    Went to hit up shoulders. Did 15 min warm up with treadmill. Felt good but still having that bone pain in the elbows. Pushing through it though.

    Shoulders:

    seated db presses: 45 lbs x 10,10,10

    lat machine pull downs: 135 lbs x 10,10,10

    Shoulder db shrugs: 50 lbs x 10,10,8

    machine shoulder presses: 70 lbs x 10, 8, 6

    upright rows straight bar: 45 lbs x 12,12,12

    Long day at work today! Went to gym hit up 45 min cardio treadmill 2.42 miles then 10 minutes sauna tomorrow late night legs and maybe back

    I miss my cardio Sauna time. Its kinda hard to get into the sauna with the kids around.

    My kid turns teen and smart's off to me, he will see the Hulk that he doesn't want to see lol. I don't put up with disrepect! I believe it's what's wrong with the teen today. Had a good day at work long but good. Son has his 2nd bb game. They took a lost which is this coaches first loss in 2 yrs. Just mental errors on over throwing the ball. Chris did good though he walked and stole 2nd and scored on a play!!! The youngest has his 1st soccer game tomorrow lol that kid likes to run!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Anyway went and hit a late night chest and some more sauna.

    Chest:

    Incline Barbell presses: 165 x 8, 175 lbs x 6, 190 lbs x 4, 210 lbs x 5

    db flat bench presses: 50 lbs x 10,10,10

    peck deck: 112.5 lbs x 10,10,10

    Felt really good today, after getting much needed rest. Been busy this past weekend with son's bb and soccer games!! I hit up biceps today and felt pumped. My arms are looking much better. Now if I can only burn fat around my fat man tits and abs.

    Biceps:

    No gym for pack today opening day for softball!!!!!!! 2n0 baby!!! I went 2 for 4 in first game with a hr over center field!!! Then next game went extra innings and beat the home team by 4 after having to spot them 5. They combined our 5hr league with the 2hr due to only 4 teams in our league. The only thing bad is were still supose to have our 5 hr and them their 2 hrs. Well this DA lady that runs it made it a league rule that we the 5hr team spots the 2hr team 5 runs and we only get 2 hrs like them. But we still one oh yeah!! I went 2 for 4 for that game with 3 rbis.

    Man long day today at work not hard but felt like a friggin Monday over again. Son had a late game tonight so I went home and hit gym real quick. Did back and had some good pumps and felt really good.

    Back:

    Took a much needed off day. I think I was way over whelmed not just with the training picking up but going 90 to 0 with ball and kids ball. I enjoyed the heck out of Lecheeks pwo this again is one if not the best tasting pwo I've used. I left the scale alone three weeks ago as it was frusturating me but on a good note everyone at work and my gym has complimented me on how well I'm leaning up around my shoulders and arms. I'm still trying hard to bust that belly fat. AAV2 is def worth it's claim. What I liked about this stack was it was smoother energy rather then the typical bounce of the wall crack head feeling. I'm looking forward to trying some other EBF products down the road. I will post new log up soon. Thanks every one for joining. Without yal i'd be lost.
