    I ran it at 150mg of 7 keto a day, this includes both:

    I stagaered the doses I would take Natural EFX with Breakfast, then my first snack I'd do youth, then Natural EFX with Lunch, then Pre workout meal Id take 2 more Youth.

    Thanks for response, I will be running it similar. I figured first 2 weeks while I finish off my current supps it would be:

    1 caps Lean EFX Refined am and pre lunch
    2 caps Natural EFX am and pm
    2 caps 7keto staggered am and pre
    3 caps Vanillean before meals
    1 cap Versa1 pre

    Once Vanillean runs out, I will bump Natural EFX to 2 caps 3x a day. At that point I may drop 7keto to 1 cap 2x a day

    I'm not sure if I should wait to start Lean EFX Refined, until Vanillean is done? They both contain Evodiamine, Vanillean yielding 75mg a day. I have some Alphamine that can hold me over if so.

    that stack looks awesome. Vanillean is legit too. I don't see a problem stacking it with Lean

  8. Yesterday. Still not 100% so went a little lighter than normal. Stayed with Volume 100 to try to keep heart rate up. Rest times will say 60 secs, but I think I averaged more around 30 secs

    Took half scoop Endurance 30 mins pre
    1 scoop Endurance intra

    Dumbbell Shoulder Press
    10 sets of 10 reps, 60 sec rest (35lbs)

    Machine Shoulder Press (used machine, since I have been weak due to illness)
    3* sets to failure, 60 sec rest (65lbs)

    Side Lateral Raise
    3 sets to failure, 60 sec rest (25lbs)

    Seated Bent-Over Rear Delt Raise
    3 sets to failure, 60 sec rest (25lbs)

    Dumbbell Shrug
    10 sets of 10 reps, 60 sec rest (60lbs)

    Dumbbell Shrug
    3* sets to failure, 60 sec rest (80lbs)

    Dumbbell Alternating Bicep Curl
    10 sets of 10 reps, 60 sec rest (30lbs)

    Dumbbell Alternating Bicep Curl
    3* sets to failure, 60 sec rest (45lbs)

    Incline Dumbbell Curl
    3 sets to failure, 60 sec rest (40lbs)

    Notes: Probably could have gone heavier. Felt pretty good, minus the congestion
    Not sore at all today, even after taking basically week off
    Wish I would have remembered Volatile sample, because pump would have been insane I bet

    The few workouts I have got in, I really feel good on Endurance. I think the COP may be what is helping on the high volume. That is an ingredient my last intra lacked.

    Calories were really low, and protein was low. Not good macro day. I set myfitness pal to 2400, but fell way short

    Protein 95 24%
    Carbs 90 23%
    Fat 92 53%

    Here is what I had for dinner though:

    Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Pepper

    545 cals
    33 fat
    13 carbs

    thats all that matters! besides, hitting mainenance or even going a little over maintenance once a week or so is actually really beneficial when you're cutting. it keeps your body from going into starvation mode.

    Lol while sick I handled that. Pizza Buffet, Hardees, Blizzard cake for daughters bday, Arbys. Yup without supplements I binge like crazy

    Plus cardio 45 am and 30 pm.

  21. Yesterdays Workout. I forgot that I hit shoulders on Monday, and did Chest and Tri's lol. Oh well

    1 Scoop Endurance started sipping on it on way from work to gym, 25 mins away. Of course I drank it all before I got there. Perfect sales idea, make it taste so good that people drink the crap out of it lol.

    .5 scoop Endurance Intra

    Gym was packed! Didn't get to some of the things I wanted

    Incline Chest Press Life Fitness Plate Load Machine, not sure correct name for it
    45lb plate on each side, starting weigh 11lbs per arm

    10x10 110lbs 20-30 sec rest

    Decline Chest Press, same type of machine
    45lb plate on each side, starting weigh 11lbs per arm

    10x10 110lbs 20-30 sec rest
    3 sets to failure 160lbs 60 sec rest

    VBar pushdowns
    3 sets to failure 70lbs, 80lbs, 100lbs 30-45 sec rest

    One arm cable pushdowns
    5x10 22.5lbs

    Reverse One arm cable pushdows
    5x10 17.5 lbs

    Pushups against the smith machine bar
    3 sets to failure

    Assisted Dips
    3 sets to failure

    Calories 2178
    Fat 122 49% Mostly ground turkey, almonds, and evoo
    Protein 187 33%
    Carbs 94 17%

    I need to get more protein powder, mine is all expired lol. Less than 6 months though

    Notes: -Endurance seemed to intensify the thermogenic of Alphamine/Vanillean? I noticed increased warmth withing 15 mins of sipping Endurance
    - Even though I hit Shoulders and Chest consecutive days, I am not sore at all
    -I took no preworkout, and no 2nd dose of Alphamine, so I had no stims for 6 hours before workout, but I felt pumped up and ready to go

    I don't take it for protein though. I eat what I'm supposed to in protein and do a shake if I am short on calories.

    Also, what's alphamine?

    And while I'm asking a noob question, what does Versa 1 do? I have a bottle but don't want to take it while I'm logging something. I read that it's for focus? Is that something I take when bulking, or cutting, or ?

    Alphamine is a fat burner/pre workout by PES @LiveToLift should be able to tell u more.

    Versa-1 is by USP and is supposed to support muscle anabolism. Would be good on a bulk or a cut.
