  1. Today was friggin insane!! I got up made a Tuna Omlett, and kids went with in laws for the day, while the Mrs. had to close tonight. So this afternoon I went to gym hit shoulders.

    Shoulders:

    Db Presses: 40 lbs x 10,10,10

    Lat machine pull downs: 135 lbs x 10,10,10

    Db shrugs: 40 lbs x 12,12,10

    Shoulder Machine presses: 80 lbs x 10,10,10

    rear delt machine flyes: 75 lbs x 12,12,12

    Ok so then went down town to grab some lunch got a filet minon grilled veggies salad, and headed to the track. Did 1.5 miles then did some springs up the steps there. Went shopping for some food for the week, and pick boys up from in laws. Came home, and went back to the gym tonight for 30 minutes treadmil 1.64 miles and then hit chest are you freaking kidding me wth!!

    Chest:

    incline barbell presses: 135 lbs x 10, 155 lbs x 8, 185 lbs x 6

    db flat bench press: 50 lbs x 10,10,10

    peck deck: 100 lbs x 10,10,10

    push ups 3 sets 20 reps.

    All this in one day. I could go back right now if it werent for the Mrs about to rape me.

  6. Yuep! Lol i felt wicked today and recovering much better! Tomorrow 1st softball practice!!

    Legs:

    seated leg ext: 105 lbs x 15,15,15

    lying leg curls: 60 lbs x 10,10,12

    body lunges: 3 sets of walking end and back as one set

    leg presses: 6 plates x 8,8,10

  10. Today came home ate chilled then went to gym for an unusual night session. 8 pm to almost 10 at night lol. Hit up cardio and back!! Feeling really good and weird good lol.

    Cardio: 45 minutes treadmill 2.4 miles

    Back:

    close grip pull downs: 90 lbs x 10,8,8

    machine rows: 90 lbs x 15,12,12

    reverse lat pull downs: 135 lbs x 10,10,10

    Db rows: 40 lbs x 10,10,10

  13. Hit up some biceps today. I had a warm up 10 minutes on the eleptical first time I done this. I tried it year ago but didn't last two minutes bc it was new and I chicken out saying it wasn't for me. But I had a good friend that showed me how it works lol and I sweated like a pig in that 10 minutes.

    Biceps:

    seated alt db curls: 35 lbs x 8,8,8

    ez bar machine curls: 60 lbs x 10,10,10

    spider curls: 30 lbs x 10,10,10

    sup curls: 30 lbs x 6,6

  16. Oh christ I hate the treadmill, just find it so dam boring. I usually run outdoors, no matter the conditions. Only thing I wont/cant run in is freezing rain.

    I walked on a treadmill before.....Now I just Deadlift them instead.

    incline barbell presses: 135 lbs x 10 175lbs x 6, 205 lbs x 4

    incline db presses: 45 lbs x 10,10,10

    peck deck: 100 lbs x 10,10,10

  29. Didn't think I was going to make it today since yesterday was softball practice, today was my oldest son's first bb game. But it ended around 7 so went for a late night cardio and sauna. Now how the hell did I weight before the gym at 235 and then after the gym 45 min treadmill and sauna 238.5!!!!!!!

    Cardio: 45 minutes treadmill 2.5 miles 15 minutes sauna
