    Oh btw that was Hulk****ting lol That will never happen haha even in my death I'll be lifting. Today took supps as planned. Some smooth energy with a small appetite suppressant. I hit up arms today!

    Biceps:

    seated alt db curls: 30 lbs x 10,10,10

    spider db curls: 25 lbs x 12,12,10

    standing ez bar curls: 70 lbs x 8,8,8

    triceps:

    rope press downs: 90 lbs x 12,12,12

    reverse bar curls: 90 lbs x 15,15,15

    machine dips: 105 lbs x 10,10,12

    I just needed a laugh haha yall im sorry but I couldn't resist! Had some good pumps on arms. As soon as my health insurance kicks in ima see my ortho so he can give me some stuff for that pain in my elbows. I think it's just elbowitis But didn't hurt that bad today.

    Well besides the slight pain in elbows and my right hand still feeling pain in the bones, I'm starting to feel like the old hulk!! Today hit up shoulders and cardio!

    Shoulders:

    db presses: 40 lbs x 10,10,10

    lat machine pull downs: 135 lbs x 10,10,10

    shoulder machine presses: 70 lbs x 10,10,10

    front db raises: 15 lbs x 10,10,10

    straight bar upright rows: 65 lbs x 10,10,10

    Today easy day at work! Went to pick kids up at school then hit some late evening gym time.

    back:
    close grip pull downs to chin: 80 lbs x 12,12,10

    db rows: 40 lbs x 10,10,10

    Today was a long day!! My oldest son has open day ceremony at friggin 8:20 am then bp practice at 1130 then tourney game 1pm til about 3:30. I finally made it to gym did 10 min warm up on treadmill, then hit legs. Later went home and took boys for a walk around the neighborhood.

    Legs:

    lying leg curls: 70 lbs x 8,8,8

    seated leg ext: 90 lbs x 12,12,12

    leg presses: 4 plates x 10, 6 plates x 6,6,

    body lunges 2 sets

    Today hit up some Chest and had a mini storm that hit. Good friend of my wifes front car window was busted. They can't even catch a break!
