I Hate Cardio! Please Help Me Formutech Endurance.

    Hmmm. That's what I thought as well. Sure seems to though. It may be the anticipation of heading to the gym that does it lol. So far I have enjoyed Endurance more than my previous 2 favorite intra products.

    -During the HIIT type portion, heart rate was slightly lower than usual, allowing me to push myself harder
    -Legs were super sore last night before bed, however they feel fine today!

    Fat 73g 38%
    Protein 126g 29%
    Carbs 143g 33%

    I didn't want to eat that many carbs, until the weekend. But I got home late, and Pasta w/chicken(Italian sausage) was fastest thing to cook lol.

    Also my Lean EFX Refined and Natural EFX are on the truck for delivery today. Basically only took 2 days to ship from Nutra.
    I'm thinking the lactic acid buffering allowed you to push harder and increased your cal expenditure. Just a theory

    I agree. Didn't take long to notice either. I feel guilty towards my purple wraath lol.

    Tonight I'm waiting to go to gym until my wife gets off work. She wants to meet me there. So I will be able to go home and pop a few Natural EFX for the first time. Can't wait

    No Problem. This is why logs are a great way to help people choose products. I was chosen for Endurance, which led me to follow the Natural EFX and Lean EFX logs. Which led me to purchase them.

    Picked a bad night to go to gym last night. I forgot there were doing some 80's theme night. Place was packed, people were eating cupcakes etc.

    Was planning on doing legs, but did cardio only instead. Yup more cardio, it's almost like I like it all of sudden.

    Elliptical 25mins Level 10-15 varying speed

    Then my wife and I got out of there lol

    Notes: -Took .5 Scoop Endurance on way to gym, .5 Scoop Intra
    -Dosed 1 Cap Vanillean and my first 2 caps Natural EFX Pre
    -Probably the highest thermo effect I have ever felt. I had to keep stopping elliptical, to sip Endurance
    -The highest level on elliptical I could easily do in past months was 13, since Endurance 15 is simple
    -I should note I had 2 scoops Alphamine in AM, that was 9hours before workout. Not sure on carryover thermo from Alphamine

    Dinner was all jacked up. I ended up eating Arbys. More Carbs, Carbs, Carbs.

    Cals 2590
    Fat 116 40%
    Protein 144 22%
    Carbs 248 38%

    I have to do better at Macros!

    And Ish is about to get real!!!!

    that stack is going to MELT the fat. Concentrate more on your protein intake, worry less about numbers on fat and carbs. Get at least 200g protein every day

    That sounds like a terrible idea to have a theme night at the gym! I go tot he gym for one reason....to workout not dress up and socialize lol, that would be annoying

    Anyways rant over that is a very nice look stack you got there

    200g is where I was shooting for, I need to order some more protein powder. My prob is I don't eat much at work, then try to cram it all in at home. I need to start drinking protein shakes at work.

    As far as stack, I thinking 2 scoops Alphamine AM, then trying 1 cap Lean EFX Refined 6 hours later, until Alphamine runs out. I'm kind of in this transition from one supp to the next phase lol

    Few weeks ago I had this UNSUPERVISED 10 year kid playing 100 questions with me in the middle of my WOD! Playing in equipment you know the works finally I just asked him to go sit up front and I would answer any question I could that he had for me when I was done. I'm glad the kid wanted to learn about what I was do but dang...he didn't ask any more questions when I was done....oops lol

    An Anytime fitness. I have one a few blocks from my house, and one a few blocks from work. So super convenient. I think the one by house, was just trying to get more memberships, so they had the function lol.

    They just added a bunch of TRX stuff. Looks kind of interesting

    Friday was the 1st nice day we have had this Spring.

    My wife wanted to skip the gym so we could take the dog for a walk.

    Worked up a pretty good sweat



    Saturday:

    Went to gym fasted

    1scoop Volatile sample pack
    2caps Natural EFX
    1scoop Alphamine
    1cap Vanillean

    1.5scoops Endurance

    Volatile sample: For me I love the fact that it is lower stim. I was nervous to take it since I had taken Alphamine, but it was perfect. Nice smooth focus. I was locked in and ready to do work.

    Back/bi's

    Rows: 2plates each side 10x10 204lbs
    3plates each side 3 to failure 300lbs

    Lat pull downs: 10x10 100lbs

    Dumbbell curls: 5x10 30lbs. Started really feeling a pump, this early into workout

    Dumbbell alternating: 45lbs to failure

    So I don't know if I was not doing light enough weight for the 10x10. I had more work planned, but the PUMP was more than I have ever had. On last set of Alternating curls, I dropped weight to 30lb db and my left arm felt numb, and I almost dropped the dumbbell.

    Being overweight and on stims, my 1st thought was heart attack lol. After I settled myself down, I realized that it was from going to failure, while having such a pump.

    I decided I better stop there. Went and did cardio while my wife tanned.

    Elliptical 20mins

    Notes: Endurance honestly is an awesome product. I can tell big difference while doing cardio, and high volumes. If any lurkers think I might be saying that because it's a sponsored Endurance log, PM I will send you links to sponsored logs I have ran here and other forums where the products didn't work for me.

    Volatile: um lol. It was just one sample, so I can't say a whole lot yet. However, something happened early into my workout. I honestly have never had a pump that scared me lol. The taste berry eruption was pretty good. I used too much water on accident, so I watered it down. I think I have one more sample left, I will use it on chest/tri.

    Natural EFX: Only on day 2 so far, at just 4caps a day. I can say I notice the diuretic effect right away lol. At dinner last night, I almost ran over my children and random people to get to a bathroom.

    Friday/sat food choices were not the best. Last Sunday I weighed in at 304.5 this morning 298.8!

    Dude 6lbs is HUGE!!! THATS 2% OF YOUR BODY WEIGHT IN A WEEK!!! so glad you wanted to log for me you're doing awesome!

    Easter Sunday: Light legs

    Wanted to get a little work in before having our Easter. I should have stayed home, since some guy ruined my day.

    Went to gym fasted
    2 Natural EFX Pre
    1 Scoop Alphamine
    1 cap Vanillean

    1.5 Scoops Endurance sipped pre/intra

    Elliptical 10min warmup

    Leg press: Didn't want to go heavy, so skipped the sled, and used the life fitness one
    10x10 360lbs

    Decided to do some calf raises while sitting there
    10x10 360lbs sucks the machines only go that high, but better that loading a bunch of plates on light stuff lol

    Leg curl machine:
    Here is where it got interesting!!
    10x10 190lbs

    Half way through the this exercise I notice a guy on another leg machine staring at me. Granted I was sitting the making notes on my phone, but I wanted to give myself about a minute rest, in between the 10 sets!

    He walks over and stands in front of me. I wear Beats Solo's so I couldn't just pop an ear bud out, I remove the headphones and say "What's Up"
    He says " You should be on there no more than 4 minutes, come on." I was like Um, and he goes "I need to work in here." I start getting up so he can jump in, and he says " No just finish" I said no it's all yours, and kind of flip my hand out like here you go buddy F you.
    Then he says you need to just bang the sets out, or you "WILL NEVER BE FIT"

    The guy was not in very good shape, I don't know who the F he thought he was. He the sits down, moves it from 190lbs, to 65lbs. Does 10 really fast reps, and walks away.

    He stared at me for rest of time, did like 10 reps, on 5 machines, and walked out all hardcore.

    Leg Extensions: While being stared at
    10x10 can't remember weight I quit tracking stuff at this point

    Assisted Pull Ups: Since my back/bi workout was cute short from skin breaking pump Saturday
    3 sets to failure

    I know, I really try lol. My appetite is crushed most of day and shakes, food make me sick to think about. So I'm sure my body starts eating my muscle, and my fat stays there.

    If it weren't for fat free cottage cheese and tuna/chicken I don't know where I'd get all my proteins from.

    I would probably take a stim break after Alphamine. At least a couple weeks. Natural should be able to help you curb appetite. Just my two cents.

    I would agree. Alphamine is a pretty strong stimulant. I know I need another stim break, but I just can't right now. These hours at work are killing a brother. Maybe in a couple weeks after this BRC stuff has finished.

    Yesterday

    Went to do some Chest/Tris the gym was PACKED again. I need to get back to going at 5AM lol.

    It was hard to even get any sets in, but the good thing is I was running around jumping in to where I could. So heart rate stayed up.

    Did not get chance to record weight/reps etc.

    Incline Dumbbell 10x10
    Pushdowns 10x10
    cable flys 10x10
    One arm pushdowns 10x10
    reverse one arm 10x10

    I was going heavier than I had been. I took 2 scoops ENDURANCE and felt like I couldn't get sore.
    More pushdowns 3 to failure 100lbs

    Some exercises like the one arm pushdowns and flys, I did more than 10 reps, because I felt like I wasn't getting any burn. I <3 2 scoops lol.

    Notes: 2 scoops are sweet. If the gym wouldn't have been so packed, I may have done 200's instead of 100's lol
    Natural EFX is no joke on diuretic took 6caps, had to get up 3 times in middle of night. I never get up once at night

    Calories were a little high trying to get protein up

    Calories 2521
    Fat 144 50%
    Carb 113 18%
    Pro 203 32% <-- cswanky I got it lol. Had to choke down some expired XF Cinnamon Roll lol. I know its fine but expired stuff always creeps me out

    I might take a slight STIM break. I will be starting Versa1 too, which is supposed to stack nice with a stim. i have 11 weeks left until I see my sister and family in NC for the first time in like 10 years lol. I want to be as less of a FATTY as I can by then.

    No Workout Yesterday. I was going to go right after work, but then my wife said she wanted to go. I went home and waited, then she decided she didn't want to go lol. By then I was like F it.

    Calories 2167
    Fat 99g 40%
    Carb 126g 23%
    Pro 204g 37%

    I'm getting the protein up. Now I need to work on getting Fat down..
