final 100+ vertical punches. I did take a few pause breaks, but it was either that or drop the weights.

    I still have energy to do another workout, but I shouldn't. Taking a rest day tomorrow!

    Super Set (3 ex's)
    *Single DB, straight arm, flat bench, overhead-to-over chest raises:
    60x10, x10, 30x??? Stop counting around 10 and was holding overhead for 5 sec

    One arm push-ups: 4ea, 3 (ball assisted), 5 (last 2 ball assisted)

    Dips, no weight: 5, 4, *not available to use on 3rd set.

    Final ex: Push-up and one arm raise between each, weighted: 10#x7, 15#x7, 10#x5

    Got a major headache on that fourth set of flay bench and I just couldn't shake it. Dec-bench and flys could've been better. Honestly though, I never really felt fatigued. I'll do p90x chest, shoulders, and triceps plus Ab ripper later. Work was cancelled today.

  14. I didn't have a whole lot of time to post yesterday. It was Plyometrics day, and I really wish I had taken a second OxyECA Black at lunch. I was worn out from work, but pushed through it anyway.

    I also only did one Endurance shake (during WO) and I missed it in the AM. My fast almost hit 18 hours instead of 16 by the time I ate lunch. On a brighter note, I did get to finish up the pizza I started on Monday and my calories still took a heavy deficit, and my proteins have still been at body-weight plus.

    I just took my OxyECA Black now, and my Endurance is mixed and ready to pound. Heading to the gym in 30 to do dead lifts, squats, and presses. (I will regret this during Yoga tomorrow) I haven't done those since starting p90x. Then I'll hit up p90x's back and biceps after work. Taking a second OxyECA Black for the first time today at lunch.

    Cable kickbacks:
    27.5x6 + 22.5x5 (x2)

    Leaning calf presses:
    Both calves 400x25
    Single calf 350x10

    No squats because my knee didn't feel 100% after my last set of presses.

  19. I took my second OxyECA Black at 12:20 just after my first feeding, and a 1/2 scoop of Endurance at 3:00pm when I started my P90X workout. That put me at 2.5 scoops for the day. I felt pumped up. I actually still do. Same with my energy.

    Unfortunately, I forgot to eat more calories. Right now I'm at 955c's, 125p's for the day with an hour left to feed. So, food coma time. I'm also short on carbs. No worries, if my deficit is too large today ill make up for it tomorrow.

    P90X Back/Biceps+Ab Ripper X:

    I upped the weight on all of the bicep exercises. The reps were the same (< on a couple).
    My pull-ups sucked. I was, on average, 1-2 pull-ups below normal on each set. That's with upping my leaning rows by 15-20# on all 3 (?) sets. Oh well, i'm doing back again on Friday.

  20. I took two OxyECA Black again yesterday. The exercise was Yoga, so nothing excruciating. I did feel a little queazy around 3:15, but my calories were really low. I ate a few bites of chicken and a cup of mixed veggies and was good to go.

    Speaking of calories, I've been hanging around 2600-3000 all week except Tuesday. I'm trying to keep it there through Sunday and then go back to 2000'ish. I was reading on other logs that you shouldn't keep your calories too low for too long, and I was 1600-2200 for about 6-7 weeks. Mostly on that lower end. My weight hasn't changed so hopefully I'm getting some muscle gains in. I'm going to finish strong starting Monday!!

  21. I took the OxyECA Black at 7:20. I figure my wife would be up and I could knock out my workout, but no.

    So, I scrubbed the kitchen, mopped the floors, pledged and windexed all of our living room and dining room furniture, and now I'm starting on laundry. I can't stop moving. She need to wake up before I wear myself down doing housework.

  24. Friday was Back and Legs. The WO was so-so. I got a horrible headache on my first set of pull-ups, so I ended up taking a break and finishing later with no pull-ups. 50# lawnmowers to max instead. Caffeine overload maybe?

    Saturday was Kenpo X. 5# weights on almost every upper body block/punch; 10#'s on elbow series, horse stance blocks, star blocks, vertical punches (100, then 5's for another 30), and a couple of others. I had amazing energy and no headache, thank God!

    Today is Stretch/Rest day, but I did Ab Ripper X and the first half of Yoga. I took in no stims today. By the time I got home from church and started it was 11, so I skipped Endurance and OxyECA, and just ate immediately after exercising. Did a lot the last two weeks so I didn't want to make myself want to do any lifting.

  27. I took my first OxyECA at 6:30am and my second at 11:45.

    I had a (crud) job to do today so I didn't workout until after picking up the kiddo. I expected Plyometrics to kick my butt after gutting two bathrooms, but I had extreme energy. I did more reps on that then I've done previously, and I am usually more energetic in the AM.

    Yesterday I had 2230 cals, 210g protein
    Today will be 1650cals, 176g protein.
    (I'm trying to make up for this past weekend so ill take huge deficits on non-lifting days)

    Good stuff bro. I too had an insane plyo experience at 1700 when I got home from work. Strange because I was totally out of energy at work.
