  5. Well besides the slight pain in elbows and my right hand still feeling pain in the bones, I'm starting to feel like the old hulk!! Today hit up shoulders and cardio!

    Shoulders:

    db presses: 40 lbs x 10,10,10

    lat machine pull downs: 135 lbs x 10,10,10

    shoulder machine presses: 70 lbs x 10,10,10

  9. Today easy day at work! Went to pick kids up at school then hit some late evening gym time.

    back:
    close grip pull downs to chin: 80 lbs x 12,12,10

    db rows: 40 lbs x 10,10,10

    machine rows: 90 lbs x 10,10,12

    face pulls: 90 lbs x 10,10,10

    cardio: 1 mile 18 minutes treadmill

  12. Today was a long day!! My oldest son has open day ceremony at friggin 8:20 am then bp practice at 1130 then tourney game 1pm til about 3:30. I finally made it to gym did 10 min warm up on treadmill, then hit legs. Later went home and took boys for a walk around the neighborhood.

    Legs:

    lying leg curls: 70 lbs x 8,8,8

    seated leg ext: 90 lbs x 12,12,12

    leg presses: 4 plates x 10, 6 plates x 6,6,

    body lunges 2 sets

  17. Today hit up some Chest and had a mini storm that hit. Good friend of my wifes front car window was busted. They can't even catch a break!

  28. Well went to gym today arms still sore from what has to be that tennis elbow crap everyone talks about lol. I put some Tiger Balm on **** help big time. Today I hit up 1 mile on treadmill along with arms.

    Cardio: 1 mile treadmill

    Arms:

    biceps:

    seated alt db curls: 30 lbs x 10,10,10

    spider db curls: 30 lbs x 10,10,10

    preacher curl machine: 70 lbs x 12, 60 lbs x 12,12

    standing sup db curls: 30 lbs x 8,8,8

    Triceps:

    rope pressdowns: 90 lbs x 15, 10,10

    v bar press downs: 100 lbs x 12, 110 lbs x 10,10

    reverse curl : 100 lbs x 12,12,12

    dip machine: 105 lbs x 12,12,15

  30. Was in hot area today for about 4.5 hrs in mask suit gloves and boots! Sweated a ton!! Crazy weather tonight in bama suppose to have winter like condition, then tornado weather Sunday!! I went to gym for cardio day and sauna time

    Cardio: 47 minutes 2.65 miles
