  32. Today was a long day!! My oldest son has open day ceremony at friggin 8:20 am then bp practice at 1130 then tourney game 1pm til about 3:30. I finally made it to gym did 10 min warm up on treadmill, then hit legs. Later went home and took boys for a walk around the neighborhood.

    Legs:

    lying leg curls: 70 lbs x 8,8,8

    seated leg ext: 90 lbs x 12,12,12

    leg presses: 4 plates x 10, 6 plates x 6,6,

    body lunges 2 sets
